Always such a nice experience. They clip my dogs nails and do a wonderful job. Very nice and helpful. Love how much they are helping animals. I go there for nail trims, treats and donate when I can.

We went in for the self-service wash for our 2 year old dog. Once she saw what was about to happen, she always gets nervous. Since we were able to hook her collar to a rope hanging on top about the bath area it made it easy for her not to be able to run. Doesn't cost much and makes bathing her way easier.

They have so many varieties of pet food and treats, and all super healthy and cheap! The customer service was fun and nice. And they had many collars and medicines too. They also have a little cage of cats you can go in and pet; they're all real sweethearts ❤

Took Gus in for a nail appointment ONLY 10$ wow…The customer service the staff The young girl that took care of us was Absolutley amazing i though for sure after are failed attempts she would give up and tell us to leave but she didn't and she continued as calmy and collective as possible dealing with a Crazy dog lol 😂 but she was a professional and got the job done and i HIGHLY RECOMMEND there services to any one and i will be taking all my pet needs and business to them 10 ⭐️ service vevy helpful and knowledgeable

Nice store, alot of options and clean. They rescue animals which is amazing and its a no kill shelter. They are a bit pricey. They have a groomer and all the staff are really friendly.

This place is fantastic we go there to wash our dog because for $5 you can use their giant dog bathtub with hot water and blow dryer system. Can't be it, customer service is amazing!

Everyone who works here is knowledgeable and kind. I adopted a kitten here recently, and they really care about the quality of homes their animals are going to. I had an issue with a minor eye infection, and they were able to provide advice and guidance. Their advice worked, and my kittens eye is all better now. I appreciate them not trying to upsell/sell me things I don't need. They're honest with their responses about the quality of certain foods, and what the differences are if any. My go-to spot for all my furry family needs!

Awesome small town pet supply store. Super friendly staff. They even help get some animals new homes occasionally. They have a self pet wash station that we use. It's free however we usually tip because it is such a nice service. The down side is some people really take it to far and dona full scale wash and groom. We waited more than 45 minutes to use it once. They should encourage a time limit.They have an excellent selection of dog and cat toys and food. Strongly recommend!

One of the best pet stores I've been to! I'm from texas & CA is expensive to me! but this place has great prices, & a decent selection. I think their prices are cheaper than where I shop at home. Also FREE self serve bath & blow dry. Just bring your own soap & towel & do it yourself. They do have a grooming salon where you can make appointments as well. My dog got sprayed by a skunk & it was very convenient that they had the self serve bath, as I'm traveling! The treats are great quality too. My boy loves the duck feet for 99 cents. Whoever runs this store does a great job as do the employees. Thank y'all for everything you do. If I lived here I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else!

The staff begins greeting you as you walk in the door....."can I help you find what you are looking for!? " And they leave you alone to browse... Quality pet food & goods.... Reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this business.

Very bad attitude towards adoption tell us we can adopt but then require a foster 3day when we want to adopt not foster. And was very hateful towards me and even threatened me harm if I don't leave parking lot imeadetlly, and called cops on me. So don't adopt as they are a hateful outfit and very fude

CRUEL INPATIENT TECH HURT MY DOG BC SHE LOST HER TEMPER. I have a timid sweet pup 7lbs who I spent 3 years getting her over her fear of ppl and this monster of an employee there just set her back considerably. She flinches since she left the shop and is ON PAIN MEDS FROM HER VET to help. How dare Nor Cal be so rough with such a vulnerable sweet eager to please animal. NEVER BRING ANY ANIMAL YOU CARE ABOUT TO THIS BUSINESS FOR “grooming” unless you want vet bills and trauma to your loved one.

So good to my dog when she goes and get groomed. She has horrible allergies and skin issues and they have helped almost completely resolve them! We are both happier! And I found a food for her there that has really helped her as well.

Really great customer service. I take my dog here to get her nails trimmed and they are so patient and understanding with her. Plus they let me be present while she gets her mani/Pedi which helps with her anxiety.

First time and definitely not my last... Got us an appointment fast and was way beyond our expectations.... We found our permanent groomer..... Just the way we wanted it far exceeded Pet Co... Thank you so much and what a wonderful staff .... Highly recommend..💯

I have taken my 6 pound dog their for Grooming twice. The first time is was good, but the second time he came back dirtier then when he went! They put oily ear cleaner in AFTER they washed him. The oil was dripping out of his ears onto his washed fur. I paid $30 and asked to tip BEFORE I saw him. I tipped $5 based on the first visit. They did not even do a hygiene shave so what did they do? He was wet so they didn't dry him? This was 3 weeks ago. Let me know if you fired the last groomer and I might be back.

Terrible customer service. Bought an inflatable collar for my dog that just had surgery was told I could bring it back if it didn't fit. When I came back the lady asked me if I had blown up the device, which I said yes to see if it would fit. She then told me they couldn't take it back. Did not disclose this to me when I purchased the item stating I was unsure of the size. Didn't apologize or offer a discount or anything for not disclosing this to me 10 minutes prior that I could not actually blow the item up. They had an opportunity to make a customer but instead I will not be shopping here and will be telling my local family to do the same.
