It's really frustrating when you drop your pet off to groom before 8 AM and you don't leave the salon with your pet until after 6 PM. I think it's unnecessary and unkind to the animal that is sitting in a cage or wherever for 10 hours without a real meal or autonomy. Setting reasonable time expectations with your client is key and this place does not do that. The only reason we have returned is because the end result is nice and the animal seems to feel better. I don't know if it's overbooking or poor time management but I'm a frustrated dog mom and will not bring my baby back.

Walked in and right away place had a horrible smell. Two dogs were left on grooming tables unattended and one jumped off pulling table down with it while she held and trimmed my dogs nails. Luckily it didn't appear hurt. One dog was left also unattended in bathtub and looked cold and wet .Very unclean environment. Switching dogs on tables without sanitation in between services. Hair and urine all over ground in grooming area. Many dogs caged up alone with a large dog roaming the business. Will never take my pets here again. I can't see how there are so many good reviews for this place. I'm sure this business is breaking so many code violations and needs to get things in order. Date Of Service: 12/27/23

I love this place! I made the mistake of taking my mini poodle to another groomer when I moved and I will never do that again. I’m willing to make the drive to Two Paws up! They have amazing service and communication. They keep my sweet girl and treat her like they’re own. They’re always able to get me in on short notice and the prices are reasonable. I’d be lost without them! They’re the only place who knows how to groom my baby girl.

We've been taking our dogs here for about 5 years. They always do a great job. On the very rare occasion that we're not happy with the way our dogs look, they always make it right. I don't have anything to compare them to but in my opinion, they're are on the high side for prices. But you get what you pay for. Right!? And our dogs love going there and that's what counts.

We keep coming back. The facility could be a little nicer but our dogs come out smelling clean and are well brushed. They've moved things around to accomodate my schedule and have gone back over things I've gotten picky about without hesitation. Nice groomer.

I must say The Grooming is wonderful but it smells so bad in there, the bathtub is so old and rusted the floors are all dirty, the whole place is dirty rusted molded everything you can think of, you literally cannot breathe in there I don't know how they stay in business, if the state was to go in there for an inspection they would straight fail. The Grooming is great that I must say but you can't breathe in there. And it's very dirty. That's the only reason why I won't take my dog there anymore

Julie always takes care of my baby dog and is friendly. The service is convenient, reasonably priced and they always deliver good service. They work with my schedule and keep my dog for an extra day if my schedule changes. I never have to worry about my dog when she is there and when I drop her off she goes in running letting me know she feels safe. That's important to me because my dog was a rescue and I don't know if she was ever abused. I appreciate that she feels safe at Two Paws Up.

I don’t mean to bash on someone’s business but this place smells disgusting, it’s dirty, you can see all the chemicals they use on your dog on the counters. I would never bring back my dog here ever ever ever again! My dogs fur felt crispy after I got her back. I felt so bad dropping her off there but I couldn’t walk away when it came down to it. Please if you know what’s good for your dog stay away/ do more research. This place is not worth it. I promise you. If you don’t believe me then go schedule in person don’t call, you’ll see what I mean.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Had my 2 poodles for 10 hours & they still managed to not be ready by 8pm. When I was told they would be ready by 5pm . If I could give them 0 Stars I would. I am very upset…They left my dog bald. DO NOT GO HERE.

If I can give more stars I would! They always get me in for my dog on short notice. They do a good job! Every time I ask could you do this or that with the haircut they always with no issue get it done and they make sure it’s the way I like it. Very good people it’s places like this that make a difference!Pricing is very reasonable. Is there dog hair everywhere lol yes but it’s a dog grooming business 😂 that means there will be hair! Does it smell absolutely but yet again dirty dogs go there! I read the other reviews and wonder !It’s like saying there are sick people at the hospital I can’t believe it they need to fix something. It’s a hospital you’re gonna find sick people there. OK I’m done give this place a chance very very good people.

I have a older dog small found him in 2008 walking the streets his name is gibby after I brought him in for a wash haircut iv never seen him look better that little guy came home all excited running everywhere like a shot of youth got into him he seems so happy he definitely looks great the owner and the crew did a fantastic job thank u all so much I know it isn't easy I will never go any where else great job two paws up stay well

Wow, Although the older lady had her hands full. The way she groomed my one fur baby was horrible, Long haired papillon, she cut her feathers off of her ears. When I got home I had to trim her nails, give her a bath because she smelled weird. Like mouldy. Well both my girls smelled like that. I paid almost $200. with a tip. Because that's what's right. But I won't go there again.

Julie the owner is Great she and her staff Always take care of my dogs. I have a Lg senior dog and Julie makes sure her staff are very careful with her and my 7 yr old always gets his hair cut and hey do a good job on him too

I really like this place, the ladies are very nice and are very flexible with the appoinments. I always tell them what I want done and she always gets it right. My dog is a little picky when it comes to people and he loves them, he is happy when he gets there and is happy when he leaves.

My dog was very happy when I picked him up after 10 days. I think he would have come to me with his tail between his legs if he thought I put him there to punish him. In the past that happened with one of my animals and I felt sad. So this place makes dogs happy.

They have always done a great job on our long haired dachshund..he likes to swim so we bring him in at the beginning of summer each year for a swimmers cut. They ALWAYS get us in & out quickly!

Just left the vet, our pup got a sinus infection from this dirty business... And her cut was not at all what we asked for. The space is way to small to have so many workers, and animals in there at one time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Yea there are some good reviews, but the bad out ways the good here...Piece of advice for the business, read your reviews, and act to make things better. Quality over quantity will always take you further.

You guys were able to squeeze us in such short noticed! You guys trimmed her nails, after taking her to another groomer and they forgot to trim them. The workers were super sweet and so kind to my dog! We will for sure be back soon! Thanks so much again Two Paws Up! :)

The business owner is friendly along with her staff. They have taken great care of my large dog whenever I have him boarded there multiple times. They go out of their way to accommodate you for any last-minute boarding services if they can.
