They're always friendly and very knowledgeable about each and every product that they sell. And if I have any type of issues with my babies I can ask them for their advice on what I should get and they usually have good things to point out for me to buy. Their prices are reasonable and they have a very good variety of brands from which to choose.

A very well stocked pet supplies local store. The people workinf there are eager to help you find what you need. They have a wide variety of healthy options, most of which you won't find in the big chains. However there is a drawback: nothing is cheap. For those items that overlaps with the big stores, get read to pay double or more. But you will support the boutique stores like this one which also offers unique healthy choices. I wouldn't rely on their healthness recommendations because they are not vets and sometimes they just repeat the sales/marketing pitch that manufacturers are feeding them which is very biased. Do your own research and go get what you need at the Pet Supply Warehouse.

Really really really expensive. I’m from Utah just visiting, and I’m not sure if these prices are even close to usual? I went out of my way to drive here, cause I prefer to support local businesses. The lady was helpful.

What an incredible place! The variety within this store is fantastic. I’m so grateful I came across Pet Supply Warehouse. We were interested in starting our puppy on new food and there’s just so many options and so we had lots of questions. The employees were very knowledgeable about the products sold and so friendly. I feel lucky to have found this spot as we will now be getting all of our pet food, treats, etc. from here.

There are a lot of Pet Supply Stores in South OC but Pet Supply Warehouse has a fantastic selection of pet foods, treats and toys for dogs. I specifically go to their store for their Papa Psuka treats, and being a Professional Pet SItter, I have turned all my clients onto these healthy, great tasting treats as well that ALL of my visiting dogs absolutely LOVE. I'm always stocking up on marrow and knuckle bones from PSW as well as they have fair pricing for these types of frozen goodies whicha re great for dogs too!

Not the same as our beloved & previous go-to pet place for all of our pet food, supplies & needs! We love the previous owners & RJ's family along with their attention to detail, complete knowledge of every product, years of animal & pet experience & always friendly staff!! The entire previous were all amazingly friendly & extremely knowledgeable, sadly no longer. Broke our hearts to lose the OG owners to TX, but life goes on!!Sadly, the prices rose quickly & new owners/staffers have little to no animal or pet care/food knowledge or experience. Fortunately, we've found Furley's, LF & Pet Warehouse, RSM both very helpful & pet friendly & knowledgeable too!

I've been here a few times. They have a great selection of toys for my dog. I needed to replace an old Kong and they carry Hero brand. I tried one to see if my dog would enjoy it as much, and she did. Picked up another one today with a different style. I also was surprised at the prices. They we less than Amazon! Great news because it means we can shop local. Staff was friendly and let me know they can order stuff if it don't see it etc.

This pet store conveys great items at reasonable costs. They treated me with poise and appreciation, and I responded. This store, as I would like to think, is truly outstanding in my neighborhood. This is the spot to go assuming that you really want a reliable supermarket. It's evidently heavenly!

Pure pet heaven! The customer service was on point. They were able to give lots of good advice on treats and diets for my furbabies. Also lots of goodie samples for them. I will be coming here from now on for my dog food and treats. Fast service! I love the variety of raw dog food you guys have as well as freeze dried.

I’m new to the area and recently got a puppy. We went in to the store and asked lots of puppy questions as i haven’t been a puppy mom in 9 years. Raven made it extremely easy to select the right food, treats, and shampoo. She was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and passionate about her job. I highly recommend anyone to go to this pet store.

This family owned Pet Supply store is one of a kind. The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable. I love that each time I come in they have new products displayed around the store. It is always stocked well and is so organized. The owner, Nick, is always there to greet you by name as you walk in. Best pet supply store around by far.

I love this little Mom and Pop pet store!!! They are always so kind and helpful! They provide a lot of discounts and Nick is a great owner/manager!!! So respectful, great prices, fun to shop here!!! They order the cat litter 1x/month for me as a standing order and call me to pick it up when it is in!!! So appreciative of this very helpful place!!! I have been enjoying and purchasing from PSW for many years now. Nick and the staff are always so friendly, professional and very knowledgeable on all their products. We purchase all of our dog food, treats and accessories from their store stock and Nick even orders special items for our other pets that are not normally carried within their store. Their prices are always fair and competitive and they offer frequent buyer services and free products, which is like icing on the cake! When I walk into the store, they greet me by name and I respond in the same way! What a joy to shop at Pet Supply Warehouse! They work hard for our business and I so appreciate this!

I really like your store! The employees are always nice and helpful. But, I will say my last visit, Monday oct 28, I bought a bunch of cat food (just over $200) and the guy was nice and after the purchase was complete he said thank you and left. So I proceeded to put my bags and tubs of food in my bag. I was just surprised he didn’t do that?

Pet Supply Warehouse is a great pet store with a good variety of products. The staff is always helpful and very courteous. The prices are about the same as other pet stores with the same quality of food. They do have a points program which allows you to earn goodies or gift certificates as you buy things.

The Pet Supply Warehouse has a great variety of really high quality pet food, including the frozen raw diet I prefer for my cats. I used to go to Pets Plus.... no more!!! I will absolutely make the drive to go here instead ! They not only have many "buy 12 get 1 free" programs, but they have incredibly helpful and kind staff!! Do not go anywhere else for your (hopefully rescued) pets needs... as this IS THE place to go! Superb all around! 👏🏼💜

I love this place. They always have everything i need and the service is always excellent. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. My only criticism is their sales are for a short period of time and it isnt always convenient to take advantage of the deals when they are offered. I highly recommend this store.

We’ve been shopping at this store for the last 30 years I think. You will not find better customer service at any store regardless of the type. That seems to be the most important thing the owners of Pet Supply Warehouse impress upon their employees is great customer service! For the dog and cat food we buy there are reward programs where after you bought 10 bags you get the 11th free which really makes a difference in the scheme of things when you compare what you’re spending at the Pet Supply Warehouse to what you would spend on Amazon with no such program. We could possibly find things cheaper on Amazon. But then this wonderful store would go out of business. So I make it a point to spend a couple bucks more to support a fantastic local business.
