Good for chickens and chicks they have Pedialyte and vitamins for the chickens good water jugs with handle : This is and update I purchased 40egg incubator nothing hatch going to return this Monday it’s been 23 days and only 3 hatched junk don’t by incubators here some exploded in there every was set at what the directions say don’t recommend incubators

I had bad experience I recommend going to the one in Los Banos. bad customer service I waited to be helped but the personnel at this location is to busy on their phones the employee was one of the girl associate.

The staff here went all out to getting me the product I had asked for. Respectful workers here. Discounts were given when I found my product damaged. Love the atmosphere here. Staff is great. Supervisors are welcoming. They work hard here to getting you what you want. Very informative about the products they sell. Give wonderful advice. Love it

A year old store just south of city of Merced (off Campus Parkway). Most staff is eager to help but a couple of grouchy folks who ignore customers. Nice inventory, but all stock is not out. Staff consistently going to back to bring requests out. They need to hire experienced retail employees who are better trained.

Grand opening of the store. Very nice. Came in with a purpose so didnt browse. But did take the time to browse the pet isles which were fully stocked. They even have a pet wash. I didnt need any help so got my item and checked out. Plenty of parking spaces for a Saturday afternoon.

Wonderful Staff People that work there are so sweet and generous I had to switch my dog's food one time and I was sharing with a friend I was shopping with how I wish that the high protein was back in stock and one of the people that worked there mentioned to me that I could do a rain check or something like that and now they always have that food in stock I wanted to switch them but I was afraid that every time I would have to get another one which is every month or so that they would run out in the people that work there made sure that there's always some there which is amazing because my dogs loved that food and I'm so happy they got it back kind people generous people warm welcoming and always welcome you when you walk in :)

I kinda liked the store. especially pet cleaning/ washing station. 10$ / do it by yourself. Which seems to be a great idea but I have tried it yet. Rest, other store items seems like a shopping at Home Depot or Lowe. Nice toys / food for dogs. It's not comparable with Petsmart.
