My daughter and I have a "thing" for rescuing pets on a whim and this was no different. We hadn't planned on acquiring a frog, but suddenly found ourselves in the store (crowded but with tons of animals and great items). We checked out every animal, and saw this chubby adult frog. I mentioned something about getting one and we almost walked out, when Joe asked if we needed help.Long story short, the moment Joe told us about the frog and showed him to us, we knew we wanted to give him a good home.We returned within an hour and Joe was incredibly helpful. We asked tons of questions, changed our minds several times, and picked his brain about frogs. He was knowledgeable (and was upfront about details he wasn't sure of which we appreciated) and friendly.The store had everything we needed to get Macaulay Croakin (aka Yoshi) home comfortably. Joe even stayed late without complaint to set up our enclosure and ensure we had everything we needed.We'll definitely return for items in the future and highly recommend this store. Thanks to Joe and his coworker who were both outstanding!

Me and my family went into here yesterday, March 19th, just simply because we are reptile and amphibian lovers and weren’t thinking of necessarily bringing a cutie home. Joe came up to us and we asked about frogs, because we have wanted one for awhile and wanted to know more information about them. Joe was very knowledgeable and answered all of our million questions. We decided we wanted one, but needed a second opinion from my stepdad. We told Joe to put a hold on the Australian Whites Tree Frog and we will be back the next day. We couldn’t wait any longer as it was love at first sight, and we immediately came back. Joe set up the proper bio active tank for us on his own to make sure the frog was in a proper habitat and even told us what we needed to get and do from there. We are beginners but we learned a lot and now we are happy at home with Yoshi! Definitely coming here for food and questions and habitat upkeeps as this was a very wonderful experience. Thank you Joe! Everyone, meet Yoshi!

1st time coming here & its was very nice setups. However not all the reptiles had water in their bowls & didn't agree with housing lots of baby leopard geckos together.Overall I did pick up a fat tail & he even had a new grown tail & missing toe, probably from being housed with others. The employees seemed nice & knowledgeable, also pretty good prices.I'm glad I pick this little boy up to give him a better home then being forgotten on the side.Will also be taking him to the vet for some antibiotics.

Best prices on Reptile food, period. The staff are chill and full of reptile knowledge. If you are local and own a reptile, you need to come here.

Bought a Uromastyx on Sunday 17th at the reptile expo in puyallup,wa and come the 18th it's on its deathbed! This lizard is extremely sick/malnourished and I don't see it lasting until tomorrow. It's lethargic, won't move at all or keep its eyes open. No eating nothing. I'm not mad about the money loss per say but more that this lizard was sold on its deathbed and me and my son had to run around like chickens with our head cut off to try to solve this. Very sad to watch this reptile suffer.Edit: the reason for the review is because I bought the Reptile from an employee that ran your booth. I talked with the gal for 30 min and made sure to understand what I was getting into(I keep other lizards so I'm not a noob). I made sure the basking side was 115-120f and the cooling side was on average 91 degrees. The lizard was sick from the moment we got it home and at that point it was to late to bring him back to the booth because it was closed.Unfortunately the lizard passed today and my son had to see it happen over the last few days. I called the number you suggested and the girl Errin told me to soak him for 15-30 min (I did not do this because multiple Uromastyx groups I'm in Said Uromastyx do not absorb water from skin). She said to email the customer service email to and they should honor the 3 day guarantee. If this gets corrected then I will adjust the review to reflect. I spent over $350 for this lizard and now we have no lizard so I'm hopping that we will come to some term in getting a replacement.Thank you,

I got my daughter a baby bearded dragon for Christmas! Madigan was amazing helping us setup the terrarium with the right lighting and all the goods to create him the perfect home! All the staff at LLLReptile are so nice and super knowledgeable!! Its a bit of a drive for us from Temecula but worth it for the great customer service! And the prices are super reasonable too!!

A great place for reptile supplies, and the fact that they have dubia roaches is a huge plus. Employees are knowledgeable too. The animals in store are generally in good condition, aside from some of the wild caughts. I purchased my Ball Python from here over a year ago and my Indonesian White's Tree Frog four months ago, and I have had no problems with either of them.

DO NOT buy crickets here. I bought crickets for my chameleon here, thinking I could trust this store. Previously I was getting them from kritters in Hemet. Less then a week later my chameleon wouldn’t open his eyes, he got sick from the crickets and we had to put him down. I highly recommend avoiding this store.

Awesome selection of snakes, decent selection for lizard and Frogs. Great prices and Awesome employees. Knowing we weren't going to buy they took our kids around showing and educating them on the animals. They even helped handle a couple. All the employees care about the animals and most of the animals are use to bring handled. We will continue going for all our retile needs.

I go here every few weeks to get rats for my ball pythons, one of which I also purchased from LLL. They have a great selection of animals. The crew there obviously both love and know a great deal about all types of reptiles, amphibians and even some insects. They can get you set up with everything you need to be successful even if you are just starting out.

Visited this store last week. I e been thinking about these poor animals. Not sure who to call but the animals don’t look very healthy here. I’m face none of them look well at all. They look underweight. Especially the geckos

I just went there at 10:20 am and didn't see any hours posted and the door was unlocked and the lights were on. So I went right in to get my reptiles food (all of which I purchased from this store) and I was rudely informed that they don't open until 11 and that they couldn't help me. I offered to pay double in cash for a mouse and meal worms and wouldn't expect any change because of the registers not being open. The kid was rude to me and said I will sell you a mouse at 11. They shouldn't have had their doors unlocked if they weren't open and I don't know any business owners in the world that wouldn't have taken double the cash value of their merchandise. So this has cost them my future business which is a bummer considering I've been looking at an overpriced gecko I was planning to get for my 10 year olds birthday in 3 weeks but if I can't count on them to provide food for the reptiles I've already purchased from them then why bother!

Don't never try to sale your reptiles to them, they will low ball you. I sold them two juvenile sal fin dragons, $160 for both came back a week later and they were $300 each.

Went in right before closing to get my son a bearded dragon for his bday present, we fell in love with a hypo red dragon and Natalie was very informative and helpful with picking him out. I also wanted to recognize Madigan, she knew our budget and took the liberty of getting everything around the store for us, and then both of them carried the tank with everything out to my car, just a great experience with positive vibes and some laughs to go with it, thank you guys for everything and we will be back all the time for our beardie Gary’s needs! :)
