We have been using Diablo Dogs for dog hikes and boarding for more than a year and we could not recommend them more. Amazingly dedicated dog walkers take our dog to the nearby trails to go offleash and have fun with other dogs. Our dog gets so excited when she hears the dog walkers pull up to the house. She bounds out to them.

Fantastic company, services, and prices. My dog is a nervous wreck when being handled by anyone else except for Tara. The first meeting tara approached my dog calmly with a softer voice. Sadie wagged her nervous tail and slowly warmed up but was still hesitant. Since the initial meeting sadie is excited to see tara when its time to be picked up. After the services sadie is very calm and relaxed. And i even get a report with photos and you can clearly see sadie soo happy on her excursions. I would give more stars if i could! this is one dope company!!!!

My dog, Luna has been hiking with Diablo Dog Walkers a couple times a week for close to 2 years. She's always excited to be picked up by her walker, and is fulfilled and tired when she gets home. This is a great resource for Luna to get some exercise, and to socialize with other dogs. And I get these fun pictures after the hikes.

We've been using Diablo Dog Walking for about a year now and love them. We have a 70 pound pitbull border collie mix, who isn't great with other dogs nor recall (at least with us!). With these experienced dog trainers/walkers, Asher happily gets in the car with 4+ other dogs for his weekly off-leash walks. And we get a post-walk report with pictures and number/types of poops. The ability to schedule online for whatever service we need is appreciated as well. Lastly, for anyone concerned about random people coming into your house, the owner does a great job communicating when they have new dog walkers so that you can setup some time to meet them in advance if you prefer.

My dog can’t wait to go on his hike with Mike,his dog hiker and doggy friends! Hiking the local park trails is so nice for my dog to exercise and to socialize with other dogs. He even has boarded at Matt’s house several times while my family has gone on vacation. Everything is so user friendly- pick up and drop off from my yard or my house and even when he goes to board at Matt’s house! Thats when my dog gets his own vacation with daily hikes!! Thank you for all your thoughtful dog services and professional crew! Mike has been a dependable walker and Tarrah has helped keep communications ongoing!

We discovered Diablo Dog after moving from San Francisco. We wanted our Mini Bernedoodle to be off leash and socialize with other dogs. It’s been over a year now and we use Diablo Dog for weekly hikes and boarding when we travel. Highly reccomend their services.

We joined Diablo Dogwalking after our 13+year dogwalker/friend passed away suddenly. Our former dogwalker is a tough an act to follow. I searched high and low for a dogwalker that would fit the personalities of our two dogs. While Diablo Dogwalking has many dogs, we are assigned to one, Matt J. Matt J. is amazing! Both are dogs light up when they see him. Dogs come back happily content after off leash romps with their new buds.

We could not be happier that we found Matt and Diablo Dog Walking!! We originally stumbled upon Matt and a dog group during our own hike, and seeing him with the dogs made us immediately comfortable leaving our lab, Duke, with him. Duke, is usually very shy with new people, but he loved his walker, Mallorie, immediately. We love getting notifications from the app when she picks him up and drops him off. He also gets a report card from each hike that includes where they hiked, his energy level, if he went #2, who his friends are, and pictures showing how much fun he has playing! We no longer feel bad when we work a bit later because he gets a couple hour excursion in the middle of the day - we joke that Duke enjoys the benefits of Cali life more than us!

DDW is fantastic. My dog loves the hiking groups and socialization. He comes home happy and ready for a rest. The team has been great with training too, his off leash recall has improved.Very convenient with pickups and drop offs. Easy scheduling and communication via their app.Definitely recommend.

These guys are the best! I used them as dog hikers/ walkers and she (my dog) could do the hikes. Now that she's older their store front for watching my dog for the day is the perfect fit for me. Plus, I have a new addition to my household (a cat) and they do cat check-ins. Not to mention what caring people they are... it's like leaving my dog and cat with family!! Thanks so much!!

We moved from the city where our dog, Pickles, was part of an off leash group adventure walk with pick up and drop off. We wanted to continue that same walking experience when we moved to the East Bay. Diablo Dog Walking was the only walking group I found that did off leash group walks. Pickles loves all her walkers and has a blast going on her walks. She's gone for several hours and comes back exhausted! We also love the little reports and pictures after each walk.

Matt and his crew of hikers are great, I'd be lost without them. Cooper waits by the door, excited and eager for his pickups and comes home well exercised and pooped. If it's raining or muddy out, they always wipe him and his paws down and do their best to leave me as clean of a doggo as possible. When Cooper is out with any of the Diablo Dog Walking hikers I know he is safe, well attended to, and having a great time. Having that kind of trust is really special and I commend Matt for running an excellent business. If you have been considering pack hikes for your dog, look no further than Diablo Dog Walking!

Fantastic service! They reliably pick up our dog, take her with other dogs to go run around outside off leash and then safely return her. Our dog has a great relationship with her walker, and they send photos every day showing what the dogs are up to. They are super responsive via the app they use for any questions, schedule changes or other concerns. We’ve been using them for I think a little over two years and cannot recommend them more highly.

Excellent , professional and caring service . Michael worked with my rambunctious young male ridgeback on his recall skills, and now George comes back to us right away . George sits at the window waiting to go out on a hike with his pals and gets so excited when he sees Michael’s car , and comes back happy and tired . Highly recommend ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
