They'll have everything you need for pets. Clean and shelves are fully stocked. But few people are working. Often the check out is slow. I'm just trying to buy a bag of dog food. Why does it take 3 minutes to scan and pay? Their POS system must be outdated.But staff is friendly and helpful, when you can find them. I guess that's how corporate saves money.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS FOR GROOMING!!! Wish I could give 0 starts.We went here for a grooming session (bath and deshedding with all frills) with our dog. When he was returned he was still soaking wet and fur still falling simply by gently placing a hand on him.To add to this, this wasn't the first time he was returned without DRYING. This has happened with PetSmart before and seems to be an easy option for them and still get all the money without putting in the work.When asked, the answer is simple - the dog sat down while drying, so they didn't bother. Although they didn't have any reason why a deshedding session resulted in him shedding even more than before. They did provide an alternative - haircut and trim, another way to make more.money.Never going back here again for grooming.

My dog Jasmine 🐩 has been going to Lilly since she was little. She has been doing amazing jobs in every visit. I had a terrible experience with another groomer(snowy) when lilly was out once, and she messed her hair up. However, lilly answered our concern and fixed her hair right away without charge. Even her hair tangled really bad, and we had to shave the hair still she made her face cute ! In store always nice staff around and fun to go ! Unfortunately we are moving soon and we will miss lilly for sure. If you have a poodle, doodle , we highly highly recommend Lilly to your pup 🐩 💓 Jasmine couldn't grow up without lilly ❤️

People working at the aquarium were so nice and helpful. I forgot to catch their name, an Asian young man was so helpful and knowledgeable, made me feel at ease. The cashier as well, kind and efficient, also a young Asian man. I will make sure to get their names next time so they are recognized for their hard work.

Well staffed during covid - came to get my son a fish and the employee in the section was very helpful. He accidentally broke a fishtank decoration and the employee was so kind about it that it really warmed me. We will be back for sure!

Really expensive but if you like top quality products for your companion or companions then go here. They do offer a club card that accumulates points and they also print out rewards on your receipt to get you to frequent the establishment more than once. Normally pretty quiet and decently stocked in most areas, they seem to have every kind of food for your felines and canines and van order just about anything you may need if they don't have it on site. Good place to take your animal with you shopping as they recommend shopping with your pet.

WORST PLACE: We were 2 MINUTES late for our appointment and they wouldn't take our dog in for grooming. Given the fact that they didn't clearly state this policy anywhere when you make the appointment, or having any sign that states this policy. Hope people who love their pets in this area avoid this place and those thoughtless people. TRUST me, DON'T GO and get your life ruined!!!

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FISHES FROM PETSMART:(((( I had my water tested 3 times and they said my water conditions are perfect and with their reccomendation i got 1 betta fish and it died within 24 hours. I brought my dead fish, another sample of my aquarium water and then got it tested and they said maybe the fish was diseased when I bought it and then they asked me to come 4 days later as new betta fishes are arriving. So i cleaned and changed my aquarium water and let it run and again after few days i took it for water testing and the results were safe and i bought another betta fish and it died again. When i went to buy the betta fish half of them were already dead, or had clamped fins. Though they are friendly and helpful, dont waste money on buying fishes. They are not kept properly.

We needed a car harness, so we pulled over. The PetSmart employee was able to get me in and out of the store in 10 minutes with a tutorial on how to get it on our pup.I think he likes it.

My cat, Ginger, is 12 years old, and has been getting groomed since she was a kitten. At various groomers throughout the years, we’ve had some pretty negative experiences: she has been sent home half groomed, charged double, and I’ve been called to come and hold her while the groomers finish the work. Ginger doesn’t love the process, but definitely likes the shorter, cooler haircut.After moving to the area and searching for a groomer that will work on cats, I finally tried Petsmart in Milpitas. Tabitha did an excellent job. Ginger was finished in a little over an hour, and looked and smelled great! They also charged less than half at what I paid at another grooming salon, $67. She even got a “report card,” and it was reported Ginger had an A+ attitude! I am incredibly pleased and will never bring Ginger anywhere else again! Thanks Tabitha!

Brought in 2 of my precious cats for a hygienic trim to see how it would go and my cats did well dealing with the stress of dogs around them and getting a hygiene trim abd nails trim but the lady operating the cash register in the salon area also trimmed my to cats was unfriendly and did the least possible trimming you could ever perform . She could could of done a decent job for the 1 st trim ever but no she did the least amount of work so they can get the repeat business but I am writing this review in hopes that the mgt with speak with this unfriendly your short Burnett who stands in the salon area behind the counter and treated me with such contempt because I am normal .At least she could of trimmed my cats better if she chose to judge me do not deny my pets the service I paid for .

Helped in my time of need! I called the store to get details on a purchase my husband made on dog food since I couldn't remember what the recipe contained (grain free or with grains. My dog had an upset stomach). The manager was very, very helpful, and even though the store was very busy, she took the time to let me know exactly what brand and recipe of dog food I had gotten, which helped me greatly. Thank you dearly for the help!
