I have been going to Stephanie at Petco for a couple of years now and she always makes grooming as easy as possible for my senior shepherd lab mix. She is so good with her and I am always happy with the results.

I recently had the most wonderful experience with a dog groomer that I simply must share! Taking my furry friend to Robert was an absolute delight from start to finish.First and foremost, the care and attention Robert showed toward Maverick was exceptional. Robert has a deep affinity and profound comprehension for dogs. He took the time to get to know Maverick's personality and preferences before grooming them. This personal touch instantly put both me and my dog at ease.

Aiden was super friendly and communicated well with me as to the type of grooming and care for my dog. She was extremely professional, yet friendly and not condescending in any way. Very lovely experience. Also the coworker (sorry I didn't get her name) was also very friendly and was helpful suggesting a new brand of food for my pet when I expressed my concerns about stopping my pet's grain free diet. Thanks ladies!

Outstanding grooming salon! The staff are kind and very talented! Unfortunately I have waited too long several times to take my dogs in for their routine groom only to need a complete shave down “do-over” and STILL my dogs looked amazing! Thank you Maegan, Michelle & Erica

Andy Tall has a terrific spa day yesterday. His groomer was so nice and we talked about his haircut before I left. I forget her name but she was so sweet and she was the groomer there May 6th at 10:00 . She even gave Andy a report card ! His cut is great and he smells so good. I will be back for his next visit in July.

If you plan on going here, make sure you have at least a half day to wait. Don’t plan on anything else when you have a groom set cause your plans are going to be cancelled. I had an appointment at 2:30pm and checked back around 5pm and the groomer told me that she’s busy and has not started on my puppy yet. My puppy is 3lbs and only needed a trim on his eyes and paw area. After 2 hours and a half, she’s telling me she hasn’t started yet. There’s an appointment time for a reason. Definitely a waste of time.

Above and beyond service, John was amazing, he knew what I wanted by the look of my dog. He anticipates my needs for grooming my golden retriever. Other places I went for grooming, the nails weren’t buff or cut correctly, sanitary trim was subpar. The grooming experience and result I received from this establishment was above all the experience I ever had.

I'm so happy with this local Petco store. I get a good feeling that they take good care of animals they carry in their store. They told me they pick out the colored pellets in the hamster food, because it contains potentially harmful artificial coloring in it. The store is also clean and well kept. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable.

The groomers are always excellent with my dog. I love that they are so loving towards him and they are very knowledgeable about products and services offered by the company. Because of this I was able to realize great savings!

Brenda was wonderful! Petco has become so expensive, I doubt I will be able to return. And we have been a petco family 11 years. My kids looked wonderful!!!!!

Very disappointed with this store. Appt was easy to get so I took my 3 dogs there for grooming and flea dip. Bath looked good but they did not even try to brush out just buzzed where ever there was a knot and it did not look good. It cost me a fortune too. This was not the store I go to. Somehow I accidentally made appt at wrong store. I go to store off Cabot in Laguna Niguel. Won' t make that mistake again.

Abbey is 6 month Shepador who does not like water. Giving her a bath is a struggle and cleaning her ears is a bigger struggle. Julissa did a great job taking care of Abbey, assessing hear health and suggesting additional grooming needs.

I've had really consistent service. Doggy likes the people there, they have notes on her (she doesn't like the blowers so they let her air dry lol), and they always seem happy.

Went to store. Standing at check out for 10 mins. 1 person working in the store. Walking around, sees me a few times, leaves me standing waiting. Not 1 other shopper in the store. Just as I was walking out, she smiled and came to Register and says Wait. Checked me out, without a word or smile. Dirty store. Will never be back.

Terrible customer service. There’s no one to even help you or check you out here. If it wasn’t for a specific thing I needed from this place, I wouldn’t have even come to petco. There’s two people working in the entire store. I’m literally waiting for someone to help me as I type this and it’s been 20 minutes.
