Don't trust them to fill your prescriptions. They don't know what they have in their own inventory and will give you the run around just to send you to other pharmacies. The worst custome service and lack of knowledge I have ever encountered in a pharmacy will never ever use them again.

The lady chewing gum on her phone, after I got rang up and was on her phone and was hiding and then she attended my daughter. The company will go down if this lady keeps working there, she is tan tan tan complected and put her hair in a bun, she didn't even say thank you. 😡 This is not right her name was reives something like that!

Trust and believe every one star review is 10000% accurate. The customer service, knowledge base of the staff, and the consideration for customers is the absolute worse. Don't walk, run from thus store!

I called at 9am on a Friday morning to see if they could get a prescription from another pharmacy that we went to out of state. I needed medication for my daughter, we are not from the area and Walgreens had it in stock. At 9 am they said they were going to try pulling the prescription from the other pharmacy and that they would call me back. At 4pm after not hearing anything I called to follow up, only to discover they had apparently closed early. I had to lower the dosage for my daughter to make it through the weekend.Knowing I wouldn’t have enough and not knowing if they successfully pulled the prescription from the other pharmacy, I called CVS (since they are open on weekends) and spoke with them multiple times trying to get the situation resolved. After many phone calls we discovered that Walgreens had indeed pulled the prescription making it impossible to get it filled anywhere else.So not only did they fill the prescription, but they did not call me to inform me, and then closed early for the weekend making it impossible for me to get the prescription until Monday. Come Monday, they did not call me or contact me in any way, I had to call them to find out if the prescription had been filled.They also did not put a spill proof lid on the prescription (CVS did) so of course it inevitably spilled. Will not be using a Walgreens pharmacy again.

One star is generous. The store might be good but this pharmacy has to be the worst pharmacy in the world. They rarely have enough of a med to fill an entire script. They are slow and makes excuses for everything that they do wrong.Avoid this specific pharmacy location at all costs.________________________________________________________________I want to add some context to my review. I unfortunately still had to return to this pharmacy to pick up the final medication that I will have filled at this location. After failing to order my child's medication when the doctor submitted it, you failed to order and receive the correct amount. No excuses since the pharmacy knew the amount to order and didn't order it and/or make sure that the supplier shipped the correct amount.After a very angry exchange with the pharmacist that tried to talk over me and tell me that he was new so he didn't know why all the problems had happened, I told him to just fill what he could and I would forfeit the rest. I will never recommend anyone return to this pharmacy.Absolutely now ownership for their failures and no genuine desire to improve.

The pharmacy staff here are not good people. On our first visit to get medication for our sick dog nobody was at the counter during open hours. On the second visit pharmacy staff refused to help my wife, saying that they had to “verify that she would be able to pay the full amount of the prescription” (we are fully insured). When I tried to resolve the issue they closed the door in my face and said they were going on lunch. We still do not have medication for our sick dog. On site manager offered no help. Will not be returning until you hire some competent staff

Extremely unprofessional and rude staff. I received two confirmation calls that my prescription was ready so I drove to pick it up. Waited in line for 50 minutes for the staff member to tell me they had no prescription for me. When I played them the voicemails I had received, they said “I don’t know why you have that but no one called you”. I called my doctor and immediately changed my pharmacy to CVS on reservation and I’m never turning back.

Walgreens pharmacy use to provide the best services in the business. Unfortunately, now this pharmacy is just the most expensive in the area, the services are very very poor, and the staff can careless about helping the customer or quality services. To add insult to injury, now the pharmacy in Marina, CA is only opened Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. This makes it very difficult to get medications filled and/or picked up when the customer's work schedule is through 6:00p.m. too. Sorry there wasn't a half star rating that I could give.

One star because I have to to comment. Comments NOT made about the actual store. Just their horrible, useless pharmacy)GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!!(Social media for Walgreens, please do not offer me an empty apology without showing me the problem is fixed)I used to go to this pharmacy for their top notch service. I travel quite a way to come to this pharmacy because of their service. Lately service has been so unprofessional to the point of being inhumane. First they have changed their hours Monday-Friday 9-6. Which means that those who Work a 9- 5 for a living have to wait in horrible lines in hopes to get their meds before they close. People can no longer go on the weekends when they had more time or even after 6 after the lines go down a bit. I have medications that I cannot get until the day I run out. They tell me on the day I run out that I need refills. I panic once a month when I need to do refills at this place. I should not feel this anxiety. They say they call my doctor immediately but don’t. I’ve had to call and beg my doctor to be as fast as possible even though they have a 48 hr refill policy. I barely made their new hours picking up my medication last time. I am having a procedure Friday and my medication I need to get the day of. I won’t be able to get because of this stupid rule. So I have to go the entire weekend without my medication. This is not the first time and is sickening. People should not have to forgo their meds because of your new hours. Your new hours impact the health of the community and are ricidilous. Forget about traveling while your meds run out. Last time I went to pick up a medication the girl gave me 9 Tylenol pills and wanted to charge me $7.00. I could have gone to the dollar store across the street and got 10 for 1.25! I declined. Ordered it again for the 90 she should have given me and now they won’t refill it. Also, they would not give me my medication with workerscomp insurance because they needed a physical address. I called the company and they said they’ve never had one and work perfectly fine with to all the other pharmacies. The lady at the insurance company called the pharmacy for me because they refused to call and find out. They would not listen to me. After my procedure and my workers comp case I’m leaving this pharmacy and will be very vocal in the community about why. This new turn over of staff is AWFUL

This is my local neighborhood Walgreens and I do love it but recently they've changed the hours at the pharmacy and it really really sucks! I think it's because they're short-staffed and I know that they're very hard workers but come on walgreens, you need to hire more people and get those hours back especially opening back up on the weekends.

