I was in the area visiting from south Orange County, and I was looking for some vegan friendly snacks and to my surprise, some of the staff members were very knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction. I definitely didn’t expect this type of service from a rite aid in this area but 10/10 I would definitely come back. I just wish I could have left a tip

Worst customer service ever by a female supervisor with no name tag. She held up a coupon i was using as if it were a $100 bill and she was looking to see if it was real. She smudged it over and over to see if maybe the ink would smear?? and told me that the new rewards program would reject a lot of coupons overall because of new updates but just "once" would she help me with the coupon. Just a few minutes before that she had a $1 coupon that she would not honor because her system says it didnt match but the item was matched, verified and even the cashier said it was the same product but she "couldnt" help me.

Definitely weird when you walk in that it has those metal cirlcle things. Super weird when I went to pay for my items that the cashier didn’t want to sell me the Talenti Gelato. She said it was bad and I asked “what you are selling expired food” she said no our refrigerators weren’t working and the ice cream went bad it’s melted and I cannot sell it to you that way.. they should have a sign I said. The refrigerator was totally working when I went to get the ice cream...such a weird situation. It could have been handled differently but she literally took my gelato and tossed it. Very rude. Will never come here again.

I come here all the time and the staff is always amazingly friendly and helpful when it comes to finding what I need, they make me feel like I am more than just a customer, their warm welcomes and friendly personalities is what makes me feel genuinely appreciated just about being there

I went to the pharmacy and the Guy said in 1 hr my medicine will be ready , and they going to call me , so I wait 2 hrs (7pm they didn't call me ,so I went to the store asking what happened , and they girls were so nice , but my medicine wasn't ready , so the lady said we call you or text you , supposedly my order going to be ready I never had a txt or call ,they close at 10pm why they didn't said the true , i wasted all my afternoon waiting for the medicine . So tomorrow I want my prescription back I don't want wait another day .. that's sucks , im so mad 😡 .

Store manager is a joke. She needs to be updated with the current coupon policy for RiteAid. If you plan to coupon there, BEWARE!All couponers know you CAN combine an adperk coupon with a manufacturers coupon. Would have rated higher, but my experience was unforgivable.People want to save money in these parts of town, and it's a shame they won't here.Unless you call corporate...Nobody has time for that, on to the next.

Their eRx system has been broken for a long time. Their IT department is asleep or nonexistent. When I pointed that this was one of many reasons Rite Aid was bought out by Walgreens I was called rude for stating facts.
