This place is awful. I have bathed my dog a couple times and the towels are always full of dog fur. Take your own towel. The sign and the Internet say it closes at 6 with last bath at 5:30. However they told me it closes at 5 and took the sign down right in front of me.

Michelle has been grooming Lani for at least 3-4 years and always does a bang up job. As a former pets and grooming store owner I am a bit picky when it comes to how my dog is treated, cared for and groomed and I have never had any issues with Michele or any of the other groomers. I cannot say enough good things about Michelle and all of the staff at this store.

Any other Petco store does an amazing job with my dogs but the Menifee location is the absolute worst. Each time I bring one of my dogs up there, they are never able to finish the haircut and make up reasons on why they couldn't finish. So I get back a dog with a botched haircut, that I have to fix myself. The other times, they refused to take my dog because she is old(15 yrs) and they think it could be too much for her to stand. Mind you, she has been perfectly fine at all her other grooming appointments, at different locations and even gets comments that she does a great job

Review is based off self dog wash. we’ve used Petco self washes before and various other locations. This one looks nice and that’s about it the shampoo dispenser barely dispensed any shampoo. I couldn’t tell if there’s even soap coming out of the hose. they didn’t provide a grooming brush like most others do to help detangle and brush fur after drying. which leads to the worst part of my experience, the DRYER when set to high speed. I thought it was broken because it barely felt like any air was coming out. I had a use two dryers at once to somewhat dry my dog. I came home to dry him with blowdryer instead of wasting time there

I have 3 dogs and bring them regularly to Kimberly at Petco in Menifee. Kimberly makes my dogs & I feel like VIPs. Always a big smile, professional & takes excellent care of my dogs grooming.I am reviewing today to ask those reading this to please be considerate. This service industry like so many others is dealing with being short staffed & over worked. The ones that are there serving you are working harder to provide that service so please be patient & courteous.

Emmie was happy and did well on her first grooming. My only issue is, I didn't get the groomer name so that I can use her next time! She was so good with Emmie. I will go back, they were so good with my doodle!!

We were a walk in with 2 small dogs. We were helped right away. Our dogs just needed their nails trimmed. They were very professional and treated our dogs with patience and kindness. It took about 15 minutes. Well worth the trip over.

My last visit I had Monica who I was not happy with. I asked to trip a inch off my dogs tail and when I picked him up his tail was not touched at all, I did it when I got home. His cut was very uneven and I had to trim him myself. I was going to find another groomer but thought I would try one more time at Petco with another groomer there. I got Sarah and she was fantastic, did exactly what I asked and was so friendly. She has booked my Lil Buddy for 10 weeks out and said she would love to be his personal groomer. So glad I gave Petco one more try.

I was called at 7pm The previous night and told that there was a opening at 9:00 a.m. for the next day for the complete grooming that I requested plus dental cleaning for my cavachon. I was asked how I wanted to cut which I explained at least twice. My mom dropped the dog off and when she picked her up was told that she was not cut or trimmed because they said my dog tried to bite one of them which is totally untrue My dog has never exhibited any signs of aggression at all and she's about a 12 lb dog. Regardless they still charge my mom $60 for basically a bath brushing the teeth and clipping the toenails. Either way I will never and I repeat never ever ever use Petco again.

Vicky Was Very Careful And Gentle With My Baby (JoJo) I was nervous at first leaving him somewhere considering he is still a puppy and gets scared in new places hes never been before... but Vicky from day one was so good with him and the 2nd time I took him back he recognized her and started licking her face right away... so I know she is very GOOD with the animals that she takes care of...
