Horrible horrible horrible. Worst walmart I've ever ever been to. The employees were incredibly rude and breathing down everyone's neck. I did not see one employee smile not even one time. It's quite unsettling to shop there! I don't recommend it. For the people who steal their ruin for folks like us who are there to just shop. I hate that wlamart. I don't usually say the word 《HATE》. That's how much i can not stand going in their.

It's just ok..... I went to this location to pick up some items that I had ordered and I used the drive up service. I waited for almost an hour to get my items and then the young lady that brought my items to the car was extremely unfriendly. She kind of tossed the stuff in my truck didn't say thank you didn't say boo lol. But the items I purchased were in great condition and I was happy. Not all employees at Walmart are unfriendly but what can you say I think they're all about three stars. I go there for the prices not to be hugged and kissed by the employees. As long as they don't hit me or cuss me out I'm good 😁

The worst! Everything is locked up, and you can never find anyone to unlock items. There are never enough registers open. I was RUDELY turned away from self checkout because the employee thought I had more than 15 items, I did not have more than 15 items.

It's a very huge Walmart! First time here and no disappointment. Staff super friendly and helpful. You can find lots of good stuff here. Loved it. The restrooms were clean. All the shelves and stuff was very well organized. Will be back of course.

William in the auto care center gave exceptionally great and friendly service when my Mercedes needed emergency tires replaced. Service was performed quickly and at low cost.

I inquired at the Yuba City store about helping our school with a discount or donation on 4 bicycles. The supervisor said it was up to her supervisor. I left a donation package and no call. I called back and they took my information again and no call. Simple question, no response. Similar situation with Marysville store last year. Super bummed. Our school makes a lot of purchases from them. Their website for donations is unfriendly and that's why I went to them personally. Disappointed in the simple lack of follow through.

You can’t get ANYONE to answer a phone there at all…. I have called, and called, and called over and over again and not one person answered a phone! So why even have any in the store if you can’t get ahold of anyone? I called the operator, electronics, even tried bakery and nope, nothing!! Way to go wal*mart. Good looking out for customers!!

My wal mart experience here was by far the worst customer service I've experienced. Martha the front end manager clearly seemed to be making up policy's according to her desire to work or not. I was here completely out of gas traveling and had a unopened set of sockets I bought a while back from a Walmart of course and was denied the return with or without the receipt if the item wasn't purchased at this specific location then they won't accept the return. Smh sat in the parking lot for hours waiting for some funds to get deposited. Martha I think id reread the wal mart code of ethics

We shop from department to department, it is getting pretty annoying to wait on glass cases to be opened and then to be told we have to pay for just a couple items from that department...I informed the person that we are Not going to use our Card like that having worked retail many years I asked can they take it to the front registers, finally after a lengthy time she sent the key person to the front, we did not make it home with one of the items, We are Not spending hard earned Money in a store with bad customer service

My card was scammed for over a $100.Security treats everyone as a suspect in a future theft. They abuse their job to harass paying customers. This Walmart is comparable to a Oakland CA Walmart.Good luck to those who dare to stop in.

I feel like my time and gas were wasted today, going out in the rain to get an errand done. I received zero customer service while waiting at the fitting rooms today and was told they were closed. Two employees in the area could not be bothered to assist, while I and another customer were blatantly ignored. I have never been a supporter of Wal-Mart, and today just reminded me why I will not be a returning customer.

1st we went to get some chicken ,when we walked in because that's my grandson's favorite place, he loves that popcorn chicken. But there wasn't an associate anywhere to be seen. The place was still open too, so we decides to to a Lil shopping & went back bout 30 minutes later.The lady serving the chicken was really rude! Horrible customer service.

