Got what I was looking for even though I had to drive 2hrs to get it. The person who helped at Pro seemed like she was rushing me as of there were many people behind me even though it was just me. She didn't seem to want to engage in small conversation. Good experiences are made with good customer service and engagement. Sure I used pro rewards the company I work for has, but I also have my own that I use for my company that I started.

I thought I'd save time going to this store because it's closer. Big mistake. They wouldn't cut the wood I bought to the measurements I needed.Their 2 × 6s were majorly splintered. I ended up taking them back later that day. This isn't my first issue with this store. It's just the first time I'm actually saying something about it.

The wait for online pick up order is too long. They only have 1 person working at the customer service desk. Well, at the time that I arrived 3/25/24 4:58 pm. They have 1 person at the self checkout register. They had 2 employees at the register across the store.

The Home Depot is too expensive now and doesn't have a lot of items in stock. I don't like how many things are locked up and you need to seek out a Home Depot worker to unlock the item which is a big waste of time, and then when they unlock it and get the item for you they barely let you touch it and then they won't let you take the item with you while you shop.

Terrible!!! We checked in and waited at the curbside pickup for at least 25 minutes, just for the associates in store to never come out and then the app said no longer available for curbside since it was after 6pm. We were there waiting and checked in, I even made sure to check in that I was on my way. But because the employees never bothered to do their job, they made sure to wait until 6pm, so the app would deny the curbside pickup.

They never have 100% of the simplest supplies I need... never. I mean simple home repairs like correct water connectors and adapters for basic fittings and sizes are just 1 example. Amazon will be taking my money for now on. I waste my time at home depot to just not even be able to do what I need anyways.

So I drove down here from Mariposa to purchase 3 space heaters for the upcoming winter. I had one particular that I wanted. I looked them up on the app and saw they had 10 of them in stock, perfect. Once i got there i noticed that they were no where to be found. I asked a worker about it and informed him I had driven an hour down just for those he informed me they're still on a pallet in the back and not yet taken down, I asked if he could do so and the response I got was "Wait right here". So i did, for over 30 minutes. And not a single other worker asked if I needed help. So I ended up leaving my cart with all my other items there and left, luckily this provided me the time I needed to to download the Lowes app, create and account, and discover that they had the same space heater I was looking for but $40 cheaper per unit. Should have gone there to begin with because I was in and out of their store in less than 5 minutes with what I needed.

Employees are rude , I called to check on my application, and was met with someone with such rudeness and attitude for no reason I was told just like this ," the manager is busy in a another meeting and dosnt have time the time to go over your application, they have more important things to do , if you get the job then they will obviously call you , its a waste of time to call and check on your application because like I said if your chosen they will call you " so yea definitely won't be shopping at that home depot no more and definitely dont wanna work for them, I can't even imagine how employees are treated especially if they talk to customers all crazy like that ... I also sent the conversation to corporate because who talks to people like that .. like come on

11/17/21 Went to Home Depot for pool supplies and saw they had Noble Fir Christmas Trees available. They are the most beautiful , and full trees I have seen in years !!!! Congratulations to the Buyer who got these in for HD customers ! Merry Christmas 🎄 3/18/21: What is it with this place and Triple 15 fertilizer ???? Cant seem to have it readily available.... have every other fertilizer under the sun EXCEPT the one that is used extensively by almost everybody at this time of year , spring time . Been here 3 times in the last 3 weeks and zero triple 15 on hand 🤔 ORIGINAL Post :July 25, 2020...I would rate their customer service on the phone a big ZERO if reviews would allow !!! I have been to this store 2 times in the last 7 days trying to buy 50 lb , triple 15 , fertilizer which has been out of stock . I live 1 hr away and didn’t want to make another empty handed trip ( their website says store close to me has 39 bags of Bandini triple 15 and it does not . They normally carry CHS for 50 lb bags ) Called 3 different including Customer service , no answer !! Tried calling the Pro Desk , Mark answers the phone , says he can’t help me because it’s not his Dept ( You work there man ) NOR can he transfer me to a customer service person because his phone won’t allow ..... wow .

