Went here for a FedEx return. I had my box which was open on top because drop-off instructions did not require me packing it. However, staff named Annette in the FedEx booth said “You have to pack it yourself. We don’t do that for you here.”Anyhow, she went on to print my return label. I saw rolls of packing tape sitting behind her and I politely asked if I could have some to close my box. She smirkingly said “Oh that’s for our stuff. We’re open until 10 you can just come back.”I had to drive home just to tape the box when she could have easily given me a strip of tape — a strip that did not cost her anything. Maybe she paid for the tape from her own pocket so she wouldn’t lend me a strip? Don’t think so.A day before Thanksgiving and there are loads of things to be grateful for but certainly not this type of customer service. Some people take pleasure in making circumstances inconvenient for others and she’s certainly one of those.

No matter what department you go to , photo , pharmacy , front counter; expect to ALWAYS wait.Been coming here on and off for 20 years. Always a wait and never friendly customer service. Everyone always looks miserable working here

Dont have your packages to be picked up here. I had my contacts sent to store for pick-up, i went in a day after fedex notified me package was delivered to store, ends up employees couldn't find my package. They told me to come back a little later maybe they could find it by then. Nope no luck. They blamed fedex, i called fedex, and they verified and confirmed package is at the store. I go back, a day after, and they once again blame fedex, until an employee from the back came out and said she remembers my package being sent back the day prior. Very unorganized, in regards to their packages.

I would give zero stars if I could. The woman who was supposed to help me when I was picking up photos was extremely rude. One of my 8x10 photos was messed up so I asked that she redo it. She seemed quite annoyed by my request and then told me she doesn't know when I can pick up my photo and that I'll have to call the store and check to see when my one photo would be ready. I have never experienced such rude customer service. I am from out of state and have went to many Walgreens during my travels and this experience was by far the worst! I will never come back here again! Management should do some retraining in proper customer service with their employees.

I want to compliment the extraordinary and consistent five star customer service of your Dale Road, Modesto Pharmacy Manager, Hanza. Because of him, I visit your store 2-3 times a week and spend hundreds of dollars a month there, including my prescriptions. I also tell my friends to shop there as well.Hanza understands what it takes to truly deliver exemplary patient care. He offers information and alternatives, discusses why certain prescriptions can be damaging to my kidneys, and most importantly, listens without interrupting. I have never met a pharmacy or store manager who goes way above "just doing a job" like he does. It is obvious Hanza truly cares, and I am very grateful.Walgreen's is fortunate to have a leader like Hanza on your team. And I am fortunate to have a store like Dale Road Walgreen's at my disposal. My husband went to pick up our daughter’s prescription, and was told she wasn’t on our insurance. He was told he would need to come back. He asked if someone would call when it was ready and was told no we would have to call in and check. When he got home I called, and it was in fact ready. They were rude and didn’t say anything beyond sorry you can come back and get it. They suck! I would not use them at all if Amazon Pharmacy worked for dependents. They are never ready and it takes forever to wait in line.

I am a two time cancer survivor and am currently taking 14 different medications that I have gotten from this store each month for the past 2+ years. Today I went to pick up 5 medications and after waiting for over 30 minutes in the drive-thru line, I was made to feel that it was my fault that I was holding up the line, when in actuality it was the fact that they had a new girl on staff and she was having a hard time. I was asked to come inside instead by the pharmacy manager so they could better answer my questions. I informed her that I didn't have any questions the girl helping me had the questions, but I would gladly come inside. Once inside, I was asked to wait in line again. After I got to the front of the line, I had to start all over with a new girl. I told her I wasn't feeling like a very valued customer. After talking to the pharmacy manager about this, I was even more confident that she could care less whether I continued to use Walgreens as my pharmacy or not. I've decided to take my business elsewhere.

Leslie has HORRIBLE customer service!!!!! Went in there a couple of months ago (I’ve been avoiding this lady-even though this Walgreens is a lot closer to my home) and I handed her a coupon to use with my purchase. She sighed and rolled her eyes. I asked her if everything was okay and she did not answer me. She went on to using her fingernail on the register monitor and I thought her nail was going to break! She was tapping so hard. My mom asked me in Spanish if everything was okay and Leslie just looked at her and rolled her eyes again. I don’t want to make this a racist thing but I stepped back into an asile and noticed she was okay with everyone else but us spanish-speaking folks. Fast forward to today. I asked her for a price check and I decided not to get the item. I was going to put the item back on the shelf but she again rolled her eyes and snatched the item out of my hands. I told her that she’s an expert at rolling her eyes and she said Yea, I’ve had a lot of practice. Then she starts arguing with me in front of her shift leader and other customers. So unprofessional and not needed. She needs to be talked to because that is no way to treat paying customers.

Don't get your prescription sent here. I had it sent here because Kaiser was out. After waiting 15 minutes they said come back in 45 minutes. Came back and told me to wait another 30 minutes. I couldn't cancel it and have it sent anywhere else anymore

I love this store! I use their photo department all of the time and have only had 1 problem and I print A LOT of pictures. They always have my pictures ready before I need them and they are good about checking the quality and letting me know if they will print too dark or not.

hello, i was in this store around 3:30 pm today, and i had witnessed something that had brought tears to my eyes. A unfortunate male had came in to use the restroom and a female employee had told him the restroom was "out of order". When he exited the store,I had got curious so I had asked if I could use the restroom. The employee i had asked said yes! then, I asked if it was out of order and she had said no. This is very un-proffesional of your store & employees. I will not be attending this store anymore.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I've ever used.Seems to be a training ground for help. When they get somewhat proficient they move them.Never enough people working.Miserable experience

Every time I have been to this location, I have been greeted and asked if I need assistance. The pharmacy staff is great. They are helpful and knowledgeable. The store is always clean and the staff is always approachable and helpful. Great store!

Walgreens. Better do something about your staffing. Only 2 people at the pharmacy and they’re working their assess off like dogs already. If you are offering vaccinations especially in flu season, you better have additio nal staff coz it delays the clients wanting to get their vaccines. Walk-ins, drive thru, and vaccinations with only 2 employees don’t work very well.

Very inconvenient, checked hours online and said its pharmacy closed at 10pm, however when i arrived at 9 it was already closed. The gentleman at the front register checked the actual closing time on weekends and he said 6pm.

Tried to have them transfer prescriptions from rogers pharmacy back to this walgreens they told me i already had that medication ready and didnt want to do it ...really bad move .im calling them back and telling them again until they transfer it especially when this medicine has been raised by the mg i need the new dosage hopefully i get a better staff member today

Seems like half the shelves are empty, what I was looking for is very common and simple to find yet they didn't have it 😧 nor did they have the competition wich I would have taken also
