The McCloud Chamber of Commerce hosted the Apple event, with only 4 portable toilets. When 90 different Vendors, a family band, firefighters, and an overestimated group of families wait their turn to use these 4 provided restroom. Toilets are quickly filled to the brim, no tissue, no napkins, before noon. All while, Carol Zacher & her department were able to enjoy a single restroom in the commerce suite, with all the sanitary products that a human should deserve. It was about saving costs on the proper amount of facilities and maintenance. This is inhumane and uncivilized. When you already know you have 90 vendors, you should plan to set up 6 to 8 restrooms with multiple maintenance checks, replenishment, and 1 pump service on call at the very least. And I believe Carol now knows this.
