I discovered this Petco Unleashed store on my way to buy groceries, and I’m glad I decided to check it out.I noticed the store is smaller than other pet stores I’ve visited. They stock premium pet foods and occasionally offer good discounts. If you have furry companions and are looking for high-end pet food, this is a place worth checking out.I'm giving this store a five-star review primarily for its exceptional customer service. Each person I’ve interacted with is very helpful and welcoming. Andrea, is not only very friendly but also highly knowledgeable. She is always happy to assist and answer my all questions. Andrea provides amazing customer service!Additionally, I appreciate the special offers they occasionally provide. This has become my go-to store for all my fur babies' needs because of Andrea!

I’m not normally one to leave reviews, but we took our cat (Cowboy) to their pop up clinic for vaccinations this morning and are VERY disappointed by the service and professionalism shown by the vet techs. Cowboy is 8 months old, curious, calm, and easy going cat. The first tech we saw this morning who checked us in was very helpful and kind, allowing us to weigh our cat and she complimented his curious behavior. Nothing wrong at all at this point. We paid for the vaccines/micro chip and took Cowboy to the table to be seen. He was dumped out of his carrier by the assistant vet, and dragged into place by his harness. There was no kindness or care shown to our pet. When he got upset in response, they immediately covered him in towels and held him down to the table. the whole thing happened so fast, we didn’t even have time to react or respond to their harsh and careless treatment. I understand the concern for the vet techs health and well being, but what could be expected of Cowboy when he was dumped out and dragged around? I wouldn’t recommend anyone take their pet to Unleashed.Picture of Cowboy attached, because he’s a good boy and didn’t deserve this treatment.

Products unavailability even though I called ahead. Both employees couldn't figure out how to match the online prices. Although kind, I just drove to Pasadena, where they are great. It's too bad because this store of but 3 minutes from home

Waiting outside, it was 10:30, and the store wasn't open. It should have opened at 10:00. There was no notification as to why it was still closed in the window, and many customers were waiting outside. Store have lot good products but has unreliable ethics of operation.

The retail associates were friendly and helped me find what I needed. They held my purchases while I went to move my car closer to the store and assisted in getting my bags and cat litter to the car.

The rudest staff I have ever had the dissatisfaction of meeting. Where do I even begin? I simply wanted to get a store credit for nearly $300 worth of harnesses and leashes I bought for my new puppy. He doesn't have his shots yet so I didn't want to bring him into the store out of respect for everyone there. I kept the ones I wanted to return in my car and we had engine trouble the next day. We took it to the shop and long story short it took six weeks to get it back. When I called PetCo to ask about their one month return policy they said to talk to the manager but it shouldn't be a problem to get a refund or at the very least a store credit. I called the store and the phone rang and rang. I tried three times! Finally I drove there and even offered to show the manager the paperwork for the car. At first she said she could only give a credit and I said fine and then she changed her mind citing "company policy". I told her I spoke to corporate and they said it was her call and she just said "no it's policy" which is obviously a lie. I asked for her name and she mumbled her first name that began with an "A." I asked again and she said it was PRIVATE INFORMATION and to get out of her store. I expect they will go out of business soon but if they are still open DONT GO THERE. I regret my (overpriced) purchases greatly.

This place is ridiculous. I scheduled an appointment to get puppy shots. Puppy shots are given at 6-8 weeks, that’s pretty much common knowledge. My puppy was 7 weeks and and 4 days old. Girl working computer said that vet is really strict and will only give dog shots if it is 8 weeks old. I’ve never heard any vet say this before. No where on petco is site does it say puppies have to be 8 weeks old to get shots online or in store. She said she would ask vet, but I don’t even know if she did. It looked like they maybe just wanted to cancel appointments to get through people in line quicker? I was told I couldn’t get shots and had the nerve to say that I could reschedule. So I pretty much wasted my time and planning for the appointment. I wasn’t even given an apology. I scheduled a visit with a local vet the next day and was given an examination and personalized care for less than what petco would have charged.

Love this place!!! They carry a lot more pet health conscious type products, I love buying my pup's food from there, she loves the brand Acana, they offer so many different types of meat treats and food options that are not usually offered in big stores. This place is clean and the staff are always friendly.

Love this place. Great prices, friendly staff. Always clean and doesn’t have that weird pet store smell. They have kitten adoptions and dog training. Saturday mornings they have a low cost vaccine clinic. Line is always reasonable and the vets are great. MUCH better than the big pet store across the way. I will always prefer this unleashed to any other pet store.

The nice store which appears new. Very friendly staff, at least two employees asked if they could help as I walked around the facility. It is small compared to the one in Pasadena on Foothill Blvd. But should have enough items to meet your needs. I recommend you try this place out. The parking is great, a large open free strip mall parking lot..

These guys are on top of their customer service game. I was even educated with my new pups' shampoo and offered options on food. The young lady at the counter got my name correct as most folks don't even try. Best experience.

Love this Unleashed by Petco! They always have my cat's specialty dry food and a wide selection of cat toys, including Meowijuana, (usually on same too)! Great in-store discounts and friendly team associates. Better stocked and shorter lines than a regular Petco!

My first time in,I was offered free cat food samples with my purchase...I bought a cat toy.This place has every need for ALL pets... Dogs, cats, hamsters, Birds, snakes and even crabs and fish!This place is clean...staff helpful and friendly...go check em out... If you have pets your walk out of there was something there's always great stuff to walk around and look at!

We have been going in there often of late due to a wound my dog has. Now and in the past, we have always had the best service and the staff is very knowledgeable. I don't feel like their prices are high considering their products are really top of the line. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I went to this location for the first time. I was extremely impressed. The amount of gifts for pets was amazing. The customer service was top notch! They had the cutest kittens just waiting for a safe home.

Friendly place to grab your pet supplies. make sure to visit on Saturdays if you are in the area looking to adopt a new cat into your family. adoptions happen every Saturday by the TNR Project. Definitely a go to place for all your pet needs.

Vaccinations are provided once a month at a good cost - this is the reason for my continued visits. Cute store. A little on the pricey side in regards to store items. Clean. Friendly staff. Convenient parking.

Nice staff & good variety of supplies. I got my puppy a collar here for $9.99 and I love it. Also got some dog food and treats. Wasn't a huge selection of dog food that I was hoping for but ended up going with Oranix Chicken and Oatmeal Recipe $20.99 on sale with a in store $3 coupon fot being a member (it's free to join!). Puppy seems to enjoy it very much! But she aslo loooves food so it's hard to say.

This petco closes when they feel like it. I went there twice and was closed in their normal business hours. Yesterday they closed at 2:30pm.I made a trip for nothing wasting my time and gas. Very irresponsible.
