The photo center here is the worst... they had no clue they could print photo sizes other than US passport size and when we insisted it should be on the setting, it was right there... how can one not see.... we were there yesterday and they said they only do US passport size, so we had to google and found out that walgreens could change the settings so we went back and told them to check there settings. And after they took our photos they did not even cut the photos in the required size. Worst place to take photos...

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Extremely helpful. Great Walgreens they have super selection of all your shopping needs. Cold food, snacks and beverages, cosmetics, pharmacy, restrooms and so much more. Great sales on a variety of items. Disabled parking section and electronic doors.

So I called about my online/curbside order, the manager/lady (11-1-23, 9:50am) couldn't help me, she seemed frustrated with me + told me to call 1800Walgreens bcuz she couldn't help me, I wish I got her name bcuz this isn't right. She didn't say sorry or anything that was consoling. Well the lady from 1800Walgreens did help me, she was a blessing 🙌 🙏 . P.s. last time a manager did get to look up my online/curbside pick up on the computer, I wonder why she couldn't).

The pharmacy messed up my prescription and I had to go back to the doctor 3 times and even had to go to CVS to get my medication took 6 hours because they erased my hard copy from the hospital and then told me I couldn't fill it at Walgreens like I did something wrong so I typed up a letter and will be sending it to corporate and to the pharmacy licensing commission today the neglect they showed is unethical and just out right wrong do support them if you do you will regret it.

Small pharmacy compared to CVS. Pharmacy associates have a tough job serving the needs of a pharmaceutical dependent race of human beings. As Americans, too many of us are addicted to our Dr's recommendations regarding our health. Rather than having faith and learning to accept our struggles, we like lemmings follow the pack right over the cliff weighed down by our ills and drugs. Thus why the Chi-Coms will easily defeat the west coast of America.

Came by the pharmacy around 2pm after being discharged from the hospital. They said the Rx would take ~30 min to fill. I said I could come back after work around 4:30-5pm. I came back at 4:45pm, checked in at the pharmacy, expecting my Rx to be ready for pickup. They started getting it ready and took over 40 minutes to prepare it. Slowest service I’ve ever had. Bathrooms also need toilet paper. Parking lot looks like a dumpster with trash everywhere. They also had 3 pharmacists on duty and more than 3 store employees… not sure why everything was moving like molasses in winter?!?

Terrible customer service. Went in to purchase cough drops. I greeted the cashier and she responded but never made eye contact. She continued to sort through some papers and mentioned that I could set my item down, again no eye contact. I waited for about 2-3 minutes before she scanned my cough drops. After paying, it took her another 2-3 minutes to process my payment. As I waited, she continued to sort through her papers. She never made eye contact nor ask if I wanted my receipt.

BAD SERVICE OF MANAGEMENT was there for a pickup and got told by a manager it wasn’t there yet, showed my tracking info and didn’t even bother to check the number just said “it’s not here!” Came back a few minutes later after calling FedEx and the package was indeed there, asked a different employee and he was helpful enough to give it to me.

Terrible customer service and experience. I came here for a 10am. Not only did it take 25 mins to even check in, it took another 20 for them to call my name. Then another 15 mins for them to fill out my forms to leave. I left at 1108.The pharmacist was very rude when I explained that I had another appointment for which I was already late for and she kept insisting on giving me “medical advice and teaching.” And while I appreciated it, I told her that I was a provider and since there were a ton of sick & injured people already waiting a ridiculous amount of time, I would decline her assistance so she could help others. She literally got upset with me a raised her voice for me to have a seat even though I could leave after I received my checkout documents. I had also given up my seat to an elderly person, therefore I was standing. Like, what!!Apparently I bruised her ego, however, we are all apart of this journey of which I am very familiar, so why not help those who really needed it. People were in boots, walkers, canes etc. No need to waste time on me and tout your prowess. This is what’s wrong with healthcare!

Pharmacy has gone downhill since Amar left. To make a very long story short I was told Fri night would have my meds ready for Sat but had zero $ so call first. I did. Frt of store knowing nobody was answering sent me back to be on hold. I went down there. Person in chrg had no clue why pharmacy was CLOSED. Because of the prescription I was unable to have filled at diff location & on call Dr could not prescribe either. I had to wait in pain all weekend with no meds. NOT HAPPY. First time in 30+ yrs. If not resolved thru corporate..I will transfer to diff location. Tired of saying meds ready...get there & no...wait with about 5 other people or wait for pharmacist to come back in store. WOW*****update*****Found out MONDAY morning that the pharmacy was still closed as the pharmacist is on vacation for a week & were not sent sent alternate pharmacist. REALLY??????What kind of pharmacy does this? This is total BS. Then had to start all over to get filled at diff location.

Nice, clean and organized. Employees are nice, even the ones who have been there for years are still present. Depending on the items you are buying, things are a bit pricey, and they don't seem to be open late like they used to be. The store closes early. The pharmacy is still true to their standards, however I don't use it anymore. I'm sure it's still good. Worthy of visiting if you're interested.

