Dillon is awesome always friendly to us kids. I do wish they restocked more on candy and less on beer.😂Their ice cream is great and there is a good selection of food. I recommend trying the BLT sandwich it is super good. I highly recommend the kirkwood general store.

All the employees at the general store are welcoming and happy to see you when you walk in. They are taking wonderful and proper precautions for everyone's safety - masks required, one way in and out, markers for standing in line. It's such a huge value add to have a store in such a remote place. I highly recommend the ice cream options and any of the Kirkwood shirts! They also sell Laird Blackwell's Wildflower's of Kirkwood Guide, and some really sick camping mugs.

This place makes an amazing turkey sandwich. 100%, fresh roasted turkey. Brad was very fresh also. Prices are astronomical.other than the deli, this little general store does not have a very impressive amount of merchandise.

Best store on the mountain! Staff is always very friendly and helpful. They have all of the basic things you will need for your stay. I go here almost every day! Definitely recommend.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in a general store. The store clerk was very rude and unhelpful. The items were very overpriced and we’re past expiration date. When I got to the counter with a sandwich it was $17 plus tax and then they told me I couldn’t use cash.I am a construction worker in the area working on the buildings and I went without lunch because of their poor service

Friendly staff, cold ice cream, and even colder beer! Or is it the other way around? Either way, the General Store is the quick stop for groceries in the Kirkwood valley! As of 8.28.2020 you must wear a mask to enter and they do not accept cash.

Insane ripoff, charged close to 3x more for snow chains. $127 for a pair that costs $50 in a auto store that didn't even come with the rubber spider strap for tightening

The G store has some of the best sandwiches around. It also host a variety of food/grocery items in case you are running low. Prices are exorbitant but will save you if you are in a pinch.

Very little selection and very overpriced for what is available (ex. $20 frozen pizza, $10 brick of cream cheese). Kind of a bummer considering it's the only store in the area and most of the restaurants currently aren't open.
