My dog who hates getting baths loves going here. They really help him to feel comfortable and he enjoys socializing with the other dogs. He comes out looking beautiful. The seasonal bandanas are a nice touch too.

Muddy Paws treats my dogs like royalty! Highly experienced groomers who truly care and do a very high quality job. I have a long hair Border collie mix (Zorro) and a Staffie (Minka), and they come out of Muddy Paws so super soft and good smelling, with perfectly trimmed nails! Been going here for years. Highly recommend this spot!

My pups are always so excited to see Courtney and her lovely staff! Courtney is what I would call an animal whisperer. She has so much love and patience for the animals that come into her shop. It is so nice to be able to drop off all three of my dogs and know they will be well taken care of. Not only do they come back ultra fresh and clean, my lil dog Tilly has the cutest hair cut! They were so fast and efficient with my Blue Nose Pit who had never had this done and was not well trained yet. It was done so fast she didn't realize that it was done. Started bringing her every other week.

Pretty good grooming place. Receptionist very nice. Could be kept a bit cleaner as I noticed balls of dog hair outside on the ground of the entrance. Had to remind them to do a foot pad hair trimming I had initially asked for, but they took care of it right away when I mentioned it upon picking my dog up. My Jake feels silly smooth and I can tell he likes to be so clean! Thank you Muddy Paws!

Love them! We’ve been taking our long haired cat to Muddy Paws for almost a year now, and they do an amazing job with trimming and hygiene health. Our cat always comes back smelling great, feeling soft, and looking regal. Plus the staff are very friendly and accommodating!

They couldn't clip my dog's nails because he squirms and screams, which I understand. However, they tried for less than two minutes before giving up. They didn't try anything other than brute force, and when that didn't work, they just gave up. It took me less than 5 minutes to look up like six different tricks to try and they tried none of them. They're probably fine for simple things, but if he wasn't difficult about the nails, I wouldn't have asked for their help in the first place. Definitely not the professional groomer I was looking for.

This places always gets my dog in and out so fast. The last time they cut her nails they did them the perfect length. I am always greeted with smiles and I trust them with my pup. I recommend the place to everyone for your pet grooming needs. Thank you, muddy paws!

Theyade it to hard to get an appt. Pur pup up to date on all shots but because he didn't have a not mandatory vaccination they denied him. We take him to the vet for check ups and they said it's not necessary.

They made my berner more beautiful and charged a very reasonable price. Told them I was 20 minutes away and could they call when she's 20 minutes from being ready. No problem.

Stopped by their business to inquire about getting our cat groomed because she has some huge mats under her chest and I was promptly told that they are not taking any "new cats" at this time, only established cats that they know! I have to admit that I was pretty shocked by their response and left feeling a coldness about my encounter with this business. I will never go back there again.

We have had muddy paws take care of our Boxers grooming for about 3 years. We've had a tough couple of weeks and needed to reschedule a couple of times. Thd last time our appointment was rescheduled for Fri the 7th. We drive there and they're closed. Today I call to try and get Zuma an appointment and discover they won't schedule us. Why? Because my wife left a review that the owner Courtney felt was hostile. She told me if the review was deleted she would helps us. We are not submitting to this. I have run businesses and I know banning a customer over a review is reprehensible.

Today was horrid at Muddy PawsOur appointment was at 1:40. We waited and waited. There were no humans in the building. So, we left. I think they should comp us a full service for the inconvenience.Courtney- we have been taking our Boxer Zuma to Muddy Paws for over three years. We do not use another groomer. James, my husband, who takes Zuma in, said he was told on Monday, that her appointment was at 1:45 today. It was NOT our screw up.

Our golden retriever was sprayed by a skunk and we needed to get her bathed as soon as we could. We dropped in on a Saturday and found this business to be very helpful and stocked with all the supplies we needed, including soap, ear cleaner, dryer, and towels. (We brought our own skunk neutralizer). We were in and out in 30 minutes and found the whole experience to be just what Stella needed. Thanks for a successful dog wash -now we have a sweet-smelling doggie!

in the beginning they were great, now that they have grown, it is turning into another busy grooming center. With staff so overwhelmed that they presented to me impatience, lack of caring that your senior dog needs extra time. Their staff was so young, that it came with the young attitude. disappointed as this was my place to go to. i used to brag about them as well. Off to find yet another groomer that will have time and compassion....you would be surprised at how hard it is to find.

Muddy Paws does a great job with my pug, who is difficult to manage when she has her very tough nails clipped and drummled. I have taken her other places and she has seemed traumatized. The staff at Muddy Paws must be very kind and sensitive, as they have managed to shorten the nails and not injure her or make her hate them. Sometimes I also take her there for bathing, which is carried out quickly and with little incident. 5 stars!

Took both pups same-day, one is super nervous and impossible when it comes to clipping his nails - did a GREAT job being accommodating and getting his toes clipped neat, both pups came home happy and smelling nice! Will be back.
