I'm a fan of shop local/small business, and this pet store is one of my new favorites. There are so many new products to explore, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable about pet health issues. The staff knows the product lines far better than any at the big box stores. I bought nail clippers to trim my cat's instruments of destruction, and one staff member showed me how to use them in great detail. This was so much more helpful than the YT video that I planned to use for instruction.If you haven't checked out this retailer, stop by. I'm confident that you will be delighted.

In the past when I shop for my pets I'm usually running around to multiple stores, because some have better prices than others and not all pet food stores carry the same items. Lately I have been coming here because even though they are more expensive than the bigger store names like Petco and Petsmart they have been price matching for me, so I can get all my items in once place without having to pay the higher price tag, which I really appreciate (thanks Jennifer) and as long as it stays that way, they will continue to have my business. I prefer to spend my money at smaller local stores anyway.In addition to that, when I'm there the staff (thanks again Jennifer) is really good at asking you if you are finding what you need. And if you are not finding what you need, offering to order it for you and get it in stock. Customer service is sooooo important in any sales related job or business but it is the #1 most overlooked thing. When I am at the big stores like Petco or Petsmart no employee ever asks if I'm finding what I need or offers to help. And even when you try getting any employee to help they can usually be hard to track one down or get one that doesn't seem annoyed to help. So thank you Pets Plus for actually caring about the customer's needs and not just making a buck. We notice the difference!

I just wanted to say that I went into the first time and the lady and gentlemen were amazing and they are really helped me find the right dog food that I needed and they were very very helpful and nice and I would recommend this text plus to anybody.

Extremely helpful in selecting new cat food. I have an extremely picky cat that I wanted to get on a more natural diet and the staff there was able to recommend the food that she devoured. The most difficult part about the process was the fact that their selection is so large. I would def recommend purchasing all your pet supplies here!

Best pet store in So. OC. Staff is super friendly and highly knowledgeable. They were very welcoming to my new puppy when we entered the store as well. She was skeptical but the young man that greeted us enticed her into the store with treats. A nice touch!

They carry the best brands on the market, from lower price tier all the way to highest expense. Jen at the Mission Viejo location, and Erika at the Laguna Niguel location can answer just about any question you could have.

Amazing selection of Cat and Dog Food if looking to try some different kind of food for a new pet or have problems with current food not compatible with your pet that leads to throwing up, like the problem my mother had with her Two Persian cats getting both to be compatible with the same wet and dry food was hard. My mother came here and was able to eventually find food compatible with both cats and they no longer throw up. Awesome selection of everything for your pets here.... A+++++ awesome pet food/supplies & accessories store.... Fair priced and nice staff, better than the Big corporate run brand pet stores. I would always support a store like this even if I had to pay more, but this store has comparable prices to the big guys anyway so its a no brainer, the quality of the staff is grade A !!!! Check it out and support local small business as much as possible... We are lucky to have Places like this and dont realize it untill they disappear.... Please check it out my mom loves this place

This place had samples of dog food and I'm thinking what a good idea except my dog is so picky and probably wont eat this. I was wrong and my dog loves it even after months of the same dog food which is rare. He also has a pretty bad digestive system and has diarrhea a lot but this has helped with that. We love Lucy's salmon, pumpkin and quinoa dog food. The prices are a bit higher but its quality stuff.

This is a small store, but you can find everything you need for dogs, cats,or fish as well as other pets. It also carries a wide variety of pet foods. It is the only place we have found that carries Fromm Surf and Turff. They also offer vaccines during certain times of the month. Employees are also very helpful.

This is my new favorite local pet supply store. They carry tons of pet items for my dogs and hamster. Our family has a good time shopping here and service is friendly. They also offer mailer coupons.

A lot of variety of pet foods and treats, toys, leashes, collars, harnesses, and more. Fish, Avian, and Reptile sections are pretty small. Don't expect a large and extensive selection in comparison to a Petco or similar stores.

Nice Mom and Pop Style Pet Shop they have a veterinarian services there so you can get vaccinations for your dog or cat I got the rabies shot score my dog there and only paid $18 very good