I like this Pharmacy. The people who work there are really nice and go beyond to help you out. Especially Ryan who works at the Pharmacy is so nice. I stood in line waiting for service and Ryan was helping a customer who was short on money to pay for his medication. Ryan offered to help him out with money so he could pick it up. Never seen anything like it. He also treats me very friendly any time he sees me. Thank you for all of your hard work!

I fail to see the need to make an appointment for the vaccine if your Walgreens (10th St in Marysville Ca) is NOT going to honor the appointment times especially when it is the FIRST appointment of the day. Very unprofessional! I also do NOT appreciate the Store manager (Mike) telling me he is not the “vaccine police” when I reported a hostile and disruptive customer in the pharmacy area that could have resulted in a dangerous situation. I intend to transfer my medications to another Walgreens in a different city.

I shop here, almost, everyday. The employees go out of their way to make sure you get your rewards points and coupons for sale items and all are very fast and friendly. Use you Balance Rewards Card and clip those coupons online to your card. Very easy. I get many heavy discounted sale items every week and with my card, I get $50 to $75 per month in free items, using the points.

Lots of things to choose from. Medical gear medicine eye care provider of several HMOs friendly staff pharmacists and assistants are on top of meds that interact with other medications. Very clean store has a drive thru and have my favorite thing verity of candy products to choose from and it's set between some great places to eat from sub to Chinese food to hit coffee its easy access is great for us

WALGREENS, MARYSVILLE: I needed to go to Walgreens to obtain a specific prescription that I was not able to get at CVS through no fault of CVS. I called Walgreens, explained the situation, and then asked Walgreens to switch that CVS prescription to Walgreens so I could get my needed prescription. The woman said it would be ready the next morning. I called the automated prescription checker as directed, the next morning and it was not ready. I called a little later and it still was not ready. I called in the afternoon and it still was not ready. Finally, I called and talk to a pharmacist who said the reason it was not ready was that my insurance information was not on file. I gave the man the information and he said he could have it ready for me shortly. Upon picking it up, I discovered that the cost was approximately the same as I would have paid at CVS, so that was good, at least. However, I was disturbed that no one in the pharmacy had called me to tell me that my urgent need to get my prescription was being held up because they did not have my insurance coverage.Other things about Walgreens: they are easily seen from two streets and have ample parking, including handicapped parking; however, there is no drive-through, a big negative for handicapped people as well as for just those who work and have pressing obligations--like nurses, teachers, etc. I understand, and have been told, that many of the people who work at Walgreens are kind and helpful, but I haven't had a chance to meet those people yet, I only know that when I submitted my prescription no one called me to to let me know that the insurance information was holding up my prescription. Since I was out of this medication and the pharmacy knew this, they should have made the call to me, immediately! Additionally, while it is nice sometimes to have some convenience foods at Walgreens when you only need one or two things, I have noticed that these foods are much more expensive than at any grocery store. I think I am better off shopping for food items there. For these reasons I have stated, above, I'm downgrading the 5 stars to 3

I recently started coming to this location to buy a pharmacy item becuz I live close by this one rather than drive over the bridge into yuba city,but after my experience 2day NEVER AGAIN.1st I got carded which is no longer a requirement for this kind of purchase.so my ID was in the car so I walk all the way back n forth only for her 2 ignore me completely instead of getting me taken care of and out the door,after 10 mins of standing in line again I sat down right in front of her waiting patiently even tho I'm bout to be late for my 1st day with a new client I care for.finally after about 20 more mins I stepped to counter only for her to claim she never saw me come back that I'd have 2 get back in line AGAIN i stormed off without saying anything very very very mad I couldn't believe her,now if I wasn't buying syringes would she have acted that way?? No prolly not,the other store has never ever given me a single issue so this is why I'm never going back to this location and I advise that manager get some sort of punishment for making me feel .5 inches tall and being so rude and childish.. they never have what I need anyways even my plan B size they're always out of

No mask enforcement on customers, their own employees don't wear masks correctly, then they insist that I take off my mask to buy an overpriced bottle of wine... when I'm clearly 40+. These people don't have the good sense god gave a goose.

will not sell tobacco products to military members under 21 despite the law specifically clarifying that military members are exempt from this law. Absolutely pitiful. If you're going to sell a product be familiar with the laws surrounding it.

Everytime I go here there’s always homeless outside drinking and doing god knows what else, I feel very uncomfortable going in so my husband does for me but that will change as we told an employee that there was a person outside drinking and all they said to us was “well what did they do to you?” Very unprofessional and rude.

8:00pmI went in to buy some medicine and a pair of headphones,before I went and check the headphones out, this employee was stalking me as if I was gonna Rob something I was looking at the notebooks thinking of buying some for my little sisters but none were the ones I found amusing so I put them downAs I got to the headphones I asked the clerk(Nice Guy) if I can get a pair of headphones he responded yeah sureBut as he was coming the employee who was stalking me stopped him and said let me do it the stalking employee got the headphones for me took it to the register then had the audacity to say did you steal something I saw u pick them up I empty my pockets asked the guy why are you accusing me of stealing legitly no reply asked him do I look suspicious with my MetroPcs Shirt On gave this store 2 stars cause the clerk was very nice give him a raise he has a sense of humor but that employee was very rude please do something about him people that accuse anyone of anything just by the way they look piss me off
