Cara and her team of groomers are excellent! We followed Cara from the Fullerton location due to her patience with my fur baby (who can be difficult). She has made strides with him and he has improved in his willingness to be groomed and handled thanks to her dedication to work with him. I appreciate her and I appreciate the rest of the staff who stayed back and waited for us to arrive to pay.

Wonderful store, just come early or after they restock because many times items are not there anymore😐 other than that the staff is really friendly, I especially enjoy being checked out by their new cashier with curly hair. He was not there yesterday when I went but he always has a smile on his face which is contagious... Ends up putting me in a good mood most of the times I come in👍 I'd give it 5 stars but the shortage of needed items increases as the week goes on.

This store has an amazing staff. Goodness, I was so lost in this store being a first timer. And, as a new cat mom.Alexis was so kind and helpful and helped me expedite my shopping as I was in a time crunch.There is absolutely anything you need in this store.They also have pets for adoption which is wonderful and less expensive than some of the other places. Additionally, the pets have their I recommend signing up for the rewards program ahead of time.Kudos to this team/store.

My dog got groomed here and was very traumatized after that. He couldn't even sleep and I understand there is irritation after grooming sometimes but his was very unacceptable and I can't find a way to calm him and relieve his itchiness and discomfort. He looks really sad and hardly wants playtime.

Line out the door and multiple employees standing around with clipboards doing nothing. Manager standing around planning employee lunches. Any good manager knows once there's more than a few people in line you stop what you're doing and help. Lazy lazy lazy, at the customers expense.

I've been buying this litter for a few years now. I've bought a new bucket a few months ago with no issues. Sand was clean and filled to the top.I bought 2 buckets a few weeks ago and just opened them today (completely sealed) and noticed it's not even filled up all the way, and yet they increased the price on it.Petco is ripping everyone off.Edit: Sophresh is ripping everyone off.

I would give them a five star but saddly this is the only pet store that does NOT return or do exchange without a receipt. I lost my reciept and the sweater i bought was too big. I came back with the tags and hangar but didn't have the receipt. At other pet stores i have never had an issue returning the outfits. So, I'm giving them 3 stars. Its crazy how i can return at any store like Target without a receipt but here its impossible. Keep your receipt!

I've been going here for several years because I have pet fish. I take very good care of my fish and I did my research before getting into the aquarium hobby. I had a betta fish who i've kept for 4 years and it passed away due to old age. He had a nice planted tank but a week later which is this week is when I decided to get another betta and a certain employee told me about a policy that I wasn't aware of. I had to be 18 in order to purchase fish which is a fair policy however she seemed rude and it felt like she was interrogating me the other day when I went to buy a feeder fish for my turtle and I feel I have the right to privacy as a paying customer. I understand petco wants the best for the pets but i'm a paying customer who takes care of my companions and they should put the age disclaimer infront of the fish section so that there isn't confusion. I feel awkward and uncomfortable now going here to buy things cause she seems rude and i've heard others complain about her service aswell. Everyone else is polite but she ruins my shopping experiance in particular.

I went to exchange some Royal canin food that my friend bought it was the wrong one. They were very helpful there was no problem with my exchange of course there never is the store is amazing. I had a blast they were doing vaccinations and I was able to see a lot beautiful dogs. They are my passion. Don't forget tomorrow take your babies to see Santa at Petco I believe all the stores are having this event and it starts at 11:00 a.m. Merry Christmas everyone God bless

I have to say I have been to several stores for my fur baby's needs, and never have I been greeted by a more welcoming and knowledgeable cashier. When I left, he was so polite and showed genuine kindness. I will definitely come back because of the fantastic service Joshua provided.

They don't allow disabled people to use the bathroom. Watched a lady come out of the bathroom. About 10 minutes later I went to use it and it was locked so I went and asked for a key and she said oh it's not available right now. I said what does that mean? And she just walked away.

Not enough staff to help the customers.There were no carts available. They were no where in sight.I had to go looking for someone to help me carry a bag of dog food over to the counter.Then needed help getting out to my car.The gentleman that helped me, was very helpful.

I don't like this Petco location, every time i went there its the same. Aisles full of boxes of merchandise its even hard to use a small cart, to make turns without hit boxes or other stuffs. Like i said is not just cuz they were stocking it's every day the same. I try to avoid this location but i was closed yesterday. Definitely not recommend this location

Petco is always the best and the staff always helps out when trying to find something, some us are tired and stressed out from life.But going into Petco they always take there time with people to help people out and make the experience pleasing.

The Cashier who helped us was Josh and he was so nice and very understanding. He helped us learn about our coupons and the sales that’s going on in the store. He also answered any questions we had and always greeted us with a warm welcome. He’s definitely one of the best workers there!

Love the staff here, they go above and beyond when caring for my Dog. Sarah is a great groomer and always goes the extra step to take care of my dog. And the stock of products and vitamins are great and me and my pup had a good experience. Definitely coming back soon

I went to get a fish and supplies and their workers were so informative about their fishes. She was able to guide me into getting a betta for a good price. And I ordered some gravel online too, and they were so easy to get all the online orders done and given to me. I love my little betta and I would recommend coming back for maybe a bird next.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. the grooming department is horrible, their attitude is just rude. don’t get your dog groomed here. my dog is always very happy and everytime i come her they say she always does good but this time my dog was SCARED, not sure what they did to make her this scared. ALSO, they did not tell me my dog had fleas when they were checking her ears and paws but charged me FOR IT?? also my dog has short hair but they changed it long to make it pricier. THIS IS A PHOTO OF HOW SHORT MY DOGS HAIR IS!! HORRIBLE NEVER COMING BACK!!

I’m so thankful for the groomer, Dean!! I got my appointment date wrong and showed up on the wrong day, but they took my dog anyways. My dog had pretty bad matting and I haven’t been able to get an appointment anywhere, but Dean was very careful and took great care of my boy. Highly recommend!!!

I take my dog Rocky to get his nails clipped and buffed, they are really good with him there, Unfortunetility it's been a year since Rocky passed away, now Ii have 2 new babies and they take care of them fantastic
