****PSA*****October 2023BEWARE OF GIFT CARD SCAMS!Bought a $100 gift card here and got scammed because the pin # was already scratched off and the fraudsters redeemed it before I did. I guess they don't know which ones are planted so I wouldn't risk it. Store employees can't help you except give you a phone number. Corporate gives you the runaround but will investigate. I still haven't gotten my money back so we'll see. I'll never buy a giftcard here again tho, lesson learned.---Good selection of fruit most of the times.They have an organic section and I’ve been able to find my essentials here. Their organic selection has GROWN! The store had a glam up with a bigger organic selection and now a Starbucks in store!Staff is super super friendly! They’re really helpful with helping you find things, getting items from a high shelf, and checking out your groceries.The bad? The parking lot.It’s not a total nightmare but it’s cramped with so many businesses and it doesn’t flow well. So it comes close to a nightmare. Even during covid!**I’ve literally had 2 different occasions where I was crossing to get to the store from my car and had cars zoom past me as if they didn’t see a pedestrian crossing in the crosswalk in this plaza. One occurrence happened today and I was right in front of Ralph’s. I hope the store or plaza puts brighter yellow paint or something for pedestrians to feel more safe. It’s not their fault tho but it’d be nice. Even a pedestrian crossing sign or something!Parking is tight on this end of the plaza and people don’t care about right of ways. If not for the close proximity to home, I would come here less for the hassle and anxiety the parking lot here gives me.

This store is always organized and clean. During a visit today, an employee went above and beyond. He was telling people “thank you for being here, let me know if I can help you” he was being so nice and genuine to everyone.

Some employees here make you feel like they doing you a favor when you ask for assistance or as simple as asking for the code for the restroom. My daughter asked an employee for the code ( Name on the is RICO wether is true or not ) he was rude to her so I went and asked him and he very rudely open the door however he did not give me the code. Now I understand the bad comments here about this store.

The cashier refused to bag the groceries. When I asked the manager he said they were out of baggers and other customers said at this store we have been bagging our own groceries. Definitely has not happened in my neighborhood Ralph’s. Something is definitely wrong at this Ralph’s and I will never shop here again.

Second time chopping at this location. Security harassing people to much they judge people. … Security an employees make minimum garbages pay. Stop judging and taking care rich company money. I saw the security behind a Hispanic family. That’s is harassing by them.

Full Service Meat Counter. Marinated Chicken & Beef Available everyday. Fresh Seafood which is misted every 30 minutes. Great Place to get your Fish Fried as well. This Ralphs is full of Energy. Great place to get Starbucks as well.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased 4 Visa/master gift cards around Thanksgiving time, 2 for $50, 2 for $100. Unfortunately the 2-$100 gift cards had been tampered with when the recipients tried to use them. I immediately took them back to Ralphs where I purchased the cards but the floor manager on duty at the time offered ZERO help even though I had the original receipt and the tempered with cards with me when I went back to talk to the assistant manager on the floor. She simply pointed to the 800# on the back of the cards and told me to just call the 800 # of the CC company and that it had NOTHING to do with Ralphs!! She refused to refund my purchase or report this fraudulent incident to her management. Basically she washed her hands clean from the matter!!!Hey Ms Assistant Manager, it is your BAD merchandize that your sold me at YOUR store, and supposedly verified by YOUR clerk at the register of a RALPH’s store, how can you refuse to even look into this fraudulent matter, i would have thought you will be a little bit concrrned? But NO, you couldn’t be less concerned!!!SHAME ON YOU!!! SHAME ON RALPHS!!! DO NOT BUY gift cards from this store!!! As you will get NO guarantee, help or a refund or any satisfaction from this store, or from the management, even though the merchandize was bad, and had been tampered with!!! I would have thought your management team would have shown major concern!!! And cared!!!

Not like this store anymore, I shopped a lot with Ralph’s. Never had a experience with shopping at other Ralph’s. I come twice for soda, which I want different flavors, the lady at self checkout asked me to leave because I only come to buy soda. She is so rude and not professional.

