What a great team at the Menifee store. Super, super helpful staff to help you with their already amazing products. The manager dropped everything to go over the finer points of kibble for our dog and the rest of the staff is just as friendly and knowledgeable right down to the young cashier. You just don't find the younger generation so eager to help. What a testament to the management at this store. We are so happy to have a great alternative to the big box pet stores....you've got a customer for life.

First time here. I came at the recommendation of my sister. Very nice well lit store. The friendly staff answered all my questions and supplied me with suggestions for foods for my furr-kids. I like that I was able to try on pet clothing before buying. Buying online and having to do the whole return because it didn't fit is such a pain. I bought some CBD treats for my nervous Nellie chiweenie. Hopefully this will help with rides in the car and fireworks celebrations that freak him out.

We love this store. We are used to the boutique style LA dog shops, and this has the same neighborhood feel and excellent selection. For those of you that love your animals and treat them like family, this animal supply store is top tier. Such an amazing alternative to the mainstream petco petsmart. You and your animal will enter excited and leave excited to return. 10/10 absolutely recommend!

Love this store! The staff is always friendly! They even greet my dog and give him treats, when I bring him in. They are very helpful and always ask if I need help bringing my items to my car. The customer service here is A+ and how every store should be.

Great customer service! Staff were very helpful and friendly. The team from Huey's Rescue were there on Saturday with pets up for adoption. They were all warm and friendly too. Will definitely go back to purchase pet supplies for the cats I adopted.

Best sushi ever! We go to JJ's regularly either to eat at the sushi bar, (take friends that love it as well) or pick up to have at home. If you haven't tried JJ's you need to!!!

I come to this pet store once a month and the employees are always helping me out and being so kind to me but I had a issue with a bag of Fromm food that was upsetting my dogs tummy I called and the employees told me to swing on my and they can see what they can do I come in with my food in a trash bag because I use a container for my babies food Brecken was able to look my purchase up because I did not have the original receipt and Lupe walked me around to get some pumpkin and other things to help my dogs upset stomach. They helped me out so much I was able to walk out with two brand new bags of food I am 100% satisfied with this store and recommend it, Brecken and Lupe were a lot of help I also spoke with another women on the phone I didn’t get her name but she informed me to come in everyone is amazing!

Why have I not visited this retail chain before! My dog requires a special diet. And a specific brand, which is extraordinarily HIGH. BUT HERE, not only do they carry all the better brands, their prices are much more reasonable. Example I normally pay upwards of 100 for a 30 pound bag . Here its costing me 80. The staff are not only friendly but they are always knowledgeable and service focused.

Really great place to go for Dog and Pet Food. The Prices are Cheap and Affordable! I highly recommend everyone to shop at this place. They're also Military Friendly to all my Veterans out there. I know that helps out a great deal when you're constantly buying Pet food all the time, because other big brand known stores such as PC or PS don't offer any Military savings. Just a FYI to my Military community.

Above and beyond bests describes this Kahoots location. Lucky for me, it is just around the corner. On numerous occasions, I have been pleasantly surprised by the genuinely helpful staff (which I presume stems from the extremely knowledgeable and friendly manager) Always, they seem to know the answer to any and every question. And if they don't know, they look it up.My dog Wendy and I ( along with our 4 cats) thank you for being awesome!

I purposely make a commute for this store, it’s always clean and organized.The teeth cleaning service was fast and easy as well as extremely affordable.Ever since this location opened Vanessa has helped me find what food could work best for my dogs breed specifically. She is very knowledgeable and kind, even noticing if it has been a while since I’ve last visited the store. Highly recommended!

There are three Kahoots in the lower IE. Menifee Kahoots, by far, has the best product supply reliability and excellent customer service with well trained and knowledgeable staff. It's definitely worth the drive (I live in Temecula)

The staff are super helpful and knowledgeable! One time, I grabbed the wrong food and had to bring it back. They had no problem and were very accommodating. Even helped carry the correct heavy bag to my car.

Too pricey for my liking. I came here because they closed my local feed store. I used to get 50lb chicken feed bags and for the same price here I got half the amount of food. Looks like I'll be trying another feed store.

Clean and very organized store; staff is friendly and helpful. Great selection of items to choose from- we're trying the dog kahoots brand food per a staff recommendation. So far my Bassett Hound, German Shepherd, and German Shorthair Pointer really like it... We'll see what happens- if we stick to it. Will for sure be visiting this store in the future.

I’ll give it two stars because of the stick and selection, otherwise I would have given it zero stars. I tried to redeem a coupon, nothing but trouble. Had to ring up my order twice, than the rude clerk noticed the item I bought was too big for the coupon to be honored. She then suggested to cancel the two orders back into one order. The trouble was I had a store coupon as well that wouldn’t work the manufacturers coupon. Sounds like a personal problem. I wish PETCO carried the food our dogs eat. There is always Amazon.

We had our dogs in for teeth cleaning. They did a great job. They are professional and understand how your dog reacts to the cleaning.I find the prices at Kahoots a bit on the high side, but can usually find their brand which is lower.

The store was very clean upon entry. The employees were welcoming, friendly, and professional. They were very knowledgeable about every product I ask about. There is a shortage on cahoots brand saw food because of covid and manufacturing issues, but they have brands that are comparable not only in price but also in working well with your existing dog food to not upset your pet's tummy. They were awesome about my non mask and were very respectful which is amazing and allows us to be comfortable while shopping and are respectful of the ACTUAL laws of our state and federal laws. Cudos to great training and professionalism at this store. Amanda stood out among the employees as she was super helpful, kind and accommodating. Best shopping experience in a long time. This store has a wide range of products for most pets people have. Food for (dog and cat), birds, fish and reptiles. There's bedding for dogs and cats, food and accompanying accessories for it, collars, harnesses, shockers, bones, treats, toys with a lot of brands to choose from, not just kahoots brand. If you are unable to wear a mask like I am, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for a hassle free respectful shopping experience!

Great, quality pet foods and supplies. Love their house brand cat and dog foods. All nutritious quality ingredients, made in the USA (no chicken feathers), and not as expensive as the big name brands made in China. And the staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. Just wish there were more Kahoots beyond SoCal so my pet owning friends elsewhere had this available, too.

My dogs and I love Kahoots! The Menifee location is the only one we got to because of how awesome the team is. They know Dexter and Quasi who always get treats. Never an issue at Kahoots, great quality dog food at good prices.

I love Kahoots. I have the different dogs with different needs. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Their pricing is better than Amazon or Petco/Petsmart for certain brands. I felt very welcome and the customer service was great

Extremely knowledgeable and extremely helpful staff😃highly recommend over Pet-mart or Pet-Co friendly staff, offered to carry out our purchases without asking.No grooming or pet purchases however large selection of really great dog foods accessories and more, they also offer low cost vaccinations on certain days!Our go to now, much better service than the afore mentioned businesses!
