My family and I had zero problems with this Petco until today we picked up our two dogs and they were shaved completely. They didn’t have any knots in their hair so I don’t understand the reason to why their fur was shaved off. We’ve been going to that Petco for a few months now and their fur was always beautifully cut but today they completely messed them up. The prices for the haircuts they did before were at a reasonable price but today they overcharged for an awful haircut.

I was helped out by 2 employees both of which were knowledgeable and pleasant to be around. They both seemed to really like their jobs and seemed happy to be there. The boss came out and even he was smiling and seemed like he helped shape a fun work environment for the petco team

Michael and Dani are very rude and unprofessional in the grooming department. If I could give zero stars I would. They mistreated me and my animals. Very hostile and condescending.

Not too happy about spending a ton of money hear and as a customer i can’t use the restroom.. That’s insane. Last time i came there was no carts, this visit they had three……………. get it together i know the location isn’t top tier so i’m sure they get some people that are not customers messing up their restroom but that’s not the CUSTOMERS FAULT and we shouldn’t be punished for it. Petco.. be decent and have respect for your customers. We pay crazy amounts of money each year not to be able to go and relieve ourselves in the bathroom while shopping.. just crazy.. horrible customer service.

Excellent selection of pet foods and pet care products. Staff is friendly and very helpful when selecting items or looking for any particular foods that your pet might need. I highly recommend this place and would also suggest looking into their online delivery as well.

Came in to look for dewormer, I’m someone who loves to look at around, first thing you see to your right when you walk in is the reptiles. This is what I saw. How long does an animal have to be there for it to look like this. Poor baby, at least the other one looked alive.

As someone with many pets, having this pet store has been a huge help. We come here for live crickets for our pet frog, toys and treats for our dog and cats, and to simply look at all of the fish. Every once in a while they will have cats here ready to be adopted which is both fun and incredibly helpful for those animals. The staff are all nice and this location allows you to bring your pets in with you.

My experience is fine but just like in the past I am still permanently disabled with a walker cuz my power chair doesn't work currently and it would be nice to have some small seats available for the disabled and the elderly that is all other than that everything was fine it was hard for me to stand up in the store thank God for my Walker

Goldfish were sick and dying. Also, they have no public restroom. "Employees only," posted sign. Go down the street to PetSmart like we did. You'll thank me later.👎🏾

No carts are available to help carry items, which is hard if you bring pet with you to the store. I like the selection of items and the store is well kept. I don't usually see much benefit in the membership as some prices are well above other places. I'd love to see membership discounts or some perks other than them tracking what you buy.

Associates were very helpful. We purchased 1 item. Petco has nicely stocked stores, but pricing is very high. I would suggest Amazon for shopping for your pet.

I was having a crisis with my dogs ear and I had a lady help me that had more compassion than I’ve ever seen in somebody in a long time not only did I have a dog, Her name is Selena. Keep doing what you’re doing. You do a good job.

Not 1 shopping cart, had to take items to register going back and forth with bags of pet food and supplies. UPDATE visited store 11/25/2023 , the store had shopping carts!!!!

I had an issue with a pond pump going out. I went to a different pet store, and they tried to get me to buy a $200 pump. There was no way I would pay that much, and the employee there was not nice about it, so I left. I went to PetCo and was helped right away by Taylor. She found the pump that I needed for only $20! I got a few other things and went to pay for my stuff. The cashier, Caymen, was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. I asked about a brush for a shedding cat. I bought the one he recommended, and it works better than any brush I've used before. These employees went above and beyond to help me with what I needed, so that's where I'll be getting my pet supplies from now on. Give those two a raise!

This store leaves a lot to be desired. I dropped off my dog for grooming and then started walking around the store. It was about an hour later when I needed to use the restroom. Nobody had approached me in that time. When I asked to use the restroom, the associate was quite rude but allowed me to use it. Afterward, she asked if I needed help and tried to promote their rewards program. I left the store and returned later to pick up my dog. They didn't provide half the services I paid for, and my dog still stunk when I picked him up. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention that the store is set up like a maze, and half the shelves are empty, almost like the store is closing. I'll buy my dog's food for a year since I paid for the rewards program, but after that, I think I will go elsewhere for my pet needs.
