I've been a CostLess shopper since 2009 and I can say they always have something good on sale every week. Just have to subscribe to the weekly ad to see sales. Definitely worth it. Saves me and my family a lot of money. Go check them out. The produce is always good and well stocked and something on sale. The meat dept is just as good also with a sale.

First time coming here I like the store I like the produce and has a lot of varities I didn't find couple items I think they're just sold out but majority of it the experience was great a little crowded

Vegetables and produces are very fresh. They stocks it daily. And most of all the prices are much cheaper in compare with other stores in town. Meat department are good as well. Kinda out off my way but I don’t mind to drive. Their workers are nice, friendly very helpful. Love this store.

Meat quality wasn't looking good. Some meat looked more beige than red. The two guys in the Meat department were too busy telling each other stories instead of paying any attention to customers. Was never greeted by any employee while I was there. Came across four employees on the floor and not one acknowledged, asked if I needed assistance, how was my day, not even hello. They must not be happy working there. On the way in, there was a homeless guy about 19 feet from the entrance smoking a cigarette. I tried it, but I think I'll keep supporting Walmart.

I haven't shopped here, but called with a question during a very busy time of the day. While they didn't stock the product brand I wanted, they cheerfully checked their shelves and saved me a trip. So appreciated.

I just found this location and love it. I usually go to the Carpenter store: they have the small bag of avocados (88 year old father is very fussy!)😬 + the price is so low. The store is really clean and carries most things. The rows are large enough for people to cross each other. Ample parking, but the best part are the cashier’s & baggers) Great service with a smile.😃 Recommend~Low Prices.

I liked it better when Richland was there, now just because the name is cost less don't be fooled cuz when you walk in it's not cheap to make purchases every time I go for a gallon of milk and some bread I end up spending 50 plus walking out with three or four items 🤦🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️

Consistent store, employees are friendly. Prices are fair. The meat department is where i find the most consistent sales for savings. Other products are fair market prices. This particular location gets very busy at times and only one of two complaints. At times it seems there are not enough checkers and have stood in lines, stretching down the isles. This is not always the case, but often enough to mention. Part of the problem is this location being the only grocer in the general vacinity. Worth noting that i dont save much more than shopping at competitor markets that have many more check out lanes open. I shop here out of convenience of the location. The store is always clean, however, ive been in a few dozen times, during the summer months, when gnats were heavily present on the produce. I shop elsewhere for fresh produce when this is the case. Otherwise this is not a bad place to shop, but not so accurate as the name suggests. With comparative prices, I often go to other grocers that offer more employees, in number, for quicker checkout and availability for assistance. Also I have never seen gnat problems in the produce dept. at these other grocery stores, which are only another 5-6 miles away. These comments are meant for store improvement suggestions and not meant to be negative or impact anyone negatively from shopping here. This is still a good option if you live nearby. I do my best to give unbiased, fair, accurate reviews, for possible improvement in businesses, that results in a better experience for customers and a higher customer base that results in a higher sales rate for owners. A win win.

It's so close to my house I go there for everything, saves me from having to drive acrosstown to grab something fast. Love the customer service and the cashiers are so friendly and the prices are low can't beat that.

I don't recommend buying meat from this store!! I left meat to defrost and I was going to cook it I grab the meat to cook it the meat from the bottom was color brown instead of being red I ended up throwing away the meat in the garbage never again will I be shopping here. It not the first time that this happens with the meat I buy here. Never again going here

NY strip for 4.99 a lb. The butcher was super friendly and cut steaks for us. They are excellent, well marbled and tasty!!

Went here often when I lived in Modesto. Prices are great; very affordable and budget friendly. Everything was typically fresh and I think it’s a well managed store. I moved to the Bay Area and miss this store a lot! Wish they open one near me, I would be their first customer

On several occasions I have gotten produce and breads that were already rotting or moldy. Sub standard quality, throughly inspect products before you checkout.

Good customer service. Like that I can always find what I'm looking for. They don't move stuff around in different locations so that I can come in get what I want. Good prices.I am now editing my previous review. I'm saddened to say that lately there have been new hires that are rude. They seem not very helpful. I was in during holidays preparing for large family gathering. The young clerk ignored me when I asked if I could leave the cases of sodas in the basket because I had hurt my hand. She answered no you have to pick each of theup and put them on the counter. I am a senior with a hurting hand yet I not onlypicked up the many cases of sodas to put into basket in the first place but had to do it again. I felt like walking out without the pop but just did as told. Later on that evening my son came home from going to Cistless upset saying he was disappointed with the customer service at Costless.

Food is quite affordable compared to other stores. The cashiers are fast and respectful. The shopping carts might be a little dirty but there are cleaning wipes when you enter. Pretty good

I love costless but I will go back to the hatch store exclusively. I was there near closing and the cashier was so unprofessional while she was ringing me up she yelled at a man who wanted change "I am trying to get these people out of here" she was cursing in her conversations with other employees as well as flipping them the bird she never even acknowledged my existence except for ringing my stuff up and only paid part attention to that I have been shopping at costless since 1999 and never have I come across an employee like that one smh

I have shopped there for about 12 years. They have always great sales prices.Lately they seem to have less sales and higher prices then usual.Long lines at checkout but worth standing in line. The savings are worth it. Prices going up but still lower then Save Mart and SafeWay.Its my favorite and only store I shop for all my grocerys.

Don't care for this store at all. OR the employees. The wait times are extensively too long! The customer service is lacking. And numerous times I've seen store clerks socializing with other store clerks while not greeting there customers. I also have witnessed on numerous occasions where the cashier will be in there phone, oblivious to what is going on around them.

This is literally the worst grocery store I’ve ever been to. I live down the street so I come here every once in a blue moon & I absolutely regret it every time!! The lines are always insanely long & unorganized! There’s employees walking around but only one or two registers open. I don’t understand how checking customers out isn’t a priority? They can’t say they’re “currently understaffed” because it’s like that every time I go & I see plenty of staff there!! Management needs to step it up!