I ordered $2,000 of flooring being shipped to the store. They use Estes shipping. It said it shipped to the store on 10/16/2023. I didn't receive an email to pick up. I called and their customer service number and they said it was in transit due to arrive Oct 19th. When I didn't receive a pickup email on Oct 20th I called again. The girl said she would call Merced HD and after waiting and waiting she said they were busy and was pushing me to reorder the flooring. She said I could call the store and if it's in I could cancel the reorder. I called the store and they informed me that they just spoke to the girl and they told her it just never came in. She lied to me. So I called to cancel and I was informed because it had not shipped and my refund would take longer! They like to take your money and not follow up with the carrier. They take no responsibility and let you wait endlessly for your shipment! Don't order flooring because their carrier won't deliver!

*Beware female shoppers*I went in and received assistance from a Home Depot employee. I was looking for a specific saw as a gift for my husband’s birthday.I have never stepped foot in a Home Depot, and after this experience- will never waist my money here again.The employee who helped me out failed to inform me of the promo going on- buy the saw and receive a free battery.The saw didn’t come with a battery, so my husband couldn’t use the gift.My husband mentioned he purchased a blower the week before, and the employee who helped him, was informed and mentioned the sale of a free battery.Thinking the store would honor the promo, I took the saw back.The store associate Josiah was not helpful and to be honest didn’t care to hear us out by interrupting several times.He basically dismissed us and when asked to speak with another manager- Fernando (on the phone) refused to provide customer service and speak with me as a consumer.As a female, I feel taken advantage of.If the store was having a promo, and a Home Depot employee assisted me in finding the item- why wasn't I informed of the promo? The battery cost $149.00 and in today’s economy is a big deal.Pay attention women and be sure to do your homework before shopping.

I’ve shopped at this store for years. I went in to have a few LED bulbs warrantied as they failed within a week. Unfortunately I did not have a receipt but had the original packaging and even my Home Depot card that was used to pay for those bulbs. Went to customer service center and was greeted with “what you want?” Alongside a little bit of saliva from the lady behind the counter which was chewing gum. I informed the lady of the situation and her response is “idk can’t help you” and after staring at her for a few seconds, she proceeded to start covering her name tag and even went as far as to claim she was going on lunch which she wasn’t as I proceeded to go buy another set of bulbs and she continued to be at the help center for another 15 minutes after I left. This interaction left a lot to be desired. Will never shop there again as this is one of many interactions which I try to give the benefit of the doubt to those employees. I’ve come to the conclusion they literally don’t have any work ethic and company doesn’t care the employees are like that.

Saturday, June 3, 2023, me and my cousin went to paint department exhausted from searching for paint to touch up damaged walls. We had been to two other places. Sorry I did not get the name of the young lady who helped us. She was extraordinary. Matched our paint chips PERFECTLY. The two places we went to prior were not helpful at all and really didn't care. Not this gal at Home Depot. She was friendly, professional, intelligent and helped us with our paint dilemma. From now on Home Depot is our first stop for home and garden projects.

Went to Home Depot on the 6/8/23 and was treated very rude and disrespectful. I was in the garden department waiting on 3 employees to finish talking. Two of the three could see me waiting. When they finished talking they just walked off and one drove off on a dolly. I said excuse me I needed help. I explained to her the other two just seen me and let you walk off. She got short we me cutting me off not want to hear what I had to say about their poor performance. I told her about her attitude towards me. Service is getting poor!

Save your time and aggravation and go to Lowe’s. The worst, laziest bunch of employees I have ever encountered. They have NO communication skills whatsoever. I spend a lot of money here and expect some sort of customer service. Here is an idea, maybe make the hiring process a bit more strict?

It's always a hit or miss if there are people around to help you. Sometimes I travel almost the whole store & don't see a single employee. People ahead of me have gone to register to page someone to a dept, like plumbing or paint. Then I've gone up & asked at register or manager. They state right away & pick up phone, yet I don't hear overhead for 5 minutes. Wait another 5 minutes & go ask again. Grrrrr. Yet other visits like Mon. Every dept I visited someone asked if I needed help, I didn't, until paint. I was #2 in line, paint guy was working fast & called for help when he got a rush of customers. Help was there very quick. This store has been like this for years. Employees everywhere or none anywhere even when called numerous times.

I always end up with my cart full! I love their garden area. Like to go to the cabinet section where everything is set up you can get easily inspired with lots of remodeling ideas. The employees are always very helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable of their merchandise.
