The whole store is a mess! I don't even recognize it anymore. Now that they are partners with Save Mart, it's been bad.I haven't shopped here for years now. Not worth it. They don't even offer delivery. Unless you go through instacart wich is ALSO A RIP-OFF.You lost a customer, just like Save Mart did.

Of course, the biggest thing going around is the construction of the new Costco in Linda, CA. Going up where the long empty Peach Tree Mall used to be. Thanks in part to the urging of our Yuba County supervisor Andy Vasquez. Of course it's still in the early construction phase. But, the foundation is laid, wall framing is starting to go up and it looks like they might be excavating for a gas station near the entrance at North Beale Rd.Not sure how local traffic will be able to handle the flow of traffic through our terrible infrastructure in this area.Some major changes are going to have to happen in order to handle traffic. But, unfortunately, the wheels of progress move very slowly in this part of Yuba County.We shall see!Got a feeling it will be better to drive to Roseville, CA for the traffic and diversity of shopping! This area is decades behind Sacramento and Roseville.

This is really a nice store, I use to work there when it was a Food 4 Less. It's always been a clean store, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Some things to keep in mind.... Best time to shop is at night. 9 or 10, keep in mind they may be restocking... It helps to bring your own bag, because you have to pay 10¢ a bag and you have to bag your own groceries

Today my groceries were rang up by Kelsie. She was pleasant and was a sweetheart. There was no one else in line so she started helping me put my stuff in my cart without being asked. I was definitely impressed. Definitely management material. Kelsie gets 10/10!

You can never find someone to help.After walking to the front of the store and asking for help/assistance the woman (who was just standing there looking at her phone) replied she will send someone back to the department where I needed help... that didn't happen!Every time I'm going to buy some cake (they was out of my cream cheese flavor that day) it has now become over cooked and burned other than the light color it used to be. The guy working the back told me he noticed it too and seen the dark over cooked cakes for the past two months now... he has no idea whats happening because they come pre-cooked and packaged.(See images)

This rating is for Roxanne the cashier she made my experience as an instacart driver worse than its ever been in 600+ times shopping she was very rude and went out of her way to be oppositional, one highlight was when I simply moved a cart out from in front of the battery case to let her get access easier and she shoves it back and then proceeds to struggle getting in and out, I asked to scan the items and she walks away. I hope to not get this store again for instacart

Every single time I've been here the check out takes forever even when I only have a few things. The self checkout never has bags. Lastly, this isn't something horrible but something I just found comical: last time I was there walking out of the building there were two employees outside talking about being low on shopping carts and that somebody had to get them. One lady said "pull someone from produce to get the carts" which I found hilarious that they'd pull someone from their section to get carts when they're both literally standing there looking at the carts in the parking lot 🤦🏻‍♀️On a positive note I will say the employees always have been friendly, they're always well stocked and have low prices on produce.

Always better than Walmart. We only go there if we need something very specific that walmart sells. At this Foodmaxx, employees are almost always super friendly and happy. Lines are fairly small unless you catch them on a hard day. 100% prefer this store over every other.Also, the vegetable/fruit section is always wonderful. Have not purchased a single bad item from this Foodmaxx.

I'm sure I'll be back with more names but for now I must say this store never fails to enlighten your shipping experience. Here it is Halloween and despite busy conditions I saw children getting treated like neighbors with treats for their Halloween spirit and Kathryn took the time to help me find the perfect gift personally..... Thanks to the team members of foodmaxx for always keeping this place shining even before the makeover 👍💯

I shop here frequently because it’s right near my house. Good prices. Clean and organized. Employees are friendly and helpful. The only thing is there are some shady people out front at night. I wouldn’t go there alone if I was a woman.

An excellent store. I was amazed at the variety of items that didn’t appear in my one stop Walmart. But, at the same time there were a lot of things that I buy and got used to and em weren’t on the shelf here. All in all a good shopping experience with ample space for a wheelchair, and they have shoppers electric scooters which is a big plus for me. Nice store.

Huge center, parking lot very large, Disabled parking, electronic doors, Friendly staff Kathy Merriam is incredibly above and beyond. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient and fast. Store is clean, great variety of foods, drinks, cleaning supplies and so much more. We go often and they have what we need.

This was my first time in the store while I was there it was Very noisy Jack being used to move items around the whole time I was in the store @ 6:30 pm they should wait until the store is closed to do this considering the amount of noise it was makingALSOIt was only 1 checker NO self check out openI asked the cashier was the VERY loud beeping and machine noise like that all day and he said yes like it was ok it was not ok for me.

Well, it's cool inside, looks clean , although, entering store a sign stated a free $5.00 gift card which can carry up to 300. No one knew anything about it, comparing today s shopping to shopping 40 years ago , past, is 5 star, today, no other choice

The store was great. They should most definitely fire their cashier in Marysville named Crystal. She is very flirtatious to the point where my family no longer shops there. Which is very inconvenient that we have to drive across town to Save Mart to do our shopping. This has caused many problems in my marriage. There's a time and a place to behave promiscuous and I don't believe it should be at your work place with married men. Especially a family store like food max. Maybe she should consider working in a bar or strip club. This isn't only my opinion. I've heard this complaint from others as well. This is the reason for rating this particular store.

Was Dissapointed with this store. They used to have great produce, but now... Poor selections and they look like seconds. Cheaper to go across the street to Wal-Mart.And not handicap friendly. They only have 1 motorized cart so I didn't do all my shopping.

I want to give a big shout out to the ladies, and gentlemen, of my local store. I came late last night, after work, and needed cash back as a gift. The manager, who happened to be my cashier took the time to search for nicer bills. I appreciate that.
