This was my 1 1/2 year old Cane Corso's first time at the groomer. He is a 160-pound pup, and they didn't bat an eye at him. The lady was so sweet. They did an awesome job. We will be back in 2 weeks.

I'm so happy I brought my dog here since she was very overdue. Very friendly and welcoming staff. They asked how I wanted my dog's haircut, shampoos, flea prevention, and a few other questions which I really appreciated. They took their time, took notes of it all and handled my dog with kindness. When I went to pick her up, the lady at the front desk said she was going to put a bandana on her and while she was picking one she would small talk to my dog. I loved it! Not everyone does that lol my sweet maltese looks amazing! thank you ladies so much! We'll be coming back

My first time taking my Mini Aussie here, definitely the last time.I’m sure it was an accident but the groomer cut a slice of my dogs ear off. Instead of calling me and letting me know as it happened, I was informed a couple hours later when I arrived to pick him up. :(They used the ol’ “ I have good news and bad news, which one do you want first” approach to address it.I said uh oh, bad news first. She then explain what happened. The good news, in case you were wondering, was that the $75 cut looked good (yes I was still charged for the service).

I was able to get a last minute walk-in mail trim for my pup even though it was outside their normal walk in hours, since I was leaving town. They were friendly and accommodating. I’ll be coming back!

Took my 11 lb dog there to be groomed and all they did was batheher, trim face and cut nails for $71.00 !! they did Not cut her hair at all! Being a senior citizen living on SS I cannot afford to waste money! Never ever go there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best groomer ever I took my dog and as you can see in the photos her fur was in horrible condition but they did an amazing job she looks like a brand new dog they also got rid of that dog smell now she smells super good This place is a 10/10 recommend anyone here this was my first time here and I’ll never go anywhere else !

The girl at the cashier was very sweet but as I was leaving I saw one of the ladies get irritated with one of the small dogs and she grabbed the dog by the hair and said “stop that” in a very mean tone. And was shaking his head still holding his hair. When I came back to pick up my baby I didn’t realize until I got home she was bleeding from her eye (I assume they eye poked her) and my sweater got stained with blood. My dog was bleeding from her leg. They didn’t have the decency to tell me that her leg and eye was bleeding. I had to treat her wounds from home with a remedie. <\3

The owner is a very rude person if she decides she doesn't like your dog and she has no problem berating you right in front of her staff and customers. She also locked our 12 # dog in a closet in the dark till he was picked up. I will never use them again, if you take your dog there go in unexpected and check how they are treating your pet. I see a lot of 5 stars on people's reviews. You have no idea how they treat your pet when your not there. So think about it strongly before you leave you pet with this owner of the shop. She can't even control a 12 pound puppy, so I would have issues to this extent that if she can't control a 12 pound dog if she should be running this type of business. If you do take you dog to this groomer make surprise visit to check in how they are treating your pet. They grooming is OK, but not worth it if they are mistreating your pet.

This place is the best hands down ! I’ve had my dog 13 years now and The owner is the only one I can ever take my dog too without getting a phone call to come pick him up because of him not cooperating. She works well with him and his aggression. If it wasn’t for her I would be paying over $230 . It always smells so good when i walk in . Very clean. Thank u so muchP.s. she gives everyone discounts. Even the ungrateful one that don’t deserve it because they lie on her reviews . She doesn’t even have a dark closet. Why slander someone’s name that’s only done right by you ??

My puppy came in and when she left, her fur wasn’t all the way cut. It seemed like they barely even cut her fur! I sent them a picture and she looked completely opposite from what I asked. By the time we got home, both of her eyes were swollen shut and red. She also has a rash in the inside of her ears and she keeps scratching. I have called and emailed several times and no response. I do not recommend coming here. Beware!

I have a scared bully and he hates going to the groomer, until we found Dee's. He skips in and out. I love that he can enjoy his visit and the service is great. I appreciate that is smells amazing

First and last time I brought my four-year-old Shih Tzu puppy. Her hair was cut uneven around her face and they cut her eyebrows and did not even say anything or offer a discount. I guess their friends and family are doing the reviews!! Did not see one bad review hopefully someone will see this because my puppy cannot be the first one that they did this to!!!!! Would love to post a picture of my poor baby it’s so hard to find a good groomer… I see some reviews have pictures I do have them it’s just not allowing me to post those.

Used to love bringing my animals here and referred everyone I knew with a dog to them but will not return after today. Not only did they not preform all the services I asked for but charged me extra because my rescue dog that I just got from the pound was scared while having his nails cut. If you don’t have patience for new comers you shouldn’t work in the industry. And wasn’t treated very friendly despite me being kind and tipping well

Service is awsome there. They treat all the dogs well. My dog always comes back happy and I also get her back at the time they originally tell me.That's important because I am one of those pet owners that gets anxiety when my dog is not with me. Her hair always looks good and if I want something changed next time they care of it. Most importantly I feel that my dog is safe and secure there. And it's always fun to pick up a dog that's more cute then when you dropped them off. I definitely recommend this grooming shop, but call 2 weeks in advance if possible because they are popular and stay busy.

100% best groomers we've ever gone to. We have a nervous small dog who HATES her nails cut with a passion and these guys get it done every time. She also doesn't seem stressed when we pick her up which to me is the real sign of a good groomer.If you do need a saturday appointment make sure you call early they book up fast this last one was 6 weeks out.

My Siberian Husky looks beautiful and smells amazing. The ladies here did an amazing job and were patient with Leia trying to snap at them during her nail trimming. She doesn't like her feet touched. Thank you Dee's grooming! My family and I are so happy with the service.

When I picked up my furbaby he was aggressive, angry, out of control. When I got him home and was able to hold him I discovered he had razor burns and cuts that were serious and took him to the vet. Told Dee's they did not care.
