The first time I came here was quick and pleasant. The second time not so much.They give out a card to new customers to collect freebies, so I was excited to make a purchase and get my 2nd freebie. Well I couldn't find my card in my wallet.The budtender went on this whole rant about how he looked in the system and saw people have been lying about losing their cards, scamming the system and getting multiple freebies...which is interesting because if he can check the system then he would have seen it was only my second time coming there. And after that whole unnecessary rant I was given another card, denied my freebie and told to come back and make another purchase to get my card stamped.Yeah I won't be doing that or coming back.

My favorite part about this dispensary is their points system. I call it my Kohl’s Cash for weed lol. Shout out to Rich for always being amazing every time I go in there, choppin it up with me and remaining professional with all the customers!! Shout out to Abel for being the sweetest bud tender alive, breaking things down for me and just giving gentle energy every time.The staff that’s been there consistently are honestly all amazing. Always happy 😏 alwaaaaaays knowledgeable, always laughing at my jokes. Very fitting of the whole California Weed Smoker vibe. Give them a raise!

Hector was great! We ran into the store after work not really sure what we wanted but needed to be LIFTED after this work week. He educated me on finding a best product for the exact head change I was looking for. He explained multiple products and compared a few for me. He educated me on the difference between live resin and distilled thc. I’m a daily partaker with live resin carts. As soon as I was in the car I hit my new pen (thx for the free battery timeless) the timeless peach rings cart was everything I never knew I needed in my life. Excited to try the Latino owned house gummies too! 👏👏👏👏Even let me know the texture of the gummies (melt my neurospicy little ❤️) Support local dispensary Element 7. I Highly recommend!! Great service, great security, and chill vibes!

Weak dispensary with even weaker budtenders. Most likely high on their own product because I went in and was given the wrong product I purchased. I drove all the way home just to realize I was given the wrong product so I went back and they said the best they can do was give me a discount on another product. Save your time and money definitely not worth it. They have a very low selection of product too and it’s probably from all their budtenders smoking and consuming most of their inventory. I recommend The Catalyst just around the corner. They’re awesome.

Omg Element 7 you have out done yourself with all theses high grade products they are amazing i will be telling all my family and friends about this store and all my weed connoisseur's on my instagram let me just tell you everything in the store is so well put together and so clean and the ambience was incredible i not only had 2 great bud tenders help me out ask for sydnee & Christine ❤️ they both knew their product knowledge very well i also got all the stuff i wanted soo fireee ❤️ as you can tell in the picture i got a little to excited i will no longer be going to cannacruz 🤣 after this amazing experience the price is also right at this club i'm from the bay area soo i know good pricing when i see it also they have caviar gold preroll here which is extremely high-grade product to find in the bay area they only sell it at two shops in the bay and to find it out here is really amazing it like blew my mind thank you soo much ♥️🎁 i will be posting a review on my instagram as well follow me at @420prettydomnikki

Really love the vibe of this place! It fits in well with our little town. Some of these sorts of shops try too hard to be trendy, I guess because of their corporate overlords? But this shop is well organized, clean, and the staff is so friendly. Jules was my salesperson, and she was awesome. She answered my questions while picking out my items and didn't try to force more on me. I'd trust her recommendations the next time I need them.

Before I went in, I perused the menu. When I visited, the couterperson didn't know what he had. The one thing he did have was a bit of an attitude, leaving me to feel as though I was more of a disruption to his afternoon hanging out with the other employees than a customer to assist. The weed is priced decently, but weed stores are a dime a dozen. I require more in order to give money over.

I changed my rating from a 5 to a 4 for this shop because the last 5 times I've gone its smelled so strong of perfume that it gives me an instant headache, and by the time I get back in my vehical I can still smell it all the way home. I've mentioned it to the people working at the time and they just say well we like it. Please get rid of the perfume smell in your store. Other than that I love Element 7 in Marina and a few of the folks that work there.

This store went over the bar on my expectations. The menu is curated so that everyone can leave this store happy at more than decent price points. I had no complaints as the staff was friendly and quick. Definitely coming back when I have the chance. So stoked to have a reliable spot to shop really quick in town!!!! Would recommend to anyone who likes a more professional atmosphere when they shop for cannabis.

From the greeting at the door till the time i left. Its Always a good thing going on. Specifically Hector, weather you got 5 dollars or more He’s always been the same, coins or dollar bills, very respectful and knowledgeable of the strains. Well worth the 3.5 mile walk for the single pre-roll.👍

This was an overwhelming experience considering I come from the "old school". Staff was knowledgeable and was able to share practical experience on the use of many of the products as I was not familiar with an array of methods that one can choose for consumption. There was great patience taken with me as I was deciding what I wanted to do. The security and front staff were friendly and personable in addition to the tenders that were working behind the counter. The layout of the shop is clean and organized. (CBD Healing and Pain, Concentrates, Flower, and Edibles). It was pretty straight forward. The thing that stood out the most to me was that this employer seems like it prides itself on diversity as the staff was a diverse group of people, and that means something to me. I appreciate Element 7 and will be returning.
