Terrible business practice. The groomer, needs to retire. I “never” have given a bad review for “any” business in my life. I just cannot help myself today. Terrible customer service, animal compassion, patience and un business like, and down right rude customer service. She wanted to play a “ the blame game”. She thru’ me on defense, when all I wanted was to make an appointment, and let her know what we were told by them, when we picked up our dog. They said that he was traumatized. They did not know why. The groomer on the phone, took unnecessary defense, for no reason. I called to make an appointment for my little dog and asked if he could be on a day I could get him in first and out first. I explained he was traumatized (that is what the groomer told my family member when being picked up last time). He was first one there, and not ready to be picked up for 7.5 hours. I tried to nicely explain, but she didn’t care about nice, or the problem. The groomer on the phone, blamed (I was not looking for blame) my dog and refused to make another appointment.In my 15 yrs. Of having him groomed, I’ve Never had a problem with his grooming, except, for, that one day. I was still willing to bring him back because they do a good job grooming, but they were not willing to accommodate, make me the appointment and get them out at a decent time frame. . All she would say is I can’t have a dog that’s traumatized. She did not like that word. But come to find out they used the word and told us the dog was traumatized when it was picked up last time. Go figure. I Apologize for this long review, but I just could not let this person get away with such bad behavior, and deflection, without putting this out there. My suggestion, Watch what and how, you ask for, or request something, if you use this groomer.

I love this place there very friendly and my dog loves coming. He gets soooo excited when I tell him where going to see Judy for a bath. Iv been going for almost 20 years for my cats and dogs. And now i go once a week to get my dog a bath. I highly recommend this place.

My cat Stassi is normally very fearful. The two women were quite hilarious and told me I was giving her a label and spoiling her that she was fine and just to treat her like a normal cat. They did a wonderful job with her nails and her long coat and tail I would highly recommend this place for their honesty and their professionalism😺

I took my elderly cat to get groomed. They were amazing and very gentle, they were also very accommodating because I was a little late. I highly recommend bringing your cats and dogs to them. They also helped me find a wonderful vet and recommend better food for my cats

Took my 18 year old cat, Yoda to see them for nail clipping and grooming. It's been a long time since she was seen by a groomer, so wasn't for sure how she would do. They took such great care of her, they bathed her, which apparently she loved, brushed her till she had a sheen on her coat. Highly recommend
