Pretty upset at this location. We did a walk-in at 9 AM. At 4:30 we tried calling and couldn’t get ahold of them. I went in person to ask if my two dogs are OK and that I’d like to take them home. The man said they are soaking wet and need to dry for 2 more hours… I said I don’t care, I’m taking them home and then he said give him 15 minutes and he will speed dry them. (Shouldn’t doing services be included??)We get home and my dogs RUSH to the water bowl and chug. Then they both rush to the doggy door and immediately went 1 & 2. I get appointments are easier, but don’t even accept a walk in if this is how my dogs will be treated.

Thank you for taking great care of Millie; she looks fantastic! I have to say when I picked her up, she was relatively calm, which is different from her usual behavior of acting out and talking back to regulate herself when going in the car with me. The only place I’ll ever take my doggo. Raise your hand if your Bost-ee is a savage. The gals at this place didn’t shy away. This is the first place that actually let him get his excitement out first, waited till he was calm, and went to work with a happy pooch. Great service. Well done ladies. Thank you.

I rescued a 5 year old, 30 lb, Pomeranian mix. Since I've adopted my dog, he's seen 2 groomers due to COVID closing businesses temporarily, this would be his 3rd. My previous groomers were booked out for the next month, so I made an appointment here. I read on their Google site that they have experience with anxious dogs, so I trusted them. Booking his appointment went smoothly and they had an opening for him within a week. I was impressed with their open availability. However, the service and pricing was upsetting. My partner dropped my dog off and warned them that he's a rescue dog and can get agitated easily. After warning the groomer, she acknowledged his statement and had him complete a liability consent form. When we went inside to pick him up, the groomer began questioning where I've taken my dog for past groomings. She went on to say that she can't believe I've never been warned about his aggressive behavior by other groomers. And that in the future, I have to warn her that my dog is aggressive. Though, as clearly stated above, my partner DID indeed warn her, and she acknowledged it. She charged me an aggression fee of $15, which totaled the service to $100. I was honestly shocked when she gave me that price because I've had a full service for $65 and I leave them a nice tip since I know he can be anxious. But I blame myself for being blindsided since I never asked for a quote ahead of time. She did a great job with his tail and face, but has some choppy parts on his legs and body. I'm not picky with cuts, so I don't mind the choppiness, and I assume the choppiness is due to my dog being antsy. But I am upset that she lied and claimed my partner didn't warn her. And had a rude attitude. I'm also surprised a muzzle wasn't put on him after the first sign of aggression, considering they claim to have much experience with anxious dogs. I guess I should have read the reviews below since another person had mentioned a similar experience. I would not recommend this business to people who have anxious dogs, and I suggest people ask for quotes and surprise fees.

We are looking for a groomer closer to us, and we’re willing to pay a little more for the convenience. To confirm our first service, we called twice, but got no response. When we arrived - as scheduled - there was no appointment. They did make accommodation for us, and we left our dogs.When we picked up our dogs (both under ten pounds), we were initially given a price of $60 each - which was higher than the groomer we have been using, but acceptable considering the convenience. We were then told that the price was $75 each! That’s well above our convenience premium.Moral of the story:*. Get agreement on the price when you leave your animal*. Ensure that you get a receipt detailing the services provided and price*. We’re still looking for a groomer. It didn’t seem that Bark ‘n Beauties wanted our business.

If there were negative stars, that's what this business would get.My wife took her two Pugs for grooming and was assured they would be worked in. One of the pugs is 15 years old. Dropped them off at 9 am. Still not done at 5:30. This business is run by greedy amateurs with no concern for the health or well being of the animals left to their care. Steer clear of this groomer.