Says closed. Can’t get medication. Called neighboring store they say the other is open. Call again and the automated system has no idea what it’s doing. Garage system. Love Walgreens store but Cvs is 100000x better when it comes to pharmacy.

You find everything You're looking for when you go to Walgreens because most of us know what we need from Walgreens lol The only thing they could improve on is customer service which is non-existent most of the time and their lives the wait time is in waiting for an employee to get to the cash register if they had someone behind the counter even 30% more of the time to be a lot more happy customers

Manual the pharmacist is very cold and has horrible customer service. Probably won’t come back do to his lack of understanding and compassion. Not one person waiting and told me 50 min to fill prescriptions! For my mother that is in pain and just got released from hospital with major back pain guess she will have to wait even though no one was in line. Also came back more then an hour later and still had to wait another 15min. If you want to waste time pick this store

Pharmacy staff makes various errors including: prescription status, quantity of volume, pick up dates, prescription transfers. The pharmacy is incredibly understaffed and it takes forever to get nowhere. Do NOT use for controlled and/or sensitive timing medications.

Honestly, one of the worst Walgreens I’ve been to. They consistently mess up medication orders, leave prescriptions in limbo and always have a ridiculously long wait time. It’s really a shame. A district manager should really do something about this store. I’ve been a long time Walgreens user and this store makes me want to RUN to CVS. Terrible!

I got at the pharmacy at sharp 6 pm they closed the windows on me then I went to the drive through it was 6:05 still one person picking the medication. The pharmacy technician Fey, said sorry we are closed and didn’t give me my medication, although it was Friday night and they were also closed for Saturday and Sunday. Very bad experience. I won’t go to this store anymore!

It appears that the pharmacy staff does not care for elderly people with handicaps. (And tall pick up trucks) I am unable to stand in line for medicine so I always pull through the drive-thru get out of the truck and walk three feet back to the window. I have been doing this for years. The allege pharmacist, John Q, would not serve me at the window. That is despite me picking up medicine in this manner six days ago from this Walgreens. No other Walgreens has been so inconsiderate.

Arrived 15 minutes before booster shot. Not acknowledged for 10 additional minutes while standing at covid window. Completed everything requested for 4:50pm appt. Waited until 5:15pm with no acknowledgement and went to window. The young man decided to not say anything when I asked when I would receive the shot. No apology, NOTHING. He walked around lost behind the window. I decided to go somewhere else. Have a little respect for people's time. Communication and maybe even smile and pretend you enjoy your job helping others.

Sucks this is one of the only pharmacies my insurance works with because the pharmacy at this location is the worst. They always mess up my prescription and never give me the correct amount. All the other reviews are spot on! Don’t use this pharmacy! Go to the CVS.

Absolute clown shoes. In line at the drive through for an hour. 20 minutes at the window to actually get the medicine. The line inside looks like it's six people deep. Four or more cars behind me. It's been like this every time I have visited over the last several months. Switch pharmacies if you can.

I come here for my pharmacy orders. They do have a drive up window and that is super helpful for me. (Handicapped) The wait is usually short but can get quit long durring peak hours. Staff is always helpful and not just at the pharmacy.

everyone in the pharmacy seemed to either not know what they are doing or have miscommunications with each other. kinda rude also and I witnessed them treat a man poorly and i didn't want to assume it was because of the color of his skin but it sure appeared that way.. in the future, I will be going to either CVS or Walmart.

Stopped by to pick up over the counter medicine for my toddler. The doctor had told us to get it but didn't give us specific direction. The pharmacist was so helpful! He was quick, courteous, and efficient.

Unreasonable pharmacy policy. 30 day refillable continued prescription. Last p/u 1 Aug. Went for refill on 29th so I don't run out. Refused to fill the prescription until day it's due. No care that you run out of prescription that day. Treats everyone like a drug criminal.

Absolute trash pharmacy. I had a prescription in on Friday and I went in on Monday in the afternoon and was told it's still being processed and in the basket right their and it wouldn't be ready for another 2 days! I'm livid. Never agiyn will I ever send a prescription to this pharmacy

Multiple issues over the course of last year. If I didn't have Calpers forcing my hand to use Walgreens, I wouldn't. They've filled an RX with wrong number of pills, messed up refills, tried to fill my RXs under my husband (and then tried to blame doctor), and a bunch of other issues.

Pharmacy loses prescriptions a lot and lies about wait times and then forgets. They have got better but it is still pretty rough. He drive through is the only way to go which is why we keep coming back
