This Kohl's is a very pleasant place to shop. The store is well stocked and not crowded. My husband and I found a nice jacket for him on clearance and I had an added bonus of an additional coupon, which made it an even better value. The cashier who helped was very nice and happy to help us. We will visit this location whenever we are in the area.

Shopping at Kohl’s in Marina was a great experience! I went late morning and the store was clean, organized, and mostempty. This last aspect made for no waits for the Fitting Rooms or at the checkout. The sales rep at my checkout was extremely helpful in that she guided me through the various discounts and Kohl’s cash and special flash sale day and anniversary day etc. For what I purchased I only paid a fraction of the listed prices which was also nice.

Everytime I come here they have about 20 employees on the floor and one single cashier. This wouldn’t be an issue if the line didn’t back up or every transaction didn’t take 10 minutes to complete. They’ll be a line and the one cashier will be totally left on their own to deal with the line, which is unfair to the one person handling the public.

Why only three stars? Well, where are the employees? I meandered around this store on two separate visits,and didn’t see a single sales associate. I do admit the store is clean, nicely appointed and large. But that’s not going to do me any good if I can’t find someone to help me. A store with personable people will get my business every time. Please have your associates visible. Thanks!

Being a new credit card holder & not being entirely familiar with the Kohl cash, awards, percentage off, etc., it was helpful to speak to the cashier who knew what oli qualified for.

I love this store, but not the employee from customer service I was dealing with yesterday she was rude and didn't want to exchange my pants because I forgot my receipt I told her we could locate it by looking up my rewards number since it was a credit card chargeBut, she decided to say she couldn't so I asked her to hand me my pants back and she said no that she had to hold them because I didn't have a receipt so as soon as I asked for a manager she gave me my pants back and told me She wasn't going to exchange them for me so a young employee who heard everything offered to exchangethem for me by looking up my phone number at the front registerfor an exchange same pant smaller size .. which took less then 3 minutes 🤔

I enjoying shopping at Kohls. The Manager/Supervisor at this location is very personable and helpful. She is always willing to help. I have not shopped in a minute at this location, but was pleasantly suprised and impressed by it's new presentation or the restructuring of the entire store recently. The reorganization makes it easy moving through the store, very customer friendly.

Wow, brick and mortar retail is really in trouble. Came into Kohls for the first time in like 5 years and it was amazing to see how bare the shelves were and what low stock they had in almost everything. Very few customers as well. Not good.

Great deals, actually cool clothes, and not crowded. What more could you ask for? Will certainly return when I need more casual or work clothes. The cashier's do need to calm on pushing the credit card, though I'm sure that's the manger's doing.

A great place to shop for clothes! Store is very spacious giving customers enough space to keep a healthy distance from others while shopping there. Their staff are very professional and willing to help and make things easy for customers. Store also features some great deals from time to time. I only got to know this place through returning stuff to Amazon, and I loved being there.

Unbelievably hot in the store that makes it uncomfortable to enjoy shopping in there. My daughter and I go in and leave as fast as we can instead of looking around. Sadly, it's all the time we go in. Other than that, we enjoy Kohl's.

The store is always clean, customer service is always pleasant & having Amazon return center on sight makes returns a breeze w/quick money back. Plus w/ the whole COVID situation its really nice to see the staff making the effort & taking the time to wipe down everything after each customer transaction! It's a lot of work but as a regular customer I'm happy to be back into store shopping again & seeing the efforts bring made to keeping everyone safe. Thx

Great deals & rewards 2 days before Christmas it was very crowded with a bunch of people no waiting in line, they had plenty of cashiers .The cashiers were very friendly and fast. Place was spotless bathrooms were spotless( they always are) .VERY ENJOYABLE SHOPPING experience. Thankyou

I like the store but prices are high and customer service is bad. Not to mention there are hardly any employees in the store to begin with. Probably won't be back anytime soon. Was only here to make a return and although we made a purchase, wouldn't recommend.

Kohls cash is really cool. I don't always have the chance to use it because I don't go every week. Never very busy. Usually 1 or 2 people ahead of me in line .
