We received a great customer experience with baseball bat and equipment. The gentleman who came to us offer the baseball batting and his knowledge was great. His attention to us was good and we purchased a nice baseball glove. Bat we were looking for Marucci but our league not approved that barril yet. But nice bat for kids. We were continue using the -10 pics attached. And definitely this associate should be promote to manager role at Dublin store since he will be able to turn that store on the right customer experience satisfaction. Our purchase was on 9/10 thanks to this gentleman.

My dad and I went here for shoes, and the guy in the shoe dept was great!! We were there in the morning of Monday the 3rd. Great selection of shoes and prices. We bought Merrel and Keenes. the young woman at the register who checked us out was also very nice, and joked with us too. An all around great experience!!The new location at the mall is better than the old location, more to choose from.

Great staff, as soon as I walked on I was greeted. I asked the same employee for the location of Nike backpacks and he immediately found out the location of them.Selection of backpacks was low as expected. Bought a blue Nike backpack.Walked through the store, noticed that the whole facility was shining. I was extremely happy with my visit today.

Went in for roller skate gear and they only had like a TEENY TINY section of black gear. Walked all around the store a couple times looking for someone to help me and then found 2 managers and an employee just talking away while 1 manager "folded clothes". There was multiple people looking for help.Then when I asked for a reference to find a bigger selection of products he said he couldn't think of anything. I was polite, said thankful talked cheerfully as best I could even though it felt like an unfriendly and rude environment. I'm not sure if it was my approach, or because of my weight, or they were in a bad mood? Either way I won't shop there again and make sure my friends go somewhere more pleasant. It's kind of a super bummer.

As soon as We walked in the greeter didn’t greet us yet he greeting the people in front of us and the people behind us. We went straight to the treadmill section. As soon as I knew which one I was interested in My husband went to ask the guy in the front for help. I asked him if he would let me know if the store had either of the two treadmills I was interested in purchasing he told us to get in line and ask the cashier. We get in line when it was our turn the lady calls the same guy to help us. He asked what he can do? I had to tell him again. He looked like he wasn’t there to help. He looked at the treadmills and said he would come back. So after waiting a little longer we left. I called the store in Turlock the nice lady on the phone confirmed right away the store had the treadmill, she told me I could order online So It wouldn’t sell. Since I would be picking up the next day. I will now be doing my shopping at the store in Turlock.

Disappointed today. Went to get some baseball turf shoes and usually have decent selection. Today they did not have one pair in stock in any men's turf shoe after checking 7 different shoes. Plenty on the wall. None to buy. They need to better.

All the salespersons plus the manager were very helpful. Went in to swing some new golf clubs, then ordered online to take advantage of a discount offer. Order was ready in 20 minutes for pick up at the store.

We went in to shop Thursday night, so excited to be able to shop in the store. We saw a few employees in the front of the store. We went to shop for golf clubs. Mind you, golf clubs are probably the most expensive items in the store. We looked around for about 20 minutes. NOT ONE EMPLOYEE came over to help us! We looked around the rest of the store and returned to the golf club area, again crickets. We left.

Shoe selection is marginal at best. Expect your size to not be in stock and a push for online ordering. Apparel side is a bit more organized and stocked. Store is a bit cramped. Can see long lines during good weather.

Store was average but creepy dude in the firearm department that was staring down my shirt using curse words and relentlessly talking me out of a product I already decided to purchase. Was NOT okay.Another clerk that had already helped me had mentioned that he'll always help a pretty girl.Talking about a woman that he was helpingI finally left the store and my purchases behind just to get away from this person.About 6 foot tall and heavy set.
