Took my dog for a flea dip and cut. The dip did not help with the fleas. She was still scratching when I picked her up. They cut her face too short. Ugliest hair cut ever.

The entire staff is always so warm and welcoming. Alyssa does such a fantastic job with our two big doodles. I imagine they are a handful, but Alyssa always has them looking sharp & smelling good! Came in at the time that I was asked, “what time could I come in,” which was 3. Told they don’t make reservations that late and we were no where on any books. But the got our dog in and was done in a hour. After picking our dog up we noticed they cut here eye lid, squared her tail and had a few straight up bare spots.This place is just confusion. 1 was saying she needed to have a taco then turning to another asking if she was going back to the dating seen. That’s all fine, but not with customers there to hear.

I am very happy with the service I received today from A yuppy puppy groomers. I was in desperate need to get my pups ears cleaned, nails trimmed and a bath, I'm terrible with sticking with appointments so when I called to see if they accept walk ins, they helped me right away. My puppy was very sad and scared when i gave him to the groomer and walked away, but when I came back he was very happy and no longer looked scared. I also loved that they didn't stick him in a cage while they were waiting for me to arrive. I strongly believe they made him feel loved and safe because of how fast he adjusted. Service was very quick I was able to pick my pup up after 30 minutes and the service cost was $30 for bath, nails and ears. That is a amazing price. I also love how they gave him back to me with a complimentary fall themed bandana around his neck. That was super cute. I highly recommend them and i will definitely be coming back.

I am 100% in love with how they cut my dogs fur. I asked for just a standard Schnauzer cut for my puppy. He is a very rambunctious puppy. He doesn't even let me brush him most of the time. I expected that he may be very difficult to groom, perhaps even come home with razor burn or an uneven haircut to no fault of the shop. When I got home and saw him, he looked perfect down to even the little details like his eyebrows! I was shocked! My boyfriend, who picked him up from his appointment, said that our puppy left the shop happy and as hyper as usual. When he got there to pick him up, he was even on the ground, not locked up in a kennel all day which is what I would have expected. From when I went in and made the appointment to when my boyfriend picked up our puppy, the Staff was incredibly nice and welcoming! To top it all off, I wasn't charged an arm and a leg. If you are accustom to dog groomers, I used to pay the same for my Yorkie's haircuts in Visalia at another shop. Having just moved to Modesto a few months ago and bought a puppy, I worried about finding a new groomer who would not only do quality work but who would treat my puppy with kindness. I'm happy to say I have found my Puppy's new Groomer(s)!

This is an excellent grooming place for your "Pet"- That you also feel is Your Child.. Bathing 'Your Animal' is certainly Your Right but it's a treat for your Pet That they experience Expertise and Precision! my Service Animal Looooved the way he felt after this Care and treatment!! This place is absolutely Kind to Cats I personally witnessed a 2 person job on One Cat- that is really great...like I said *I* Bathe my animals- its possible to Do *Alone* this place is equipped with Kind Hands to Aid in Baths

They had me leaving with an ear to ear smile because of the great service they provided my puppy. He is clean, nails clipped, ready for summer, and most of all was not harmed in anyway. I was very nervous leaving my pup with a complete stranger but afterwards I know now that they aren't strangers at all they're the friends I never knew I had. I was so happy I found this place for my Lily Rose.The place is always clean the ladies there are so helpful and super nice. Everytime I pick up my Lily she's always so beautiful done perfectly her legs her paws her little face she's a Lhasa Apso and they can be very hard to cut the owner does a wonderful job and best of all very affordable.

Alyssa just took on TWO of my doodles today. I can’t even explain how impressed I was with her work. My Doodle look absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! I mainly come here to get my Beagle's nails trimmed. Everybody is friendly. Very accomodating. The business has a lot to offer when you go in. Dog Food bowls, dog nutrition, and accessories. They are constantly busy.I recommend appointments just to be on the safe side. Great place, trusted.

I’m very pleased with the experience my rescued Schnauzer had. On my first visit to the salon to schedule an appointment he wouldn’t stop trembling. When I when in to pick him up he was wandering around the salon just as calm as could be. We will return over and over again. I highly recommend this salon.

Took my dog in for nail trim, no appt needed got helped at counter immediately. Ustomer service was amazing. Only negative is parking, had to park on other side of Dutch brothers and walk with my kids and dog through the drive through or walk through bushes along drive through to get to the side walk or entrance. Only two parking spots are available and with the opening directly to mchenry Ave it's tough getting in or out when there's traffic.

I'm new to Modesto. I have 2 fur-babies Honey and Sassy. I am very particular when it comes to picking out a groomer. I visited this shop to check it out before I made an appointment. It is within walking distance for me. I immediately noticed how clean everything was. There are several groomers here and the owner. I walked up and started chatting with the crew whie they worked. I noticed how relaxed the dogs on the tables getting groomed were. How the staff interacted with their client. They were great. I don't like having to leave my girl's at a groomers all day. So I told the gal that. She advised me to either bring them in early or late and she would have them ready in 2 hours. WOW. My girl's have been here twice so far. They were groomed the way I wanted and they were done within two hours. I take my girl's every 5 wks to be groomed. Yuppy Puppy is our new groomers. I highly recommend this establishment.

I took my Pomsky puppy in for a trim and bath. He’d only had one prior bath at another business and it had been a disaster. I explained to the staff that my guy will bark at the blow dryer and that he loves the broom. The staff listened to what I said. Unlike the first place, they did everything right!! My guy was so relaxed when I picked him up as if life was grand He just had his 2nd visit and with three coats of hair, he was dying in the heat. We did a de-shedding and bath. I was so blown away by the difference that I just had to do a review. He’s so calm and relaxed and he looks amazing!! I’m so thankful I found this business! Thank you soMuch!

I took my dog this morning and when I pick her up she had very short skirt. It took me almost one year to let that grow! Her eye brow are not even at all and the worst is that she is bruised under her arm and one inner leg! I am not happy that my dog suffer pain! She should be treated with more care! I hope the owner will contact me and explain what happen with my baby girl! They should also sweep the floor after each dog is groomed they have a lot of dog hair all over the shop. They should be more careful with sanitation!

If i could give more stars, i would. I have been taking my Dog here for over a year and every time i get him back, he looks and smells amazing. Within the last week, i had to take him twice. Once for his normal bath once a month and again because my kids pored some type of oily liquid all over him. They got him right in on a Friday, got rid of all oily liquid and said the wash was FREE! The owner of the store is amazing and really cares about every animal and what happens in their life.
