Samantha is very kind and she was great with our newly adopted dog. Our Luna is still very timid and not good with going to unfamiliar places. Samantha took the time to make her feel comfortable before we left and did such a good job on her bath and haircut. We will definitely be coming back.

Incredibly rude and unprofessional groomer. Tried to blame me for the fact that they overbooked the day. (Some advice for Telah: it’s not the customer’s fault that you dropped the ball and scheduled more than you can handle)

I'm not happy about wasting my time and gas and a ride I begged for to make Ladybug's appointment. I assume the grooming area does not need my business. I understand my paperwork was not updated yet, but its only a mth. I will get her rabies shot and find another groomer for all 5 of my furbabies.

I've been back so many times.. they work with you.. they got excellent customer service... ive been to petco and other petsmarts this one is the best.. Monrovia stores has rude service...
