I’ve been coming to this store since it first opened 10-12 years ago. My frustration has always been lack of employees or customer service. THis store is well stock but that doesn’t do much good when you can’t get a employee to give you direction where an item is located. I was trying to find a specific item that I knew it was in the paint department. one of the employees looked it up and said no that’s in aisle 19. I was in aisle two. So I got my exercise walking back-and-forth full length in the store. I finally found the item on my own. Considering the logistics and supply chain issues The store is pretty well stocked. They have a fairly large tool rental department and other construction equipment.

I was at the Ceres Home Depot Tuesday morning to purchase bagged mulch. I had to walk from one end of the store to the other to find a flat cart to transport the mulch to my truck. The store was not busy but I had a heck of a time finding a cart. If I am having a hard time on a slow morning in the winter, what happens when it is busy. You need many more flat carts to keep your customers happy. I was almost ready to drive to another location or a competing store.

Went in to my local store to buy a can of varithane spray. I waited at the paint counter for 25 minutes. In this time frame, at least 3 other customers came to the counter and finally left in frustration. I finally called the store phone and asked if there was anyone assigned to the paint area. The operator forwarded the call to the phone at the paint counter, and I stood there and listened to the phone ring until it went back to the operator because no one answered it. There was then a page over the loud speaker for assistance. About 5 minutes later a young man came to the counter to help me. I can say one positive thing about my visit to this store. The young man who assisted me was very pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. However, in my estimation, your lack of personnel is inexcusable. Your store is within walking distance of my house, but I will drive to another vendor to get better customer service

Their pain department help is awful. We have been shopping here for many years and have spent a lot of $$ Robin that used to run this department was amazing! Heather the old manger of the store was awesome also! All these young people that have no customer skills and ignore you need some training. At least acknowledge your customers and if you tell them you’ll be right with them don’t make them wait for 30+ plus while you text on your phone and laugh with co-workers. We ended up grabbing a 5galbucket and reaching for the product that was un-readable ourselves. When the worker saw us she said “oh did you still need help”? We are here today once again to pick up paint and was ignored, no acknowledgment they can at least say “ I’ll be right with you’ I’m helping someone I’ll be right back etc…. DEFINITELY NEED TO WORK ON CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!!

Bought stove took 8 days to deliver they need to profect their delivery system could be next day delivery from Tracey to Modesto! I can drive in 30-45 min. People need to be able to cook, wash, etc when an appliance fails!!!

Was buying Duraflame logs. Since I'm not supposed to lift heavy things , I chose to use their curbside pick up. Very easy and quick.

Came into get some paint and was waiting around for about 10 mins so I asked a guy if I could get some help and he was sitting around in flooring and says he will be right there. So I wait and as he approaches me he says it will be 10 more minutes bc he has a meeting to go to. Seems like a bunch of kids that don’t know what they are doing work here like this guy

Home Depot had to hot water heaters the same thing what different prices they gave me the one from the low price but charged me high price I don't know if they was overstocked are what happened but I got the one that was Mark down and they charged me full price

I call the store before I even left the house because I didn't know what time the paint department closed.. the lady answered and I asked the question so I know and told her I'm on my way now and I live around the corner on e hatch.. I get here asked 2 people about getting help and waited and people walking by not saying anything and when I sent my daughter to the desk someone comes out to say the lady is on lunch I was standing here already for half n hour and still nothing other people are even asking for help and someone said that they will call someone else why because there is more people coming but couldn't call someone else when I asked.. worst customer service

worst customer service!!!! There has now been MULTIPLE times I place an order for curbside and they NEVER come out!!!! DELETE THE OPTION IF ITS NOT AVAILABLE!!!! I’ve tried calling and get no answer, but when I go inside to pick my order there’s SEVERAL employees standing in the return/order pick up area and I still have to wait to be helped????? These employees are just there to hold the counters down or something???? I’ll have to drive out of my way now to go somewhere else. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Great. Found what I needed as always. Website accurately depicts instore locations of product and the customer service rep at checkout was polite and said hello and all that. Too often store hire young rude kids to run the checkout. Not so with Home Depot in my experience. Thanks guys.

We special ordered a window in June of 2022. We were called to come get it, we came, they couldn't find it. This happened multiple times, they called and when we got there they couldn't find it. Finally in Jan. of 2023 they called and had our window... But it was the wrong size! Then we had to start all over ordering the window. It's now Feb. 2023 and we have our window. We will be installing it tomorrow.The people are generally helpful, know what they are talking about and can help you find the right products for your project.

I went to this home depot to buy an air conditioner because it was the only home depot that had them, I lasted asking for more than 30 minutes for help because the air conditioner was in the upper part, nobody helped i when customer service and the lady told me ihave to wait because the person was at lunch? I decided to take the stairs and go up myself that's when they arrived and told me that I couldn't be there and I told them I have almost 1 hr and nobody is doing anything here and I told them if something happens to me I'll sue them that's when they quickly took the forklift and lowered the air-conditioning

Placed an order from this location for delivery. I scheduled the delivery on a day I would have time off work. They choose to change the delivery date on me arbitrarily and they expect me to be available between 6 am to 8 pm. I called to try to work out the delivery issues and they hung up on me. They are basically screening and ignoring my calls now. Definitely a 0/5 star experience.
