This is ridiculous! They have like at least 12 self checkouts.... Only two are open...they're is no kidding like 30 people in line. OwnTried to talk to the manager. Staff day he's there but he turned off his radio and is hiding..... Turns out that's not the store manager which is who we asked for... They took us to the manager sign said call that number. We called that number is the general store number so it gets you no where...

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service experience I encountered at the Walmart auto center last Saturday. My visit involved dropping off and picking up my car, and unfortunately, the service fell short of expectations.Upon arrival, I noticed a long line extending to the back, with only one staff member attending to customers. The individual in question, an older Hispanic gentleman, appeared visibly irritated and frustrated. His responses to customer inquiries were loud and abrasive, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone present.Furthermore, his strong accent made it challenging to understand him, leading to additional frustration among customers. I observed instances where he lost his temper when asked to clarify or repeat information, which is unacceptable behavior in a customer service role.In contrast, I recall a previous staff member, an older Indian gentleman, who exuded calmness and professionalism, albeit at a slower pace. His approach to customer service was commendable, and it provided a stark contrast to the recent experience I encountered.As a loyal customer, I believe it is essential to provide feedback on both positive and negative experiences. While I understand that staffing challenges may arise, maintaining professionalism and courtesy towards customers should remain a top priority for Walmart.I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement in the auto center's customer service standards. Thank you for considering my concerns, and I look forward to witnessing positive changes in the future.

Update as of 03/21/2024. This location closed all of the self checkout counters saying its only for Walmart+ customers which is $98 per year. Its an absolute ridiculous behavior and doesn’t make sense at all.The only thing that effects is more longer wait times even for a quick stopover to grab a thing or two. In my opinion its the dumbest decision ever.!

Very large, clean store with a supermarket section that, while slightly smaller than a typical Safeway, has much more value while maintaining adequate product diversity. Some aisle signs are either incomplete or confusing (e.g., Canned Vegetables) but otherwise you can locate goods with relative ease.The rest of the store is your typical WalMart. Self check out is often very crowded but the line moves fast.

Do not lock up products if you do not have the staff to tend to the cases. Waited for 25 min with 3 separate customers after asking the pharmacist and pressing the button. I left with out nyquil. No one ever came.

It's starting to become an inconvenience to shop at this location, recently more of the health and wellness area has been locked up behind a glass case and it takes about 15 minutes for anyone to arrive. Checking out is horrible as they only have one checkstand open for those with a full shopping carts, yes self checkout is open but they won't let you use it if you have more than 20 items. Also most employees tend to be standing around or giving you dirty looks as you're shopping the aisles (i believe these are the e-cart workers).Additionally me and the people in the same line were double charged on our receipt and told to goto the customer service line to get it fixed.Overall i know its a walmart so im not expecting excellent service but it has only been getting worse this last few months.

Lots of parking! There are usually no long lines, which makes it great! They have great food selection, a fresh deli and bakery options!

Parking and check out on Monday during lunch hour was easy and quick. Too many products are locked behind shelves. Press the button several times and no associate comes by was a test on my patience. Several stockers busy loading shelves but told me to press the bell instead. And yes I didn't wait after 5 minutes. Shopping online is so much easier.

Outstanding customer service in the Auto Department, got a dead battery in the pouring rain, Ross and his supervisor helped me get back home with my groceries and advised me to purchase a GoLoo, which I promptly ordered. Very grateful.

Walmart isn't really known for high levels of customer Smservice, However, the situation I encountered today was kind of odd. I went to the self check out registers and when it came to the point of selecting how many bags you want to purchase. I noticed the self check out machine I was at did not have any bags. So I asked the friendly nearby Walmart employee for bags. And she told me there aren't any. I look at other machines nearby in the self checkout corral and they clearly have bags available for the shoppers. So there's an expression you get what you pay for except that at this Walmart, you can't get what they have and you want to pay for I guess because the worker can't get you a bag. Disappointing customer service to say the least.

Avoid at all costs. Took me 2 hours to get a few items. Every check stand is open. The checkers are so slow, each line in 6 deep. It's like this is the new hang out spot, and no one is in a hurry. Also... why is it when I ask an associate for help I get, I don't speak English . How is it that you work in America and can't speak English.

