Dishonest and fraudulent service. Ordered a Sony digital camera. Was delivered 2 Amazon RING cameras. Returned them to this store. Manager refused to provide a receipt for rings, and later claimed that *no* merchandise was ever returned. Now I'm out $2025 because I did business with Best Buy instead of a reputable seller.AVOID BEST BUY LIKE THE PLAGUE. Better options are available.

And that is why retail is dying...Came in because online it clearly said this store had a display model to look at, so I wanted to see the display model of a large $1,300 monitor to make sure I liked it before buying it. There was literally nobody on the sales floor so I had to go up front and ask for help. When the guy walked back I asked a very simple, nice question. His repsponse was extremely rude and just said "no I don't have it" with a snarky attitude and pointed to an empty spot where it should be. Didn't even look me in the face and just walked off. These are the kinds of examples which leaves me just just shop online and not come to these stores. Another example why retail is dying. Thanks for the great experience!

Went in to buy a fridge. They didn’t have anything for carry out, only for delivery. I needed it that day. To be fair, a lot of places are turning to this so I can’t fault Best Buy. However, they would’ve had my money if they had product to take home. The staff were extraordinarily helpful, despite me going home empty handed.

Went to pick up a vga adapter for my husband. I didn’t know where to look for it. Got passed up by a few employees for around until Aryll came by and asked if I needed help. She was amazing took me directly to the area where the item I was looking for was and she found the item for me. Best Buy should hire more employees like Aryll!!

Their selection is really good but they seemed very short staffed when we went to purchase a telephone, also some of the staff seemed a little undertrained in that section, but we ended up getting exactly what we needed in the end!Edit: after other trips there, there are some really kind and easy-to-talk-to staff there. I have yet to find a lot of very informed feedback or advice for technology questions, but there is an excellent product variety!

Criminals. My Gopro stopped working; like they all do. The manager got an attitude with me when they would not honor my insurance agreement I paid for. He refused to do his job and then refused serves and threatened to call cops when I called him out.

We just went in and out. Because it was to Pick up a online Order, but where we did pass seemed pleasantly clean and the restrooms as well. Since I did have to do a Pit stop there before heading back home to Salinas.

It usually has what I need, but sometimes things are hard to find and it's near impossible to find someone to help because it's so lightly staffed. The very few associates working at any given time do a good job though, if you can manage to find one.

Ordered a Canon camera accessory online and picked up in the store. People at the checkout were very attentive and kept our wait to a minimum. I like being able to shop locally like this and of course picking up right away as I needed the product the same day.

While the atmosphere here is oddly better then my local Best Buy, it still suffers from the same fatal flaws. Stock is very limited and often all over the place. Makes knowing you're looking at the right price for an item difficult, resulting and n either multiple trips for a price check or lugging a chunk of items to the front to get them all checked. Other rows feel empty and ignored, if not thrashed all together. Staff is helpful though, so that does provide some silver lining. The store shouldn't force them to push their services and cards so hard at the check out though. It comes off too forced, heavy handed and annoying. Nothing against the cashier who did that though. He was merely doing his job and I respect that, but I could tell even he didn't want to make that pitch cause it's so awkward and sloppy.Due to the recent decision theyvmade to stop selling Blurays and DVDs, I've downgraded them to a single star. Streaming is trash and this is complete disrespect to the customer base.

I'm writing this review because I've been trying to directly connect with someone at the Marina CA Best Buy and apparently I'm asking too much. So frustrating and annoying that this Best Buy doesn't allow customers to call them directly. It may serve them to route calls to call centers but, wow, what a huge waste of time for the customer. Ergh!Update: When I finally got someone at the call center they supposedly put in a request while I was on the phone with them for the Marina Best Buy to call me within two hours. Spoiler alert: No one called me.

We drop in Best buy about once a month. We never buy anything, because we're elderly and already have as much stuff as we'll ever need. As baby boomers we just hoard things to keep our kids from getting them.Every best buy is exactly the same, both in size and in contents. This one is no different.

I went in for a printer yesterday, my sister accompanied me. We waited over 30 minutes to be helped. There was no issue in us waiting, it was clear they were understaffed and the only employee in the printer/computer section was doing his best to help everyone out. We found the printer we wanted, it was on the very top shelf, we could've gotten it ourselves, really. The issue was instead of being helped by other employees; we were followed around the store, by two different employees, "personal shoppers". We found the printer we wanted, we ordered it on Amazon and left the store. That was pretty wack Best Buy.

