I bought the Epson EX3280 3LCD XGA Projector and I am very satisfied with the projection effect. I use the VIVIDSTOREM S ALR screen. In low light conditions, the projection picture is very clear and my eyes are very comfortable.

Came here to get a digital picture frame for a family member. They didn't have any on display but an employee quickly showed us their selection and got it from the back. The frame had a software issue so we had to exchange it and once again the staff was very quick to fix this mistake and send us on our way. Overall a good experience

Love the inventory of the store, but the customer service is nothing like the smaller stores. I can walk into the Tracy store and I can feel appreciated by people that I’ve worked with and dealt with for the last four or five years and every time I walk into the store even though I buy most of my stuff at the Modesto store. It seems like they just I’m just one of many and I don’t get assistance. I get brushed off. I get forgotten I time I just have to return the item because I didn’t get the right one because all my questions weren’t answered or I couldn’t get everything that I wanted at the same time so.

Best Buy is what it is just a big electronics appliance store. I tried to buy a mini fridge the other day and the guy wouldn’t let me take it because for some reason he thought he was an expert and I couldn’t transport it in my sedan. Only 4 stars because of that guy. If I could personally review that employee I’d give him a 2/5 for his behavior that day lol. But they got some dope stuff. Sometimes stuff is on sale or you can get a discount on an open boxed item that are still usually brand new you know it’s lowkey lit

Store is set up nicely and spacious. The prices though on the computer products are shockingly high. They do have the newest stock of most PC products. No discounts or offers are offered on most of stock too. Also variety is there, but the prices were too much for me.

Wonderful customer service! We had an amazing camera guy help us out today when we were looking for a beginner camera! Connor was very patient and knowledgeable, answered all our questions and concerns with transparent answers instead of upselling! We will definitely be returning to this specific location in hopes to see him again with our future purchases!Thank you Connor!

I went to this store few times to buy a home theater system including speakers… Worst part is, you will no one their in the magnolia area to support..The theater room is open with displays, systems aswell… However no one to answer the capabilities, how to buy and all questions…Last time asked a sales person sneaking around in the area, i asked him i need some info, the response was the person knows stepped out and will be back.. Stayed their almost 30 mins and no one came…Advise to Best Buy Modesto- If you Magnolia items are not for sale, close it… Dont waste customers like my time advertising your systems and while their no one to help arpund… No managers around, and sales peoples run around in a way not to ask any questions to them… Simply wasting peoples time, please close it so we dont find from Google and waste our time..

I went to exchange a blood pressure machine which I purchased on November 18th and did not work. I got sick the whole month of December and I was not able to go out. I called customer service today and I told them that ever since day one it never worked but I never had the time to make it since it's 10 miles away from me and I got sick. Customer service told me to go to the store and exchange it she never said that it was too late to exchange it. By the way the customer service center is in an Asian country. The person that helped me at the register said that the exchange policy is only good for 12 days and there's nothing that she can do.As I was coming out of the store one of the managers Michelle asked me if everything was okay. I told her that I was told that it was past the 12 days and I can't exchange it for 1 that actually works. I told her I do not want money back I just want to exchange for something that works.Michelle was understandable and she let me exchange it. I told Michelle that is what you call customer service what you just did. The policy for exchange of 12-days is not enough, they should do it like most places for 90 days!!!Thank you Michelle for going the extra mile with your customer service!!

They do not offer support for manufacturer warranty on the ASUS ROG Ally devices. Turned me away unless I paid $150 for Best Buy’s support instead. No help whatsoever. ASUS support told me to go to Best Buy to get this sent off to be fixed and they turned me away unless I paid them. Waste of time and I should have went directly to ASUS support for RMA.

It's still a pretty good store. I just wish the Geek Squad was owned by The Geek Squad still. It was way better than. Now that Best Buy owns it. The big giant Corporation. It just is not the same. Oh well. Not to mention, their prices have gone through the roof.

I have received really good customer service and they're always willing to help. I can't say that for other stores .I've bought major appliances from them and they have really good prices, they also match or beat other stores. Go check out their black Friday deals

I went on 12/12/23 around 1:30ish and was assisted by the manager whom was a Caucasian slightly bigger woman. I had gone with the hopes of getting a price match for earbuds that the Costco in Modesto had just ran out of (which I had the receipt for since they let me purchase it before realizing they were out), but Costco Manteca still had 15 in stock. In order to avoid the 30 minute drive, I figured I could get the price match at the Best Buy here in Modesto since Costco is a qualified competitor store. Well this manager refused to price match because “she was a Costco member and she couldn’t see the deal on her PERSONAL membership app.” I explained to her that this is an IN-STORE ONLY deal so I showed her a receipt that was dated that same day for that item and a picture of the item with the sale price at the store which had an expiration sale date of 12/31/23. I even offered to call the Costco in Manteca on speaker so she could hear the employees tell me the deal price and inventory count. For which she replied, “I don’t need to speak to anyone it’s not on the website and that means they don’t have anymore so we don’t do the price match for items that are not in stock.”I left the store and drove 30 minutes to get the earbuds that were “not available” per Best Buy’s manager.She needs to be educated that not everything is online and specifically for Costco which says on their website word for word, “If a product is only sold in the warehouse, its availability will not be displayed online.”So at that point the only proof I could do was my material proof which was a receipt, a picture, and a phone call to the store since she didn’t believe my picture and receipt were enough proof (which she still refused).Best Buy needs a better manager that is not closed minded and quick to jump to false conclusions even with the evidence laid out right in front of her. This is not the type of leadership that helps a team succeed. If she’s quick to jump to conclusions like this with customers, then she very well might be doing the same with her subordinates, putting them at a disadvantage.

Lots of employees standing around talking, but nobody to help the customers. I asked one person for help, and he was going to send someone over. Nobody ever came to help me. Another employee came and asked me if I needed help, then replied that he didn't work in that area. Apparently, they must not need any business.

Do not use geek squad for warranty fold 4 screen protector repair. They believe they need to unlock your phone and "run diagnostics" to replace a screen protector. They also claim that it takes 2 hours to replace a screen protector.There are too many reports of Geek Squad damaging fold phones during this replacement and privacy invasions. I shouldn't have wasted an hour of my time even attempting a repair here.Update from Samsung customer support: this is unacceptable and they advised me to take my phone to an independent repair facility and it's still covered under warranty.Geek Squad policies are a scam.

Bought a 75 inch TV here and noticed at home that it didn't came with screws for the stand and the remote was missing. I went back to asked kindly for a bag with the remote and screws from another unit which they had tons of it in store. They seriously made me come back with the whole TV. You can imagine the hustle with the transport home, unpacking, packing, transport back to BB, pick up the other unit etc. Since that happened I did not purchase a single thing from BB. That is far beyond of a minor bad experience and no one in the world can justify this.

Friendly folks on the phone and in person. Best Buy got us the large appliance we needed when the home improvement stores couldn't. There were a couple of mixups but we still got our appliance fairly fast. I would shop there again.

The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Selection isn't quite as great as it once was. But nice to shop in person vs online for electronics. Just went through and dumbest geek squad support I've ever heard from. Instead of helping. Took down my info and then referred me to manufacturer support line. I've already done that. Could have mentioned that sooner in conversation rather than take down and confirm my info for nothing. An update. Nothing has changed. If anything it's gotten even worse.
