This store was clean and organized AND HAD CASHIERS READY TO GET CUSTOMERS IN AND OUT. LOVED IT. Went on my lunch break , I found what I needed, got in line, didn't wait but 2-3 minutes, and they had me on my way. I even had time to grab a bite to eat. Keep up the great service Ross off of Sisk!!

Joyce the manager is very rude she keeps a dirty store and does not provide 5 star customer service. Herself and her team like to talk about customers and act very rude and disrespectful to the elderly.

The post holiday selection was pretty solid. I was thinking to just poke around and see what's there. I had items in my hand within 2 minutes. It was comical because at one point a lady who works there came up and asked if I needed a cart. I told her "No, because it'll encourage me to buy more stuff than I could carry." Then about 5 minutes later, she appears around a corner and just blurts out "Hi!" out of Nowhere. All I could do was laugh. I got a bunch of great stuff, even a cool gift for my ex-wife's birthday this week. Drop by your local Ross. It's almost always worth popping in, even just to "poke around." Time flies and next thing you know, 2 hundred dollars have passed... Btw, they carry the world's BEST coconut water--Coco Joy brand. I've tried probably 20 different kinds and this is by far the best. If you're not a fan yet, you will become one. Of you are already, I challenge you to prove me wrong. Happy shopping, America.

Been awhile. So dull. Nice cashiers. Security is a jealous racist, be mad at yourself for working there honey and not improving yourself or work at the dirty mall with the other lowlifes. The former Security guard, a woman with curly hair was sweet.

Can always find something here while shopping and usually whatever I find is priced right. The problem is that 9 of 10 times I shop here there’s only one or two cash registers open and a line going to the back of the store. Maybe I’m a little impatient but I just can’t stand waiting in line like I’m at Disneyland to buy a few things. More often than not I just put my potential purchases down and walk out, if I added it up over time, I’ve probably walked away from $3-4k in purchases.

Found inexpensive quality planters but giving a three because cashier was not friendly. She shouted at me for no reason at all. It was uncomfortable. Sales and security staff were cheerful!

Oh my I went here to grab a bday gift the lines were extremely long I waited a good 25 mins it took more time standing in line then it did shopping and that's horrible won't go to this particular ross anymore they need more employees

I enjoy browsing in Ross stores a lot. I rarely buy the more expensive items. I'm always looking for a good deal. The last time I visited this particular Ross store, it was quite busy. I ended up finding a minni sketch set, a pack of sharpie markers (on clearance) and a basket to store my pajamas in my closet. I got some good deals on what I had found. There was a tremendous amount of Christmas decor, blankets, serving dishes, wrapping, gift tags, bows and nick nacks. And the store was clean and being organized by a few employees on the floor.

I will never go into this location again! They treat you poorly! Very unprofessional! The red, pink hair (whatever the color is, it looks ugly) cashier girl oh my! she thought she knows everything, acting so rude! No "Hello" "No thank you when done" You need to change your attitude girl, you still have a lot to learn. Unbelievable the worst customer services!

I like this Ross, but.... The cashier's are never friendly. There's no hello or anything. Decent selection here though, gets crowded and long lines sometimes.

For what it's worth, it seems or appears to be a bit more limited in certain items all around. But for what they have it's a great selection. I picked up several items of a bathroom and kitchen nature and for a great price. Not that many customers while I was shopping but 50% of them cared less of the social distancing, but masks were worn. Be safe and take care.

Are you looking for something? Anything? Are you just wanting to walk about and see if you find anything good that you didn't realize you needed to spend money on? Then I have the place for you, it is called Ross dress for less and while you can dress for less, you can also find kitchen ware and sheets and beauty products for much less. I'm not going to lie to you because of the Pinocchio syndrome, but I will say this, you will probably find something you want and if you don't then you will find nothing that you want. Life delivers for those that search with an open mind

Very unprofessional loss prevention and manager they need to be fired immediately. They are racially profiling customers. The manager kept saying “don’t shop here we are not asking you to shop here” like if her check doesn’t come from the shoppers. Fire her now and the loss prevention also needs to be fired. He had a second job anyways.

Store is filthy, employees are rude, especially the manager and security guy with glasses. I couldn't even walk through the aisles there was stuff Everywhere and employees just standing around doing nothing but talking about paying customers. There was urine in a dressing room, I told the manager and she just chuckled. This store has serious issues!!! Everyone there needs training in customer service!!! I will NEVER step foot in this place again!!

For a Ross this location is pretty well taken care of. It's usually fairly organized. What I don't like about this location is the lines. They never have enough people on the registers for check out. I have seen managers standing and staring at the lines multiple times but not moving to actually go to the register to help customers out. As someone that has spent a lot of time in management in retail this irks me to no end. If you see a line move your butt to the register and get working. Management isn't above ringing up customers.

The bathroom was terrible, there was pee all over the floor, toilet seat covers all over the floor and the checkout lady was not friendly at all didn't ask us if we found everything okay didn't say hello when we went up to the register. Couldn't even walk through the isles because there were so many stock hummers in the way. Only reason I'm giving any stars at all is because the Loss Prevention is always friendly.

Great place to shop. I love getting shoes from here they always have great brands. People are complaining about how the store looks, but if people stop throwing sh** on the floor maybe it would look nicer. I was upset a nice shirt got ruined that people just trampled over. It seems like a lot of Ross customers treat the store like a damn flea market lol.

Need better employee training. Loss prevention has loss his mind! He’s craig and dayday on steroids. On a serious power trip and obviously boning the store manager as she thinks him berating customers for his idea they look like they might steal is acceptable. She literally laughed in the face of a customer expressing concern in a professional manner. I will never spend money in this place! Fire that loss prevention before he loses his life walking around swole chest threatening people!

This store manager and loss prevention worker have a video on social media going around SERIOUSLY mistreating a customer. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They were in the wrong and I hope this stores GM Can fire them this is so disturbing. Disgusting. The store manager literally mocking this poor man who just got off work to shop????? What is this!