Kudos to the juggling guy: the only person to offer any help. It used to be you couldn't go to a Best Buy without being swarmed by staff trying to help. Times have changed, but I'm still glad to have access to a specialty store I can physically shop in.

My husband and I have shopped at Best Buy in prior years, but we were especially delighted with our recent experience at the store in Marina, CA! My computer was beginning to crash, and we had problems with our sound bar. We also wanted a newer television as we had a older one. We were very pleased with the high level of knowledge exhibited by Matt, the sales rep in the store. He asked great questions, addressed our concerns and suggested appropriate product solutions tailored to our needs and budget. We learned about Total Tech with a reasonable annual membership fee that gains us so many benefits, including hauling away our older TV, providing a longer warranty and Free Geek Squad® tech support available 24/7/365. We are glad that we will have up to 24 months of product protection with our membership. We had an in-home visit by Adam and PJ who expertly installed the TV and soundbar but also provided outstanding training for us, which we videotaped. Jose came over on a different day to copy the data from my old to my new computer and he is clearly an expert in this area. It is rare to find such a high level of customer service and in person product knowledge and buying items online does not provide such a positive experience. We highly recommend a visit to Best Buy for your audio/video, computer and other product needs.

I arrived at Geek Squad with my computer, I thought it had a virus. Turns out I got a lemon , my computer has a glitch in it. Geek Squad could not fix the issue. But they did not charge me $$$ either! Happy yet every Unseated

This is probably one of the worst Best Buy's I've been too. It always seems dark inside, and shelves always seem bare. It gives off the aura as if the store is about to go out of business. Their video game selection is always empty, and only a tiny little section for movies. The many times I've been there no one ever comes up to ask if we need something, and on the off chance we do, we have to search for help or wait for it.it really comes across as no one that works there cares.

The staff at this location are excellent; the GM (Jose) was so helpful today, I had some issues with an open boxed item and he went above and beyond and made me feel like the loyal customer that I am!! Thank you Jose for providing the upmost top notch service and taking care of me with the tripod, I’d also like to thank the rest of the staff as well for being so helpful and nice. You guys rock.

You can't buy help at this store. The last 3 times I've gone in I've given up and gone home, I'm not sure why I give them other chances. Today all the employees are on their phones and not a single person was helping customers the probably 7 customers in the store. On my way out I see a poster board with a QR code to join the queue but the problem is Verizon doesn't work in the store. Management is asleep at the wheel. But they did have 4 security guards all talking at the front, so nobody was buying or stealing today.

i have unfortunately had to deal with this location several times for a variety of things, and every time i have gone it has been an uphill battle. in august of 2021 my computer (bought from them) completely stopped working so i took it in for maintenance. i was told i could expect it back in 2-4 weeks, however 6 weeks later i received it back “fixed” for it to only shut off again not even thirty minutes after i had returned home. i had to turn around and drive back to resubmit it for more maintenance when they informed me the paperwork was done incorrectly the first time and it couldn’t be sent in again. after the workers got help from a manager, i was told they overrode the incorrect paperwork an were able to send it out once again. 2-4 week estimated time, 6 week actual time once again. this time when it was ready for me to pick up they told me that something had happened and they simply couldn’t repair it (after making me pay twice to get them to repair it) and instead gave me store credit to purchase a replacement. whatever, that was nearly a year ago at this point, it’s done. however just recently i placed an online order for an Ipad to help with school because online classes require a lot of attention and my laptop is a little to big to lug around everywhere. i was told it would be ready for pickup within an hour, only to call several hours later and be told that a verification process was going to delay the pickup until the next day. that’s fine. the next day, it’s 5pm and they close at 8 so i call to see what’s going on. first i’m on hold for 30 minutes and the representative picks up only to hang up the call so i, once again have to call back and wait. this time i get a representative so doesn’t hang up but instead tells me that they’re waiting for the payment to go through. my bank has already taken the money out of my account so when i told him - no it’s already gone through - magically the reason it’s still not ready is they’re just a little busy right now. this store is by far the most disappointing best buy i have ever encountered and i have never once had an easy experience getting anything done here.