I was scammed out of $110. I went to this Walmart to get a Lego set for my son’s birthday. In the Lego aisle , there were Lego sets locked behind glass, but there were some at the top that weren’t. I pressed the button to get an employee’s attention but no one came for about 20 minutes. After that, we grabbed a set from the top and we went to the register. When my son opened the Lego, none of the correct pieces were in it. It was supposed to be a Spider-man battle set Marvel collection, but it had bright colored pieces and no mini figures (someone returned it was tape over tape hard to see at first). The next morning, I came back to the Walmart to exchange it, but the employee, named Claire, was rude and denied it. She told me that the Lego would be locked behind glass and factory sealed , so I have to call Lego customer service. She said all she could do was put it back in the box for us. She didn’t apologize or anything. Be careful of what you buy and check to make sure it is correct inside the box . They ruined my son’s birthday and I don’t know how to get my money back.

I just spent over $300 only to find out that security had kicked my son out of the store because of the way he looked. He was in a hit and run accident that severely traumatized him due to the fact that he lost his arm. Haven’t you ever heard the saying‘don’t judge a book by its cover’ I am going to pursue this further because I am more than upset! The lady who was head of security treated me terribly when I was trying to find my son. Just horrible!!!

Usually pretty nice place to go shopping employees are usually really nice, the reason for the two stars is not a good look there at Walmart when I walk up in the first thing I see is an employee right outside the front door smoking cigarettes and yelling at themselves like a crazy person. And yes I read the name tag.

This Walmart is filthy and nasty. Place was a disaster! Aisles blocked with stock, couldn't get up or down the aisles because of the boxes. Lazy foreign employees stand around 3 or 4 at a time talking gibberish to each other while ignoring customers. Bathrooms always nasty. Walmart doesn't have any kind of selection. They used to sell suave products but now all you can get there is high dollars stuff 10.00 a bottle for shampoo. JUST A NASTY PLACE TO HAVE TO SHOP!

if store opens at 6am ,it should be all departments be open at that time, wasted my time went to return my item and was told that department opens at 8am, went night before and was told that department closes at 8pm ...then they close one area at night and make people go tru other side of store, who makes this ignorant rules that just make customers don't even want to come back, if its for the safety of not been robbed then why have lame security people for,one day me and my kids were in car ready to leave and here come a guy running with some stuff and security just driving around and putting truck in front of guy didn't even got out just chasing and putting truck front of guy,guy was even laughing like is this a game for me,should also just have solar blinking color lights, all they do just drive around for what if when things happen they get lost on how to handle safety,my kids scared of situation, walmart should just look for new management that really knows how to manage situations along with new security team, store not well managed for customers satisfaction....french bread from there not good ,turns green right away.

At the time of writing this review it has been 25 minutes and I can’t get anybody to open up the men’s basic glass doors. Who knows how long it’ll be before I get the underwear I need but I’ll probably be close to retirement before I get anything.

Curbside pick is a 35-45min wait if not longer. I should of drove to Yubacity to target and do my curbside pickup there. Targets wait time is about 10-15 minutes

You can't shop without getting ran into by an online shopper. They stack the basket so high that most people can't see in front of themselves. They just push the carts out without paying attention.

Self check out lady was INCREDIBLY RUDE. Maybe you hire more people to do the cash registers if you’re so scared of people stealing. Meanwhile, criminals literally walk out with merchandise and you do nothing. I don’t normally shop at Walmart so how was I supposed to know your “new” rules about self check out. Never coming back to this Walmart again, I’m disgusted. I’ve never had issues at any other store regarding self check out.

Garden center is ALWAYS CLOSED. 90% of the time.For the most part this store is so much better then the Yuba City store. Its less cluttered. The people are nicer. Parking is better. It just needs the online grocery to make it perfect. When picking up site-to-store, most of the time you have to wait for someone to show up. There even has been a time that there were managers just in the next room, and still had to go get someone. That department is lacking.

Pick up orders are easy peasy. Easy to shop and do self checkout. However, today four clerks came to the Customer Services counter to debate with one customer while three other customers waited in line. That's poor customer service!
