I love the work this establishment provides. However, when you are the best body shop in the central valley you pay the price of being so busy that the wait is over a month for service.Most insurance companies won't give you a rental past 30 days so this can pose an issue for those with only one vehicle.Overall though, it is worth the wait because most of the other shops just don't care enough to provide the quality that Pete's Auto Body does.

Went to Pete’s via AAA after a MVA. The staff was kind and professional, made the whole process less stressful. The guys there had noticed one of my headlights had gotten a little cloudy, and they took the time to clear it up, which was such a nice gesture. I do hope AAA continues to keep them in their network of providers, I would definitely recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

my fiancé and I were in a very serious MVA on the 3rd and I had to get my car towed and stored to this place, what I didn't know was that they charged me 70$ a day and counted the day of the accident as a full 24 hour day when it technically was only there for 5 days since the accident not 6, plus $313 for towing, now my issue is that the location of the accident to the other side of town should not have costed me this much when I've had City Tow come get my car from my home which was very close to where the accident occurred and took it to about the same side of town to the mechanic and only charged me 50$ for towing. I feel absolutely robbed...even more robbed than what I felt during the accident when my car got totaled....this should not be okay. The ladies in the Office were nice but the overall system on how they handle the pricing for things is disgusting.

Amazing experience here. Would definitely be using this auto shop for future repairs. They took their time and were willing to work with me. Also thank you Mario who turned around and gave me a ride when I had dropped my car off. Great staff, very friendly and attentive when you walk in.

Oh boy, let's say entering the building at first sight all you see is heads down phones ringing and still smiling as the great you. The service is wonderfully comited to your every need. Tow paint body detail and on the in they explain everything in detail. Wonderful team work, thank you

It has been my misfortune to have suffered a few car accidents in the last 10 years. I have taken my car to be repaired at Pete's all but one time and I've been more than satisfied if a job they've done. Upon the recommendation of a a friend in the automotive business I took my car to another shop once and only once and it was very disappointed. Pete's does more than I expect every time I go in to get my car repaired. I highly recommend this place!

Estimates here are 1 hour. If you're in a hurry I wouldn't advise you to come here unless insurance demands you to. Service is yet to be evaluated due to lack of encouragement to satisfy customers and focus on themselves. 1 star is harsh but everyone has a voice. Critics are everywhere.🤐 I'm still waiting.