Review is for the tire center. I had to get a rotation and balancing service quickly due to an upcoming road trip and they were kind enough to squeeze me in on a weekday morning to get it done. I appreciate the nice gesture and I'm overall pleased with their help.

Walmart supercenter at Milpitas Ranch is a great convenience store with many things under one roof. It has a wide selection of craft items, party supplies, home decor, clothes, shoes, frozen food, fresh produce, pharmacy, sporting and camping equipments etc. etc. The store is currently decked up for fall and halloween. It has a huge parking lot. I like the fact that it's open until 11 pm on most days.

I went to the vision center in need of some glasses bc mine broke a couple of days ago and I need them for everyday use. Thankfully Karen one of the employees at the vision center was able to help me out with amazing customer service. And with that help I will be having new glasses soon.

Do not bother ordering mens socks, t-shirts, work shirts or any other daily necessity for working men here. They won't include in your order. I even stopped by to pick up a men's tanks top here in person... nope EVERYTHING is behind plexi-glass. When I asked the associate to get me a shirt. His response was "press the button" .. oh you mean the broken button. Yeah .. let them keep it all under plexi glass.

This store doesn’t deserve any stars.. totally dissatisfied with the long wait times and having no staff to open the locked shelves at the cosmetics and personal care section. The store manager should be trained well to schedule the staff!!!! The staff keeps telling customers that they are short staffed or they at lunch.. that is non of our business!!! And they treat customers as if the goods are not sold but given FOC at this store .. the nastiest service and ridiculously long wait times.. WHAT have you done to the self service counters ??? It is restricted for Walmart+ and spark???? Nonsense!!!!!

Was trying to get a body wash that was lockedThere was 1 person and they said they need to help someone else and moved . After 5 minutes I reach out to them and ask and they say their shift ends and will get someone else to help .Then I asked a couple of folks around and they said they don’t have keys and can’t kelp and directed me to customer service - and they were not able to help as well. Imagine you spend 15 minutes and not able to get a body wash .It’s 7:30 pm , and I was going to self checkout my remaining items and self checkout is closed. There’s a huge line to checkout . Took 15 mins and am still in queue typing this review. Would never ever shop in Walmart and if you ever respect your time , don’t show up here.#walmartsucks

Horrible customer service and workers have no professionalism. If you are going to lock up products at least supply every employee with a universal key, I spent 30 minutes looking for someone to open up a locked product and no one came, a few aisles next to mine had numerous people waiting for shelves to be opened up. I do not get why everything has to be locked up, Walmart is the place to window shop and look for everything quick and easy, there is no need to place $3 fishing lines behind a locked case.This is not my first experience with locked cases, every time an employee walks by they say "Ok, I will call someone", this is what everyone says and then walks to the back stock room just to come out of the second stock room entrance to avoid talking to you; it is almost like every single employee is trained to act this way. The ONLY people that have keys to open up the shelves are the managers and there were only 2 on duty today, one which TOOK THEIR VEST off to avoid being noticed. While I was complaining to their managers about the situation I heard over their radio that the buttons to open shelves were being pressed continuously with mad customers not being able to just pick the item up, pay for it and leave.If you are getting office supplies and kitchenware, sure come here but everything else is locked up.

I was there to pick up my order. There was a line of cars for the pick up spots. I decided to return after Christmas when it wouldn't be so busy (I was guaranteed they would keep it until Wednesday) I got a message Sunday that a water hose and a push broom were not the kind of items you can pick up at the store. They did return my money. I won't be back.

Outstanding massive store for buying everything you need. Massive options. Easy to find stuff and it's pricing on their app. Self checkout is a big plus. Superb parking place. Never a problem. Staff is friendly. One of the best in economic pricing on a lot of stuff ranging from clothing to computers.

This is my usual store to go to because they have really cheap prices compared to Target, Walgreens, and CVS. And believe it or not as busy as it is I always get out fast with self-check-out. But today i dont know whats going on because they didn't have the self-checkout line open today, so it took a little longer having to wait in line to pay. I sure hope they open it for the next time i come because it really helps to reduce time when you have a busy schedule.
