What's not to love? Veterans designated parking and discount, Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, have just about anything you might need for home repairs, gardening, tools, BBQs, mowers, fans, pest control etc. Krystale on the Pro desk was awesome today. Made it so easy and pleasant. Lowe's is the only home improvement store we shop at.

Last May 2023, i had a very bad experience from a tech store where I ordered home appliances and ended up cancelling due to delayed delivery, then Lowe’s was there to the rescue. The people from appliance department are very helpful and dedicated to their work. Aside from that, I got a great deal for my appliances, saved like more than one grand. I am very satisfied with my purchase at Lowe’s.

Very clean and well lit, unlike its well-known competitor with its dim lighting and questionable HVAC. Staff was present and most helpful. To my surprise the listed on-store inventory quantity of my desired item the app stated matched what they actually had in the store! oh and I got here after the roaming the aisles of their competitor, and they didn’t have what I was looking for (which seems to be frequently the case).

Can get lots of things from here in a jiffy. Even got blinds from here without much hassle.If you can find what you’re looking for it’s worthwhile to ask the staff, and if they don’t have it then Home Depot is a little ways away to check as well.

This is definitely becoming my go to store for many things needed around the house. Visited the store as recently as yesterday and while I was not there to purchase anything from the garden department I spotted these sunflower plants and hanging vines and ended up grabbing a beautiful one of each. In comparison other hardware/garden centers do not offer similar plants. The staff that checked me out made sure to place the plants in a bag she cut to cover the pot so nothing leaked out into my car, super nice! There have been other things I've needed that after shopping around were only available here like buckets for composting which they sale in multiple sizes with lids. Thanks Lowe's for the Veterans Discount program also.

Very bad experience at this Lowe’s. I loaded my cart up with lumber that was clearly marked on sale. When I got to the register they said that the numbers on the tag were wrong and that they wouldn’t honor the price. I waisted at least an hour. The manager was not helpful at all.

Very helpful but they don’t have enough customer service people. They said they had three people working appliances but the boy saw one at register. We were in the bath area no one to be seen I had to go track someone down to have them call someone took 20 mins to get anyone. The people that do work there are good though.

Alright Lows,, no one to check us out from Lowe's. You have a girl without a complete catalog of items for items without prices on them. I left 2 types of Tiles at your counter just now.. You lost ALL of my business.NEVER. again Lows. I will not go find a price when I'm checking out.I WAS YOUR CUSTOMER WHO NEEDED HELP AT YOUR REGISTER WHEN NO PERSON WAS TO BE FOUND. You lose profit when you lose your customer..pissed dam right!! my time selecting a product then not being able to purchase it!

Wouldn’t let me use my own credit card because I decided to splurge. I just got my first apartment and received my brand new Lowe’s credit card. I was excited about buying a bunch of new things for my first apartment. Left in tears and feeling discriminated against, went to the Lowe’s in Stockton instead and had a much better experience. Will never shop at this Lowe’s again

It was very disappointing that I couldn't find the items I was looking for. Goo Gone Grout and Tile Cleaner as well as a ceiling fan balancing kit. I walked up and down other isles but I couldn't find any associates to help me. That's usually the case when I shop there. I chose to go to Lowe's because I was taking a trip to Costco. I prefer Home Depot. Sorry Lowe's.

SCAM.... I have a Hemo Depot about 2 miles from my home. For the las 25 years I have chosen to buy at Lowes about 8 miles away. I went looking for some paint and I noticed that there was a BIG advertising sign with some Sherwin William paint. I asked the paint department that I was interested in getting the advertising paint at that advertising price. I WAS TOLD that price does not exist it was WRONG and it could not be honer or be taken down. Please take a look at the pictures attached. Not good for business.Thank youEfrain

Generally a nice place to go. But the prices are exceptionally higher than other stores. Such as was looking at a small hibiscus at Lowe's and at the riverbank home Depot they were 16.98 for one at least 2/3 bigger and healthier. In addition the clematis for $29.99 for a 6" plant and at home depot riverbank the same color was 36" in 2.5gl. and healthier. Although I would say they had a larger section of petunias and other small flower annuals. One employee was very helpful his name was Jesus, the only employee that approached us to see if we needed help.

I really like this lowes, despite the raising prices thanks to inflation and supply and demand... it's still the goto place to get what you need to complete your home upgrade or repair needs and they have a knowledgeable staff to assist you and ensure you get all the materials and hardware needed so you don't need to make a second trip.Today was an exceptional visit I had previously knocked over a trash can, and it broke my mirror... granted I should have gotten multi surface jb weld I saved a buck or two substituting that for gorilla glue brand epoxy multi surface adhesive. One of there employees even went out of the way and helped me get my mirror back in place and secured with the guerrilla product.I could not have done it initially because of my permanent disability which renders my left hand useless. Kudos for above and beyond.Also gorilla glue seems to be holding up my mirror and door panel that I fixed utilizing a comb a fork and yes even orbit white chewy gum case to prop the door panel IL until it all cures. And with my mirror my dog leash strategically tired around the mirror to hold out in place as well until it cures.

