Have to say I was quite surprised by the quality of burger here. My expectations were low. Definitely impressed me. And the gal that took my order was more pleasant and friendly than anyone I have come across at any food establishment in the last five years. I had thought this type of friendliness and professionalism had went extinct. Kudos!

I have been to this Smash Burger many times, today was the day to leave a review tho! Walking in the restaurant you are greeted with a hello from the staff. Let me tell you how nice it is to have people see you and speak to you. My husband ordered the Double Colorado Burger with bacon added on to the burger and a side of Smash fries. I ordered what you see in the pictures a Carolina with burnt ends and a single patty with a side of buffalo wings and smash tater tots. Everything was so good and fresh out of the kitchen so fresh I kept burning my mouth every time I took a bite of my burger! Don't miss the opportunity to try this place out you will not be disappointed!

"That's a good burger" Good tasting beef, good bun, good toppings but....Ordered a couple Bacon Double Smashburgers and a classic single smash. Suprised they use such low quality bacon on an $11 burger, it's the super thin stuff you get in a huge pile for free at breakfast from a mid-level hotel.Their regular fries were good, the much reviewed sweet potato fries were OK, not great, the Brussel sprouts were pretty good but needed bacon (not the stuff they put on their burgers) and goat cheese and some balsamic vinegar. The garlic/rosemary fries won hands down as did the classic single Smashburger. The premium burgers were not worth the extra money. $55 for three people without drinks? I'm thinking INO next time I want a burger.

Have never eaten at a Smashburger before and was pleasantly surprised at the Quality. The burgers are Angus burgers, which makes a huge difference over others. It's fresh beef and the burgers are thick and juicy like a hamburger should be and I love the fact that they will let you build your own Burger the way you want it. The fries were pretty good too and all the service and everything was nice and friendly and quick. I'm only docking one star for the prices, large burger fries and a drink was $11 and change, just a little too pricey for the size of what you get, but in all honesty the quality was there with the burger, so you pay a little more if you want something a little bit better. Overall I would recommend.

Food is great we always love to get a Smash burger when we’re in town but it is rather expensive and the service is friendly but never seem to helpful regarding redeeming points on the app or checking in to earn points. Always seems like a new hire working the register and food can take some time to get to the table…that being said the food is still worth it! Especially the double mushroom Swiss burger 🤤😋Parking: Parking lot is rather small and compact and share space with Starbucks drive through so you can get stuck trying to leave and unless someone lets you pass through the line of cars to get out of the parking lot, you could be stuck for a while people don’t like to let you through because they think you’re trying to cut into the Starbucks line so this is a bit annoying when you just need to leave and get on the road.Kid-friendliness: It’s definitely kid friendly there’s hamburgers and french fries. Something for everybody and the atmosphere is not too fancy so kids would definitely be welcome in here without any problems.

This was my second time stopping here and a first time visit for my grandma. We walked in and it was great not to see a line and we were helped right away.We ordered 2 Smash burgers. 1 with regular fries and the other with Sweet potato fries. Absolutely love that Sweet potato fries is an option. My grandma mentioned she definitely would stop here again in the future.The prices are high but for 2 burgers and 2 fries it came out to 21$, not to bad.

First time at smash burger. Food was hot, fresh and came out fast. The place was busy so it was a little hard to get a seat so we had someone wait in lobby while we stood in line. Better fast food than the other ma8n chains.

Food was good, the restaurant was clean and there was lots of space to sit. But I will say the food is really pricey, there's no combos so you have to buy things separately I'd say for a drink, burger and fries you're looking at about $20 (with a tip). And considering the amount of food you're getting I feel like it's not worth it because this is more or a fast food rather than restaurant setting. I also feel like the food is nothing really special /:

Burgers are decently sized but are on the pricey side when comparing to other similar burger chains. Their featured fries have rosemary which may not be everyone's liking. Expect to spend nearly $20 for a combo (as of late 2023). The place itself if clean and well-maintained. Nice place for a quick bit if you are okay spending a bit more than usual for a burger.Parking: There are additional parking on street behind the stablishment.

Updated review: They got our order wrong first off....we asked for onion rings and got cold fries. The kids burger i purchased was raw in the middle! And the brussel sprouts were soooo saturated in oil. They were also out of everything with chicken. Very disappointing visit.(Old review, better night?) Yummy! Brussels are good but we added salt. The fries were thin and small portions. And the fry flavor rosemary garlic could have been stronger but overall tasty bites. Good Cobb salad. Nice service!

Clean restaurant and a quick line. I wasn't impressed with the food. Had flavor and meat was juicy, just didn't knock my socks off. It was more a long the lines of something I'd make at home. The Smash fries were good, a nice change of pace. I certainly appreciate the IBC root beer offering. It's fresh fast food. My four star rating is in the "fast food" category, otherwise; three stars.

I really enjoy coming to smashburger. My boyfriend and I love how fresh and clean the burgers taste and the chicken sandwich is also really tasty. The prices are higher than other places but it is worth coming here to at least try it once. If you are like my boyfriend and I who loved it after the initial date, you will come back for more.I love that they offer sweet potato fries, and all their sauces are yummy.

plenty of space for both dining and parking, , nice patio outside ( Gets windy at times depending) nice doing centers and Luxurious hotel.Drives away from Monterey and Salinas. Easy commute.Burger is flavorful, fries could use some work but C+ to B- Variety on menu . Chicken is also well cooked and not over saturated with just salt. It's a coastal area so if u you do end up eating outside the fool might cool down a bit faster.Friendly costumer service and patient.

I tried two burgers, one was ok (bacon and avocado helped) the other one was not so good. Both burgers had good presentation but poor flavor. They forgot to give me my beer, I had to remind them.

I get the Goat Cheese and Cucumber Burger with a side of Smash Fries. I ordered a beer and didn't realize they had more options until after I had already paid. The cashier Roberto offered to exchange it for me and his manager came by and switched it. The downside of this place, they won't let me tip the employees here. I think all food service employees deserve tips. ありがと

Never been to another smash burger, if this is what they're like I'm so not impressed. The employees ALWAYS look and act so unhappy and almost rude sometimes. Are all smash burgers like that? If not this one definitely gives a bad impression. The food is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS but if the people working there are always this unhappy and standoffish I don't know that they should be working here at all. Also, I've ordered milkshakes here many times. Every single time it is drastically under filled and I don't understand why. They're tasty as heck but at the very least fill it to where its supposed to be if I'm going to pay $6 for it. The guy before us had a milkshake even more under filled than ours and how he didn't say something about it was crazy