This is the most RACIST supermarkets chain. They won’t sell you alcohol unless you have an american passport. It does not matter if you identify yourself with a mexican, japanese, german or any other passport, not to mention ZACH the “manager” is super rude, I asked him why would my INTERNATIONAL ID not be accepted and he literally ran away from me and hide in a room. Stay away from this supermarkets chain if you are from any other country, you most likely will not be well received.

Has been great for years. However, now you MUST scan your own purchases. All the lanes were closed this morning, I was NOT going through self checkout with my $200 purchases. A checker finally said to manager, "they do not want to do self checkout!" So she opened a lane, in a very upset rude manner scammed our items. I am not working for Kroger/Ralph's by scanning and paying for my items. The fact that she was mad because we wouldn't self checkout, do you realize the ultimate goal IS to replace you, Miss Attitude Checker.

I absolutely love this Ralphs, my first impression of it is that it is very clean and welcoming. The employees are all friendly including the manager that was on floor helping customers. I am absolutely coming to this Ralphs again.

Don't trust the reduced price stickers. Every single time I've grabbed a reduced price item and then I look at my receipt at home, it's full price!! For me, it's Not worth the time and gas to drive back for 3 bucks. I'll try to remember to take a pic of any reduced price items if I go back. But they also make it purposely confusing by adding all the savings discounts until after check out 🙄 which is even more annoying

Was greeting as soon as I entered the store. I went towards the bread aisle and was greeted once again by another employee. The store was neat and organized. I found everything I was looking for. When I went to the produce area, two gentlemen were organizing. Both greeted me, and one asked if everything was fine. This is why I love coming in the morning. The service is so pleasant, and the store is organized. Lastly, I ordered my Starbucks Frappe and Elvia. Although she was alone, she was speedy with her service and wished me a great day. 👍

Sorry, I just drove by the front of the store on my way home. But whenever I have shopped, I've noticed how high some of their prices are!!! In the last 2-4 months, the milk half gallon went up40 cents. Last time for me.

Management needs to be reevaluated and retrained for their customer service skills, how they train and talk to people (employees). I worked there close to 7 months and it was a nightmare since day 1. Marcos,the so called night shift supervisor can’t make up his mind, he contradicts himself, and doesn’t take responsibility for his misguided decisions. I’ve witnessed many times Marcos yelling in a disrespectful manner to employers rather than talking respectfully and showing employees how to do what he wants them to do. The manager of the store Don is just as bad. Very ignorant and unfair to some employees who stock. He doesn’t care or wanna hear any feedback from the stockers about anything. But he’s quick to blame the stockers for putting product in the wrong locations. He wasn’t willing to show proof of his false allegations but once I was going to show him the pictures I took after I finish stocking and conditioning my aisle,he didn’t want to see or hear anything about it. Haha. He’s a joke. He has no business managing a store since he alone has no experience on improving it.

Don't buy giftcards at this ralphs location unless you want to risk it not working and you have to wait 7-10 business days for Kroger to assist you.Bought a $50 apple gc here. Tried to redeem it while I was at the store and it didn't work. Talked to someone that looked like a manager, after I spent 40 minutes near him while he was looking on his phone the whole time talking to apple, named Don about this issue.He said I would need to contact Kroger and did not want to try to see if another giftcard would work even in front of him. He said he would lose money (even though I as a customer gave them my money for nothing) if he tried that.The attitude he gave me felt like money comes before his customers and immediately walked away after telling me to contact Kroger.I understand this is all part of a process to prevent fraud but at least put in the effort and educate yourself (manager?) and your customer that only Kroger can help you because they require you to send documents to them to get your money back instead of not knowing the process yourself.Like you're just standing there looking at your phone while your cashiers are hard at work sweating during rush hour at least provide some decent guest experience for the inconvenience

The manager Zach seriously deserves an award. He was my cashier much earlier. Busy as hell but he still had a great attitude. Close to closing time, I’m home and realize I misplaced my AirPods - the location was Ralph’s. I called the store, he answered right away and assured me they were found and securely locked away until I got them. THANK YOU so much!
