I have taken my dog to Nelson twice now and his grooming has been the best that my thirteen year old dog has ever gotten. After 3 weeks his coat is still shiny and soft! He has made my senior dog quite handsome. I highly recommend Le Chien Fortune.

Nelson is the best! Le Chien Fortune is the most efficient and professional grooming store in San Bruno. I have been taking my Pomeranian Bichon to Nelson for a year. Not once have I seen any irritation or scrape after a groom. Always meet my expectations. I actually got a referral to Le Chien from Tanforan target random dog owner. Lucky me to have excellent experience with Le Chien Fortune. The pricing is reasonable and wonderful care for my little Icy.

I told the groomer never to cut the face hair too much and he still did. He never listens. The cut is choppy and uneven . My dog who is so adorable and cute when he checked in came out looking abused and sickly! I cried when I saw my cute little dog. His fur cut received a lot criticisms from family and friends blaming me for his kind of look.Will never come back here. It feels like I’ve been robbed of my money. They have no aesthetic sense of what’s beautiful.

This is a pet grooming shop. The boss and employees are very caring. We love our customers’ pets like babies. Their different services for pets are based on customer requirements to complete the beauty of each pet. Customers were all happy and satisfied when they picked up their precious pets.
