So much variety. Animals, Plants, Food, Clothing. The outdoor auctioneer is something out of a Hollywood movie. He has a style all his own as if he is almost singing a song as opposed to auctioning off items. Very interesting. Great place to explore.

Most vendors close pretty early on Monday, so get out there early. It is a smaller flea market than Crowe's Landing but still interesting selections, food trucks and farmer's market. Livestock auctions held here are fascinating though a sobering reminder how animals are treated.

Sunday and moñdays are awesome because of this place. My kids añd I piçk oñe thing we think we need and than go and see who can find the best one for the best price, they lov3 it!It ends up being an àll day outing to go antiquing, thrift shopping and having fun as a family with no worries àbout Breaking the bank.Thanks!

My first time there and I gotta say pretty cool, had the watermelon drink,some snacks. They were doing livestock auction. There was chickens,ducks and goat's for sale.

I always find good vegetables and a lot special tool's. The bad thing about it is the parking it's a nightmare. If you get there early enough parking is OK. If it's after 9:00am forget it.

Always super friendly & always willing give you a great bargain! Fresh fruit & veggies, household products, makeup (some brand name), food trucks & yard sale type of stuff! There's even a lady who has a pop up shop & cuts hair. She does a great job every time!

This place shouldn't even be open yet. Cause a lot of people don't where there face masks or don't put it on all the way or sanitize there hands this needs to be inforced due to our state COVID-19 outcomes and the increased covid-19 rising cases everyone is supposed to where a facemask over your mouth and nose and sanitize your hands and keep a 6Feet distance from eveyone

TRY ZAMUNDOS BURGERS AND TACOS !!! The best hands down burger in Modesto , not to mention the amazing!!!! Staff !! Wow . I got a cheeseburger and my husband a bacon cheese burger with fries and I can no tell you how amazing they were ... Please give this place a try !!!! You wont be disappointed!!!

🙏 This flea market is looking s of fun. You can find some great deals. Get there early before it really heats up . Check out the Stevens brothers ,they are right on the corner as you walk in. Best deals around , eclectic assortment of items and extremely fair on there prices. They get one of a kind items, estate items and collectables. I wish they had more food vendors at the market with awnings to protect you from the sun. Fun way to spend a Sunday morning . Give it a try you won't regret it. It is Helpful if you are bilingual .

The open-air animal auction & flea market intown is pretty decent it used to be a lot better back in the day but frugal shoppers can find something they need and foodies can come there for some real good eats!

What I like the best is it's not all new stuff. I really enjoy walking around. Looking at everything. There are some good buys.The parking is very crowded on the street. But the market's fairly small so people are moving in and out quickly.

I have been going to this flea market for about 13 or so years, and my experience has always been positive. The vendors are all very friendly and non-biast. They are all very helpful, and most of the vendors remember what I like, and if they don't have it the first week, they will remember to bring the thing I'm looking for the next week.It's a very close knit community, which makes the experience and the atmosphere very unique and special.This outdoor market is a multi-cultural plethora of positive energy and fun and colorful family experience. The fresh fruits and vegetables, and the diverse cooked on-site foods are delicious. There is also multiple kinds of desserts, candies, and beverages to choose from.There is something for everyone at this flea market. Let's not forget the live music and dancing...fun for everybody.It is like a vacation that is close to home, but feels light-years away from the uncertainty and the violence many of us are faced with today.I do most of my shopping here for all of my needs every week. Here you will find all the groceries you will need, and all of the latest name brand fashions from head to toe. You can upgrade your garden, add to your tool collection, decide to bring home some baby chicks, or buy your kids new or gently used bikes, and toys; they even have all of the electronics you can think of.I will probably shop here for the rest of my life...and never need for anything.

Lots of food vendors and used. Tools. but I was disappointed with the lack of Mexican imports for example if you’re looking A variety of belts ponchos blankets hats boots then this is not the flea market for you. I did get a great deal on some socks though, 24 pairs for 20 bucks.

If you have the time and energy can find some awesome deals. Tons of sellers of both new and used items. Bargains galore! Parking can be tricky just need patience sometimes. There is so much it can get overwhelming. They also have a livestock auction and a variety of hot foods and snacks. Sometimes have live music and dancing too! Really fun for everyone. Recommend face coverings and comfortable shoes!

Nice place to spend time at. Recommend bringing family and friends, as there is livestock and sometimes musical events taking place as well. Plenty of vendors, along with food trucks with a variety of food choices.
