I had an appointment to get my doggy, her rabies shot, and the staff there was amazing. I didn't have to wait a long time, they informed me of everything that was going to happen during her appointment and what to expect after. They handled her with care, and she left with no pain or discomfort.

This is my go to pet store. They have everything that you need and more. Pretty standard pet store. Open fairly late and they normally don't have too long of a line unless it's right before closing.

I went to purchase medicine. The two empty packages were in a spot labeled $28. The cashier charged me $45. I declined the purchase. One thing I hate is being ripped off. I'll go to the veterinarian. It's not about the price, rather it's about good servive.

Our groomer was late, we were asked to walk around the store to kill time. 15 mins later groomer arrives. We bring our mini schnauzer in and as we are walking into the room both groomers are talking about how another customer is known to not arrive and that they can cancel that persons session and not have to worry about it. Bad first impression. Then the groomer is struggling to get our dog into the kennel, i reccomended to offer a treat as he is really treat driven and she said they cant do that, even though thats what we always do at petco when we bring him to be groomed… then proceeds to tell us after a couple minutes of attempting to get him in the kennel unsuccessfully that we should take him somewhere else that if we dont get him groomed every 4 months the dog forgets the groomer and they basically “ reset “ and have to be re acclimated to the groomer.TLDR; irresponsible groomer late , clearly lazy, no work ethic, doesnt care about customers time or their pets.Would never come back here for grooming.

They were really nice, it was obvious to me that they were stressed due to being short staffed but they continued to be friendly and remained calm, and even if it was something small that I paid no mind to or that didn't bother me, they would apologize if they felt they were in my way or something, so being understanding and aware which I really appreciate😊

Your staff was excellent within minutes of walking in I was greeted by two employees and one assisted me with my purchase. As I waited for an item to be pulled from the back a third ask if I needed assistance. Excellent service and knowledge by your team.

Unfortunate hiring managers. I applied for a junior grooming job and I missed a call back because I was busy at an appointment. But, I was still very interested in this position and everyday I would call to schedule an interview and they would make excuses that the hiring manager isn't available to talk even for a couple of minutes. And the employees assured me that they will deliver the message to call me back. But they didn't but eveytime I called, nothing.Update: instead of calling to apologize and give me a fair chance as a candidate, they sent me an email to say that they chose someone else and thanked me for an interview that never happened. Horrible managers

Variety in pet toys, we got some chews for our puppy that has separation anxiety, which i recommend to any fur parent. Plus we got cute toys for him, i know he'll love the toys 😁

Reasonable prices and great customer service. My dog looked great after the bath and cut and was super calm. Grecia was our groomer and she was really good w my dog. It felt like she was patient w him- since he's an older and sometimes grumpy boy.

Store is conveniently located in the Sears AMC mall next to AAA . Plenty of parking . Employees very friendly and eager to help very knowledgeable for the most part .The store itself is clean , clean restrooms . They do have pet grooming available . Every so often they have adoption days.They do have Adams flea line which is top-of-the-line. I do not trust any other line of product more than this, But it may only be found in the cat section not dog .