Been to this store a few times in the past few weeks needed a pressure treaded plywood for a project and every time I go the saw they use to make cuts is always broken. What's the nearest Lowes maybe they have a saw that works it seems like nobody wants to help customers in wood department.

So I decided to upgrade my dishwasher bought a nice Bosch. Also paid premium for it. I Purchased a 50.00 haul away for the old one. The install guy left it on my driveway never picked it up for the haul away. They have not refunded my 50.00 and I keep getting the run around from corporate and the store will not answer the phone calls to speak to someone about my refund. It this what we are left with the store riping the public off for 50.00 don't buy anything from this company

My family and I came in to get a bunch of stuff for our house and apparently they don’t cashier anymore. Employee named Ash and another employee were just standing by the exit talking. One of the registers were lit up so we got in line and Ash came over and asked if we were paying cash or card. When we responded we were paying with card, she told us to go to the self checkout and went back to talk to the employee. Absolutely terrible customer service from the both of them.

I just finished my front yard renovation and purchase the majority of my material at the Modesto Lowe’s. These guys were super helpful and accommodating, unequivocally making my project easier. Curbside pick up is the best thing since sliced bread. Those guys are really on the ball with order fulfillment, always kind with a professional demeanor. We installed 440 ft.² of artificial turf & moved literally 2.3 TONS of rock. My hands are in so much pain so I am beyond ecstatic to have this project complete. I will definitely choose Lowe’s for my next DIY venture. Thanks guys!!

Ordered dishwasher for installation, I requested a discount as I had to be home for 3 separate appointments and go to store as I could not reach anyone on the phone. Department manager declined.Had leak under sink and water coming out of air gap. No way was I calling Lowe's to come out AGAIN. Plummer found installer failed to remount garbage disposal correctly and drain line was too long after installer attached connection to dishwasher.Am considering cancelling my order for doors but they are special order have been waiting for 3 months.I have been a Lowe's customer years. Not anymore...

Worst sevice ever. Everyone floor to mgmt was rude as we walked In there was a mower that had been sold, and no warning signs. My mom a little great Grammy walked tripped on the cable and fell. Busting both knees and fell on the purs on her ribcage. A floor asst was right there I asked him to help to move my mom out of the hot sun and off the hot concrete. He just walked of mumbling something about a mngr. I had to help my mom slide across the ground to the shade. A mngr came out and got her an electric cart offers her some ice and asked if there a anything else I told her that I was there to get a generator and needed help. As she walked away I asked her Are you gonna just push my mom rite on threw and she asked me what I meant I said well my mom just fell ur not going to file an accident report. Mngr #2 come asks a few basil questions name, add, phone #. Took a brief account of what happened, asked if there was anything else we need i told him as well I need asst with generators. Took down no injuries sustained. And sent us on our way I asked him at this point about the ice that had still not been brought. Then whent to generators. And waited for 20 min with no assosrance.and down get any better after that all rude and unhelpfull.

Okay, so the Lowe's extended warranty plan after the first year is absolutely hideously horrible you will pay and you will pay through the nose for everything no company wants to come out the time on hold is ours and it's a representative in the Philippines that half the time they're just like a robot they don't completely understand what your issue is or what your problem is be prepared to make several calls and many attempts to try to get your repair taken care of my first appointment for some reason the representative in the Philippines did not schedule it properly when the company did not get my service request now this next company wants me to agree to pay them money in advance just for coming out to the house if they see some little thing that they don't agree with or some little thing they think it's not covered in the warranty. Be ready for a horrible nightmarish experience if you buy an appliance and you get an extended warranty from Lowe's it is horrible I do not suggest it even my worst enemy do not do it!¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went to purchase an animal trap. They had the big $64 dollar traps and the itty bitty ones for squirrels...nothing midsized. The computers were malfunctioning and the lines were long and moving slow. So we checked out their BBQ selection and left. Home Depot is still my go-to store

Just went to Lowes in Modesto Ca. After waiting for someone to help and everytime an employee came my way as soon as I tried to ask a question they ran away from me because they might actually have to work. After telling an employee about how disappointed I was wih the customer service. He told me how childish I was. I'll spend my money somewhere else. Good bye.

Went to buy retaining wall bricks. Took half an hour for someone to even help us. I want to buy the caps for the retaining wall and and they refuse to order in the quantity I need (more than the 34 they have in stock) and tell me to order online, which I can't because the website won't let me, even if I pay shipping. Customer service sucks!
