I called yesterday and got a spot in for today, I was nervous about taking my dog to another groomer because the 1st one left him traumatized. So I was very skeptical, but my boy came out as happy as he did when he went in. And came out so handsome! Tina did an amazing job, and I was so happy my smiles enjoyed his time and came out all tail wags when he was finished. Will definitely be coming back again!

Janette at The Pet Salon was patient during the salon service of our senior German Shepherd dog. Shadow is a rescue who is still nervous away from home, and Janette, as a true professional, treated her accordingly. That kind of insight and caring is rare these days. I recommend you trust your valued pet to The Pet Salon. I'm adding to this review 9 months later. Janette still taking care of our old girl. She alerts us to any health or dental issues she sees while Shadow is with her. She's a true partner in making our dogs twilight years the best!

Janette is amazing. We absolutely love her. She does a great job with our Yorkie, who can be a bit of a biter. They've always been able to accommodate us and we've always had a great experience.

I called at 1030am Janette told me to call back at2 pm I did and she got Lola in right away, same say!! That is service! She had trouble with her but she still did such a great job! Thank you so much I can tell she feels so much better!❤️

Great pet salon. Just moved location near A&W. They have you call and they come out to get your animal due to COVID. My dog always comes out clean and happy. Much better service and price than the big store groomers.

The Beautiful woman whom I spoke with was very professional. The handling of the beast was very nice to see. The work that was done to the beast was very noticeable and by how excited she became. A job well done. I saw her as obese but was corrected, she's fluffy.

Took my Chihuahua Shitzu mix, who is normally very feisty and no one will groom him. These ladies did AMAZING! The cut was perfect and my dog was happy! The whole family loved it. I will definately come back and recommend anyone to come and get your dog groomed here.

I found this place as i drive by there every morning for work soi told my brother hey lets go here and get some information and check out the place for his small doggie. We went inside and the owner instead of greeting us she said you looking for the tattoo shop is not here no more! i said excuse me she said yeah werent you looking for it i answer no she said what do you need i said i came to get some information and prices This person sounded so racist and rude and the inside was so dirty iam glad she showed how rude she was cause i wouldnt trust her with my dogs when shes mad and at least i found out in time before i dropped any cash to her. That wasent a very profesional way to treat your customers!!!!!!!!!! so i decided to never take my pets there and i wouldnt recomend this place if you are trying to look for a place for your pets!!!!!!!!!!!!!! try calling other places who woud treat you and your pets with the respect that you deserved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Run from there to all the dog owners who want to go there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!RUDE RUDE RUDE !!!!!!!!!!

I have adopted a rescued Pomeranian that was a mess, both physically and emotionally. Pet Salon agreed to take her and did an expert shave on her in record time at a reasonable price. Sue was her groomer, and she was very understanding and knowledgeable and a HUGE help. We chatted amicably about all kinds of doggie issues afterwards. I am SO happy that I found this place! HIGHLY recommended!

My family is not one to get dogs groomed all the time, but when we adopted a poodle-mix we were in for a challenge. Our little poodle was overdue, so he was a "hot-mess". The staff at the Pet Salon were courteous, and professional. They advised to shave him and then let it grow back out. We were cool with that. They even trimmed our other puppy's nails for $5. That was reasonable. Heck...when I went to pick him up, I didn't even notice him. They did a great job, and we were really happy with the service. We'll be going on a regular basis from now on.Thanks Pet Salon!

They offer a quick and professional nail clipping for my dog and their hours of business are very accommodating! I feel fortunate to have such a great and trustworthy groomers so close to home. The employees are warm and friendly and gentle!

LOVE THIS PLACE! We have taken our dog Nana here several times and never had an issue with the service. Not only do they make our old dog look brand new but they are even able to get the hair between her toes even though she HATES people touching her feet, I mean like she is not a growler but man you touch her feet and your liable to hear one! The service here has always been fantastic and the price is fair, we will never take our dog to another groomer again!

I love this place, we are not Dog people but my son went to Heaven and left my husband and I his dog Daisy. We love her. When I take Daisy to the Pet parlor, she always looks great after grooming.. The people there are nice and friendly, they answer my questions. I didn't know much about how to take care of an indoor dog. They always give me information and Daisy likes it in there. They love the animals. I took in my friend dog because he is sick and can't take care of him. They gave me a big discount to help him out they are so kind.I would recomend this place to anyone

I had my Lab groomed today for a four day show. Sue knew exactly how to groom her and I didn't have to explain anything to her. When I dropped my girl off I felt confident that when I picked her up she would look amazing. A couple hours later I picked up my girl and she couldn't look better. Sue did a FANTASTIC job grooming her for my upcoming shows. I would definitely take my Labs back to her for grooming whether it be for a show or just to have them cleaned up. The prices are great and the services are Superb!

We found a stray who was really matted and dirty. I called around, but every other place was booked until December. I called here and they took him in the next day and for only 65$ (plus card fees). Our little stray came out looking like a real dog and handsome too! I'm so appreciative of this little shop and highly recommend them and their customer service. Thank you guys!!!

The VERY BEST grooming salon! Jeanette and Sue are so accommodating when I need to come in. I live in the mountains so my days are limited when I can come "down the hill." When I call because I can come down they always say, "Sure. Come on in" and I take off right there and then. And they know how to handle my rescue cat who is somewhat skeptical and nervous, to say the least. I won't ever go anywhere else.

I need to give kudo’s to these ladies! They take such care and pride in their work and it really comes out in my dogs! I recommend them to everyone- even for my CAT friends!You will be a customer for life once you get to meet Them and see how happy your pups are when you pick them up! I will NEVER take my puppies there again.What shocked me was that they don’t require the dogs shot records . How would I know that my dogs won’t get a disease from other dogs?They didn’t even ask for proof of rabies shots !!!1) hard to find2) very abrupt and rude3) I didn’t get ANY feeling that they love animals AT ALL. They were mean to both my puppies , treated all the other dogs the same way. It was the first time I met them and they didn’t meet and greet me or the puppies . Im used to a groomer who comes up and says hello , plays and holds my puppies . One of my puppies used to be so scared the first time I took him to my regular groomer and she held my puppy until he calmed down . She went over everything with me before and after I picked them up . This place ... when I picked up my pups they just yanked them out of the cage and said “ neither one behaved “!!! Seriously ? Dogs are afraid of a new place and need that first experience to feel safe .Oh and the grooming !!!! Wow ! They were just shaved off . Nothing cute about their so called grooming whereas my regular groomer always ALWAYS makes an effort to make them look so cute and does a fantastic job with their nails and always puts a tie or bow on them . She takes the time to have a theme. Depending on the holiday , she puts on ties, bows etc. she hugs and kisses every dog that comes in . This place. Is a dump and so disorganized
