Every time I go there to shop with "my" bags the clerk starts bagging my items and putting them in their dollar tree bag.....WITHOUT asking if I want to pay for a bag. It happens every time I shop there. Poor customer service and very annoying!

Even dirtier than before. I stopped going here as a customer because well, see below. This is how dirty they are:I had to go in there for an Instacart order. I shopped, I left went to the customers house. The customer wasn’t there, so Instacart tells me return the items even though I knew that they don’t except returns I told him I’ll try it anyway. I get there. I hand the bag to the cashier lady then the manager walks up so I give her the receipt and the bag she says they do not do returns they can exchange it. I said OK I’m gonna call Instacart and tell them so I’m calling Instacart and telling them and when I get done, I asked for the bag and they told me that one of the customers must’ve took it so little over $20 worth of items and they just let another customer walk off with them. Didn’t even try to say sorry or anything. This manager Sheila did nothing to help remedy the situation. So basically they just took those items from me. The best part is that I didn’t get paid for going there and trying to return it because they took the items and the receipt. so they don’t except returns but they’ll give them away to other customers and they took $15 out of my pocket because I have no way of proving that I was there trying to return the items. It’s ridiculous, that store is dirty the people are dirty they need to close that thing down.This place does some dirty business. Be careful when you shop here because some items are $5 or more instead of $1.25 but they don’t advertise it and then when you find out later on your receipt they say they do not accept returns. So you get stuck paying $5 for something that was barely worth a dollar. To top it off the weekend daytime manager is not a customer service person and should not even be working in customer service, and definitely not as a manager. She is rude and she is a liar. When I got my receipt and looked at it I went right back in line and she told me they do not take any returns, even though the receipt says they will gladly exchange any unopened item. That great manager is so lazy that she would rather I never come back again instead of honoring their company policy. So guess what? I used to go in there probably once a week, now I will never be back.

This place is great sometimes you get what you want and need but unfortunately when you see the items that you want or in needed grab more then 1 or 2 because it's like an Hit or Missed and also their is Only 1 Cashier so the line is ALWAYS Super Long 😉

I love the store but lately I feel fear for my life cause I see lot's of pit bulls in the store and I had a bad experience with one and I have a heart murmur and I told the cashier and she wanted to explain how wonderful the dogs are but not 🚫 for me! Really got to be careful going there and if I continue to see the dogs I will stop going!

Rude cashier. Rude manager. Cashier is eating while helping customers at the register. Hangs up the phone and lies. Multiple people in line and the manager did not use any good customer service skills to help. The manager was very rude and not polite. The cashier and the manager made rude and inappropriate comments. There is no excuse for this type of service.

Long line, only one cashier working. He was asking people why they were buying certain items. He was sneaking snacks out of his pocket of his apron. I asked for another cashier, the manager came up and rolled her eyes. She said, “we are doing all that we can.” She grudgingly opened another line and took the customer right after me. Lol. When I finally got to the male cashier he asked why I was purchasing so many items if I’m in a hurry. He asked me how long I had been in line for? I said it seemed like long enough to me. He then asked how many minutes. I was not timing it. While he was checking my items he kept sneaking snacks out of his pocket, maybe he needed the sugar or something? He was not careful with my stuff and when I asked him if he could stop stuffing one bag and use another, he said well you’re the one in a hurry. I was very courteous towards him because I don’t want to hurt his feelings. It’s just unfortunate that neither worker seemed to care for the customers.

Store is little bit messy only do to the customers who come in and trash it. Other than that employees work hard to keep clean and are very friendly. Corissa is always a nice cashier and very helpful. The management team is also a wonderful group of women, i can see they are working hard to get into shape!!!

Rude cashier, male short hair DO NOT CHECK OUT WITH HIM. He yelled at multiple customers in font of me then yelled at me and the people behind me. He straight up threw everything in the bag on top of breakable and fragile stuff it was ridiculous. I truly hope he's fired.
