From the moment we stepped into the Modesto Ashley Home Store, we were greeted with extreme friendliness. As we started to look around, we were approached by a trusted advisor named Josh Cooley. He had a lot of experience and we felt well taken care of Throughout the whole process of choosing our new sectional.Josh made sure, both times I came back to measure, that everything was absolutely accurate. He even set up the quickest shipping to us, and explained everything in detail, every step of the way.Our sectional was delivered on time and carefully set up by our Delivery guys. They too, were very efficient and friendly!There was a mechanical issue with one of our recliners, but their trusted service advisor came out the very next day. He quickly resolved the issue and ordered a new recliner to be shipped out ASAPI cannot say enough about Ashley Home Store in Modesto. We will definitely be shopping there again as we replace furniture that is worn out and needs updating, with new, well-made furniture from Ashley.Ashley Home Store in Modesto is definitely a 10 in our book.

It still baffles me what they did and how they did it.Nonetheless, I was able to come into the store today, and Josh and Jeff were amazing! Had an excellent experience here! Go ahead and look for VJ and John. They helped us tremendously and were extremely nice and professional with a sense of humor. They gave us a discount on a beautiful couch that we wanted because we wanted to price match but even though they couldn't fully price match it, they still met us halfway and honored a discount just for us. Best experience I've actually ever had a furniture store and would highly recommend. Customer service is better than others I've been to and the prices aren't bad either. 5/5

Great experience! I went in today and Steven helped me look for some outdoor furniture. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. Geri the store manager introduced herself and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to find what I was looking for, for a great deal. Will come back for future purchases

My husband and I had a wonderful experience in the Ashley showroom in Modesto. We had been looking at a recliner set online and called to see if they had it in stock. They did not but Jerri, the woman we talked to on the phone encouraged us to come in anyway to check the color in person and to look at similar styles. Because of the encouragement we came in and ended up finding a sofa that was actually a better fit for our home and a chair we are much happier with. The salesman who helped us, Yerman, was very helpful without being pushy from beginning to end. We got exactly what we wanted and they even honored the discount code we had been going to use online! A seamless transaction.

All I can say is that we are so happy that we stopped in today to purchase my son his bedroom set. We got the absolute best customer service ever from Angel. He showed us around at all of our options and answered all of our questions. We were treated so well. Had a great experience. Was not thrilled about the amount of money we spent, however the genuine leather sectional and new mattress with all the bells and whistles was worth every penny. Great customer service. Fast convenient delivery. We will be shopping her again.

Gabriel was an excellent salesperson. He greeted us right away when we walked in the store and asked our name which made the experience more personal. He listened to what we were looking for and showed us many options. He also let us take our time in deciding without any pressure. It was the warmth and welcoming as well as the patience and understanding from Gabriel that ultimately led to our decision to purchase. Gabriel explained everything clearly with the purchase and delivery instructions and let us know we can contact him with any questions. Gabriel truly gave us a great experience with our visit to the store!

My wife and I were in the market for a living room set. Visited many furniture stores. Customer service is a priority to the both of us. Ashly HomeStore in Modesto topped the list. They offered top excellent customer service from Sales Reps to Manager. Our sales man was Josh which made us feel welcomed and not pressured. He took his time and gave us an excellent deal. A week after we decided to changed an Item and called the Store. I initially talked to Laura which she was curious and prompt. She then transferred me to Geri the manager. I was able to switched an item which was higher in price. Without any hesitation, she offer to eat the cost. Our experience was excellent overall. I highly recommend this place :)

I went with my husband while he picked out furniture earlier this week. I was prepared to be unimpressed and told the salesman I trusted furniture/mattress salesmen as far as I could throw them. As a group, they have always been high pressure and extremely evasive on what you were getting at what price.Gabriel and Geri got me past my stereotypical thinking. Great experiences shopping come from great people, generally. I'm not much for furniture shopping so when I have to do this deed, I only want to do it once. Ashley has above average furniture at very competitive prices and here, on Sisk Rd Ashley, you have to ask for Yerman. Yerman is the guy who made this experience an experience. Yerman was EXCELLENT. He wasn't pushy and gave me plenty of time to look at everything and if I had questions he had knowledgeable answers. Thank you Yerman and Ashley Furniture. My new bedroom set is delivered, put together and looks great.
