Have always gotten simple birthday cakes from here and the end result is always great.It’s a bit unfortunate that sometimes they can’t use certain things due to copyright and they can’t create fully custom cakes but in the end it’ll still end up in someone’s stomach so it’s not really a big issue.

It's nice location and must the time they have fresh vegetables and fruits and nice friendly staff. We been with savemart shopping since 1976 when we leaved in Ceres Ca and tell know.

Came here for just a quick one item shopping list, was able to quickly find it and get out. Had a bit of a struggle with the self checkout, but the staff was able to quickly put in their pin and get it all fixed up. Overall a nice experience.

I like going into this store it's always clean and the worker are very helpful. They also have a lot of organic products such as baby foods and shampoos conditioners skincare products.

Save Mart was recently bought out by a private equity firm so expect inflated prices and horrid non existent customer service. The self check out aisle is unattended and the “employee” who’s supposed to be there is ignoring all customers when the machines malfunction. Just a disorganized zoo of an operation. The deli is an unimaginative single-brand of meats situation, bakery is a equally generic Crisco-sugar shop.Only thing still decent about this store is their wine section.

Save Mart is a great place to shop. Always has the freshest meats and great deals. The only downside is a majority of the workers a lot of the Save Marts I shop at are rude. Not sure if that's a requirement but its very bad. Once my wife and I were walking up to pay for our groceries and without a single word said yet the checker tells my wife and I "So I assume you're paying with food stamps" We were dressed nice and I have no idea where she came up with that one (and we both have very high paying jobs that we proudly work hard at) So to have been told that was absolutely uncalled for. Again, shopping at the store is great, its the workers that need am overhaul.

This is the worst SaveMart I’ve been to. There are always at least 3 different items in produce that are molding or have gnats. It seems that almost everything is out of stock or expired. Check the expiration date on every item if you shop here. 1/3 items on the shelf will either be damaged or sticky. The displays in the aisles are ridiculous, you can’t walk down an aisle if someone is coming the other way. The Pepsi vendor stood on top of a pallet full of 12 packs of Mug root beer to stock the top shelf. Deli is always understaffed, the employees seem annoyed to have to work and can’t weigh things correctly, and get more annoyed when you want a specific amount instead of .4lbs over. The meat counter is even worse. You could wait ten minutes without seeing a soul, and the fish smells awful more times than not. I wouldn’t recommended this store to anybody. Absolutely disgusting.

This Store is beautiful and clean. The produce department looked amazing,fresh,fully stocked, and the displays were stacked nice and neat. I came to get the shrimp on the 3-day ad They had a few but I got what I needed. The meat department was amazing also everything was full and stacked neatly. Went to the restroom 🚻 and like other grocery stores you have to get someone to open it for you but here you go in. The restroom was clean. The only problem I had was that at the self checkout only one was running at the time I didn't mind but the lady in front of me had a full basket even though the sign said 20 items or less. Then the lady watching it was just eating and not caring about the lines backing up behind me. She finally finished eating and then took her time to clear up the self checkout and all she had to do was scan it with her override card but she then changed the receipt tape and took her time 🙄😒. I understand she was pregnant but some people behind me started complaining about if she is pregnant she should be in the check stand. Once she was done I scanned my items and hurried up. That was the only glitch but the Store was Beautiful and clean. If I see that checker again I'm going to make sure I don't get in her line. Lol 🤣😆😜

Finally my $250 over charge was refunded. When an experienced clerk Janie & Manger Scott cannot run a check through the machine it's time for new staff & training. It took me a week to deal with an issue they created. Surprisingly, Scott wasn't concerned about the inconvenience he was worried about where my cart, food were. Like I was ripping them off. Hubby took cart out, while I dealt with check issue. Customer Service is terrible in the store and professionalism hardly exsists.

Terrible customer service. The deli manager flat out refused to make me a sandwich. Told me she was too busy and was supposed to be off two hours ago. Tried to pawn the job off on a poor older employee who was already very busy and looked terrified. When I told her that customers should come first and asked for the manager she told me she was the manager. Is this how Save Mart expects it's management to treat customers? I've worked and managed customer service for over two decades and not once have I been too busy for a customer. Ever. Customers don't shop at Save Mart for deals or convenience, we shop here for the expectation of service that it usually provides. This isn't Walmart, but it felt like it today.

I frequent the Deli. The young man employee appears to be bothered to assist people. Greatly in need of a personality and customer care coaching. Older gentleman employee also appears to not be happy to be there and needs the same coaching along with the difference between a chicken thigh and breast. The other deli employees seem happy to serv.

Great selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. Competitive prices. Has a good variety of most items. Good store brand items. Only down fall I saw was lots of items opened and a portion missing. Sadly they evidently have lots of people stealing and eating items in the store.

my company was having an employee appreciation lunch last minute and needed a cake within a days notice. The gals behind the bakery counter were very helpful and the cake turned out AWESOME! It was even done ahead of time! Thanks everyone!

Love every single employee in their deli! They are always so friendly and attentive! Their awful cashiers could take some lessons in proper etiquette and what true customer service from these ladies in the deli. Store Manager is also fantastic.

I would think it's pretty obvious to the ordering manager that when they order 5 30 packs of coors banquet original and they are sold out immediately but the coors light 30 packs are ordered by the 100s and they just sit for months...something should change. Step it up and get it together. Trying to give my business to savemart as I enjoy shopping there but unfortunately end up having to give another store my money all the time.

The problem with this Save Mart, is that they keep the store so cold inside it's uncomfortable to shop. More and more we are going from Ripon to Pelandale because we don't want to get frozen out!

I ordered brown sugar , hard as rock, couldn’t break it up or use it , I’m going to the manager at Savemart when my knee heals ; can’t believe this product was delivered: terrible when you get a shopper and that person doesn’t know how the product should be , terrible service ; when I called they should of delivered me a new one !!! Shame on Savemart shopper!!!

Save Mart is a great grocery store I love there large selection of bulk items. These items come in big barrels & you put the quantity you want into bags provided for you. I love the dried fruit selection & it's better for the environment with out all that packaging.

I wanted to simply check their products at this store via the online site, but they wouldn't let me check without signing up. Since I can't even check if they have what I need I won't go here. Instead I'll go to Safeway or Target.

Expensive everything. This is the 3rd time I bought meat from here. I thought I would give it the benefit of the doubt, but I swear it hurts my stomach so bad that I can't even get up when I buy beef from here. There is something wrong with the meat.

I enjoy coming here because it is well kept. The produce selection is always full, clean and the staff is extremely friendly. I really appreciate the professionalism and expertise the meat department offers. They are always willing to help you with special cuts and recommendations.
