Yes, Bobby, Nina and Emad, the Pharmacist are always professional, kind and have a joy about them. They always greet me by my name and have a big smile on their faces. And when Jennifer is there, she too is fabulous. My favorite pharmacy. I had all of my prescriptions transferred from another pharmacy so that I would receive excellent customer service. Their accuracy of prescriptions to include letting me know that I might experience some side effects. And to please call them if so. I am very grateful for all of them. Please extend my gratitude to this team. Thank you!

Had to switch from Costco pharmacy to CVS. Unfortunately, the customer service is terrible. As a healthcare provider, it's shocking to me when both a pharmacy technician and pharmacy manager show no compassion, help, or kindness and say "it's not my problem, nothing I can do." When the least they can do is be kind.

I called in for my Trulicity on the 5th of December and here it is the 15th of December and I still haven't gotten it refilled!! How can CVS do this to people who need their medicine!! I am so very upset and I am not feeling well!! I think someone needs to be reprimanded!! This is unacceptable!

I've been coming here every month for 6+ months, and my prescription had NEVER been filled properly. I'll change my review to 4 stars the first time I come and pick up my prescriptions without an issue. Expect a wait - not for a line, but block out time for them to fix mistakes.
